Rafael, my man! Very quickly with him, I shed at least five years of decrepitude. Appearing & feeling so much better. He’s a great motivator-plain vanilla exercising is not my favorite activity. Most importantly, in the middle of an exercise, I can say it hurts at a particular spot and he modifies a detail and we continue on - not missing a beat - with me getting the intended benefit. I’m starting my 2nd year with him, half outside the other half indoors online. It all works great!

Rafael is a superb personal trainer. As a physician, I have engaged several trainers over the years, and Rafael is the best one. He listens to my issues and goals, plans useful and gradual improvement in parameters I care about, orders the exercises in a useful sequence, and provides encouragement at every turn.
