Josh and Jon are so friendly! They have been helping me on my journey to getting shredded and they are truly amazing at what they do. It is so helpful that they help outside the gym aswell, answering questions, helping with dieting, and just other awesome stuff.

Best trainer ever! I have been rigorously training for 35 years. Now at 60 I am having SI joint issues. Josh has created rehab-type exercises that not only address the issue but help me to also continue to grow muscle with flexibility! Very knowledgeable and listens! Highly recommend!

Seen strength and muscle growth while also training around injuries and weaknesses. Josh listens and adjust when something hurts. He’s also great about training you for form to prevent new injuries from occurring. This aspect was very important to me in a trainer.

I have been working out At Ramsland Fitness with Josh as my trainer for over a year now. As a life long tennis player, injuries have plagued me as I have grown older. Injuries with long periods off the court has affected the quality of my play so I was constantly rusty. Now I’m playing Pickleball also and training at Ramsland. I have had no injuries since. Josh is also very aware of not injuring me but strengthening me gently at my 67 years of age.
Also, I have appointments for our workout. So I show up and get it done. On my own I would let life keep me from being diligent.

My husband and I have been working out with Josh for over a year, and from the first session, Josh listened to our goals and personalized our workouts. He pays attention to proper form and makes our workouts both challenging and enjoyable. I feel better and stronger!

My husband and I have been working out for two months with Josh and both of us have gained significant strength. We feel better & look better. We are both in our 50s and have different goals; however, Josh has easily adapted our workouts and professional advice to fit those goals. Josh explains the workouts thoroughly and emphasizes education and knowledge, which my husband really appreciates. We are having a lot of fun doing this together and it’s become an activity we look forward to! We are at the age where it’s “do or die” and we are doing it! Highly recommend Josh!

I started training with Josh at Ramsland Fitness the beginning of January. He really knows what he is doing and makes sure you do the exercises correctly. He is very cautious about issues you may have with certain parts of your body and adjusts so you can work to strengthen them as well. I have seen such positive changes in my posture and the strength in my arms and legs. I am going one day a week with a friend and my husband Randy just started going with me one day a week. He is truly enjoying it and it is helping his shoulders extremely well. Josh knows a lot about physical therapy which some of us do need. I look forward to each visit and love the way he is monitoring my protein intake and has even helped with the supplements I take. I hope to be a part of his schedule for a long time. If you're looking for a trainer who truly cares about your well being and over all health Josh is your guy! He make sure to teach and demonstrate each and every movement he asks of you. Ramsland fitness with Josh Ramsey is the perfect fit for me . I have been struggling with my form for years. Personal training with Josh has changed the way I feel when I leave the gym . Ramsland fitness is an outstanding place to get your training in! It’s a private/strength gym owned by Josh Ramsey who is a great guy, very respectful, genuine and cares for others! You don’t have to worry about waiting on machines, benches, squats racks in this private setting. As a trainer at Ramsland we want to help out as many people as possible mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually! The gym facility is 24 hours access, contains music speakers and has phenomenal strength training equipment, (power racks, deadlift platform, log press, chalk, etc…) also has your general fitness equipment such as leg extension/leg curl machine, dumbbells, kettle bells, a smith machine and cardio equipment. The atmosphere is very fresh with outgoing members and is a safe, toxic free and a great opportunity to take your training to the next level in a private gym setting!

My experience at Ramsland is an A+. JOSH is a knowledgeable personal trainer who listens and tailors my workout to suit my goals. He is great at explaining what each exercise entails and what body part is being targeted. He makes sure I get a full body workout each time and he is patient, kind and encouraging. The gym may seem small but everything is there that you need. It's quiet, no crowd, personal care, no waiting on machines which is a big plus for me! I highly recommend Ramsland and Josh if you are looking for a trainer.

Ramsland Fitness is the perfect gym for working out and personal training. I have already learned so much with my trainer Jonathan and look forward to training with him. The gym may seem small at first, but you have everything you need to get a full body workout in. I feel great knowing I can go any time of the day, and there won't be a long line for each machine like some larger / commercial gyms I have been to. Definitely recommend reaching out the the Owner, Josh Ramsey for personal fitness advice, who is friendly, pleasant, and easy to work with.

Josh is very knowledgeable, If you are looking to get away from the busy gym scene, Ramsland is the place to go! I personally have doubled my squat, deadlift and put a solid 50lbs on my bench in 3 months. Excited to see where i’m going to be in 6 months! Go see Josh!
