Rebecca is an incredible trainer! I have been training with her continually for over a year, and her effect on my life has been huge! I train with her virtually, and even though we do not meet in person, she is constantly checking in with me to make sure that my workouts are going well, and are accomplishing what I want them to. She even checks in sometimes just to see how I am doing! She is incredibly caring, helpful, and passionate about helping her clients achieve their fitness goals.

Every month we have a conversation about what I want out of my workouts for that month, and she not only listens to my requests, but she provides feedback and explanations for everything that she includes. That has been incredibly informative and has helped shaped my view of exercise, in addition to a better view of my body and what it needs to succeed. Not only that, but when I wanted to change my fitness goals suddenly, she immediately started working with me to update my program to accomplish that. All while making sure that my body would transition to the new program successfully without getting injured.

If you are looking for a trainer that is respectful, supportive, positive, and truly cares about you and your fitness, give Rebecca a try. I can guarantee you that she will not disappoint you. She will be your supportive coach, your physical therapist, and your biggest fan, while teaching you to have a positive outlook on your body and fitness.

Been using Rebecca for years and have seen incredible results not only in my body and putting on major muscle but also in my self-confidence and listening to my body's intuitive cues. I started my gym journey January of this year. I worked out for months doing the exact same machines everyday.

I could feel myself get stronger but I had definitely hit a roadblock where I felt like the gym was becoming a chore and I wasn’t seeing progress.

Then I met Rebecca, who revitalized and enhanced everything I do in the gym. I’ve been on her programs for about three months now and it has truly reignited my passion for the gym.

The gains I’ve also seen are INSANE. The clear muscle definition gained from her hand picked exercises and workouts are something I never expected to actually see on my body.

Not to mention Rebecca herself! She is a caring and diligent personal trainer who keeps up with your efforts and really design a helpful and personalized workout for you.

There are weights I never could have imagined myself doing and exercises that seemed painful/uncomfortable that I can now do with genuine ease thanks to Rebecca.

i have been training with Rebecca since April and i never would imagine i could feel this strong! i came to her with issues and zero confidence i could build strength because i had tried so many things. it’s FUN going to work out, i look forward to going to the gym and hanging out with Rebecca. She is so energetic, fun, casual, and accommodating. she really shows that any BODY can exercise, she will modify and change exercises so you’re comfortable and thriving. i can’t count how many “traditional” exercises i couldn’t do when i started and she found alternatives. if you’re looking to focus more on fitness, laugh, and just have a good time trying new things check out working with Rebecca!

Rebecca is the BEST! In just 5 months, I have gone from being essentially sedentary to being able to do things I have never been able to - even when I was working out more aggressively/frequently. She is very patient but pushes you to level up each session and really understands how to target and improve your various foundations. Rebecca is such an amazing trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable about using proper movement and form, and she’s a corrective exercise specialist so she knows her stuff when it comes to making sure you don’t hurt yourself! Not only does Rebecca care about the way you engage in fun and safe movement, she also recognizes the ways in which movement impacts your mental health. Outside of being smart, knowledgeable and passionate about her job as a trainer, she’s also kind and funny. Rebecca is a great Trainer. I have a lot of fun and get a good workout with her to the point where I have a good night’s sleep after our sessions.
