I can’t say enough great things about Redline. This gym and the staff welcomes you immediately and are a perfect example of friendliness and positivity. The level of professionalism and knowledge the staff brings to everything they do. Every coach and trainer is incredibly knowledgeable and prepared with a program for everyday session. The coaches communicate, motivate, and guide my son. I can see the improvement in my son’s development, both physically and mentally.
The coaches pay attention to everything such as form, attitude, effort and they respond with thoughtful, constructive feedback that helps kids improve safely and confidently. It’s a place where kids are not only challenged to grow, but also supported every step of the way.

My 11-year-old son has been attending Camp at Redline Athletics -Weston this summer and has loved it. He would stay there the entire summer if he could. They are very organized, have both structured games and free sports times and keep the kids active, while being indoors in this summer heat. The coaches and owners are very supportive and inclusive. Will be looking into ongoing training opportunities for this year based on my summer experience.

Redline is the best thing we have encountered for our son! There aren't words enough to convey our appreciation of the owners, staff, and the whole Redline Weston experience. The owners are very welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely care about all the kids and make them feel like family. The staff is professional, thorough, and helpful to each child. When you start, they do a physical evaluation, then they keep a file folder for each child (and the evaluation is re-done periodically to test agility/strength progress). The The first part of each session is strength traning/stretching (they teach the kids how to properly stretch, use equipment adequate for age/developmental level, and proper exercise technique. The second half of the session the kids practice/train in the sport of their choice.. Our son's posture, agility, performance in the sports he plays, and self confidence as have increased tremendously in less than a year...he looks forward to going every time! We have encouraged everyone we know to take their kids to Redline Weston, and they all feel the same way we do. We recommend Redline Weston for all families, it is a gold mine....a true blessing!!! My son attends redline, he has not been able to go for more than a month due to skin problems that are contagious, he is in treatment, called redline to see if I can cancel and the man in charge tells me that I have to pay another month and cancellation fee, I understand the cancellation fee, but paying June because he wants to, I tell them I'm going to have to take my son with skin like this and I'm very sorry if your son or daughter is exposed to infection, I tell them that My son has had this infection since March at Redline, they do not clean the machines or the weights in the gym, I am very angry about this situation, he only sees the money sign on the members, I do not recommend it and my son never will return to REDLINE., ALSO HE CHARGED ME MORE THAN THE CANCELATION FEE AND HE IS VERY UNRESPECTFULL PERSON his name is JOE and I will report him

This "coach" changed my 11 yo son's life. He's "on the spectrum" and they moved him from no-activity to a youth baseball league in about a year. He started with no baseball experience and just finished his first season without a hitch. Redline provides structured, predictable routine youths need. It's not an "activity" like the YMCA - it's athletics. They are compassionate without hand-holding. We had to motivate and discipline him to attend but once there was "no choice" he looked forward to going 3x a week.

I’ve been around Olympic amateur Athletics my entire life in addition to collegiate athletic and therefore know proper strength and conditioning coaching when I see it. I took my 15 year old High School Offensive Lineman to them and have never looked back. It’s evident the entire staff is well vetted and specialized in their sports specific and general training techniques. Coach Josh is a true strength and conditioning clinician. His skill and temperament as coach is excellent. He’s had an excellent pedigree in his field and it’s evident when you watch him at work. He’s really done an excellent job at motivating and inspiring my teenage son to work harder and smarter. My son actually looks forward to each session! The facility is incredibly modern, clean and well managed. It also welcoming atmosphere ( no jerks) and they’re reasonably priced. I’d say the best kept secret in strength and conditioning in the region. I’m a member and my only motivation is to show my appreciation for a job well done - AL

I had to cancel my sister membership, brought hers doctor notes and examen saying she present a tumor in her brain and she can do any type of workout , and the owner tells me , that I have to pay a cancellation fee and didn’t gave me a refund fir the past 2 month she haven’t been in there because of the situation that she is going through right now. that I had to Pay the cancellation fee or just receive a refund for the past month (November) a month that just start it now .. what a disgrace of human runs this business .. never bringing my sister back over here ..

Love what Redline has done for my daughter. It has improved her posture, core strength and confidence. The entire process is one of the most professional fitness facilities I have been to.
