We celebrated my daughter's 8th birthday party at Reflex this past Sunday, and it was phenomenal! From star to finish, everything was perfectly organized. There were two amazing coaches who helped entertain the kids, served the food, cut the cake, and set everything beautifully. One of the coaches , Maria was especially wonderful unfortunately I forgot the name of the other coach, but both were energetic,attentive and made the day truly special. The kids had a blast, and felt so supported through the event. I highly recommend Reflex for birthday parties- they made it stress-free and unforgettable. Thank you for helping us create such a joyful memory!

I have all three of kids now enrolled at Reflex in three different types of classes and for different periods of time according to age. They seem to really enjoy their time at class while learning a lot and gaining a lot of strength and confidence! I’m giving four stars instead of five because it does get a little packed and hectic inside the gym and in the parking lot but I have learned to manage.

We have been in Reflex for more than 5 years and what started as only a recreational sport have become part of our lives with practices and competitions. The facility is well-equipped and the classes are engaging, but I do wish there was more communication from the coaches to parents about how the kids are progressing and where they might need improvement. Reflex Gymnastics is a great studio. I have my granddaughter attend it, and she likes it and enjoys going there. She also practices the gymnastic steps at home. I recommend it. Signed up my daughter for two weeks of summer camp and it was AMAZING!! The staff is incredible and they keep the kids busy and moving the whole day! I’ve been bringing my daughter to this gym for three years now, and the experience has been amazing. She started as a baby in the Super Stars program and fell in love with gymnastics from day one. It’s especially suitable for slightly older children, who are able to develop their skills more fully. The coaches are generally incredible—attentive, caring, and kind. However, some need to be reminded that younger students require more patience and understanding. At that age, it’s normal for kids to struggle with physical activity, get distracted, or want to explore rather than follow instructions exactly. A gentle approach makes a big difference. We take our daughter to this gymnastics place, and overall, we are very happy with the experience. The environment is nice and welcoming, and the prices are quite reasonable. Our daughter loves attending and gets excited every Sunday morning.

However, we’ve noticed that some instructors sometimes seem to forget that 3- and 4-year-olds are naturally curious and want to explore. They can’t always follow every instruction perfectly or stay in the same station for too long, especially when they are neurodivergent and need more flexibility and understanding in their learning process.

Despite that, our daughter enjoys it a lot and always looks forward to her next class. We definitely recommend this place!

My kids absolutely love this place. They enjoyed a couple weeks of summer camp T Reflex and loved every minute of it. We loved that they were exhausted when they came home especially compress to the other summer camps they have participated.

They beg me to sign them up for classes but between their busy schedules and mine it hasn’t worked out.

But I do also sign them up periodically for the Sunday open gym. Which they love!

They have also done the one day camp during School holidays which works for my work schedule.

For the first time this past weekend they did Parents Night Out and they loved it! And I loved getting a night out as well. I do like how they do theirs on the weekend vs. Friday like most other places

Good place if you want your children to learn a new sport. You can wait right there accompanying your child. You should leave earlier because sometimes you need more time to get parking. Recommended. The teachers are very nice.

Great programs -- we like the gymnastics and ninja a lot! My kids learn skills and are challenged. Reflex is great with make up classes and allows you to get all of them in. Texting is super easy and they are quick to respond. Would love to do this again.

Update. I was very upset about this situation but i appreciate the manager reaching out to me swiftly and rectifying the situation! We’ve been with reflex for a few years and my daughter enjoys it!

Wanted to avoid posting a google review however i have asked for a manager to contact me and no one ever reached out. My daughter’s been in attendance here since 2021. I’ve paid for camps for both of my children etc. the way that the front staff spoke to me last Thursday over a late payment is disgusting. We all fall on hard times. My daughter loves this place and i fight very hard to make sure she can stay here but decent customer service goes a long way. Speaking to people with respect goes a long way. Parking here is a nightmare but instructors are very great.

I can’t say enough amazing things about reflex and their after care especially! Jessica has turned their aftercare into something the kids not only enjoy because of the gymnastics but because of the coaches! My daughter was nervous to ride the bus to reflex after school but now she gets upset if she doesn’t take the bus to there after school (you can drop off for aftercare if not riding the bus).
During aftercare, the kids are evaluated on their skill level the first couple of weeks then they are split up based on level. So you child is getting a true gymnastics class that fits them (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). My daughter has now started pre-team and 2 days a week goes into that class during aftercare.
My daughter was doing champions at her school 2 days a week but begged to do 5 days at reflex. So we do 5 days a week!
The coaches are amazing and have quiet time to allow kids to work on homework. Some of the older kids even help my daughter with her sight words!
You feel like family when you’re at reflex and I am so lucky we found this for our energetic daughter (who the reflex coaches Jessica and Alejandra have basically adopted)!
Don’t let the craziness of the gym scare you, it is the most organized chaos I’ve ever seen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My daughter got hurt in the after-school program TWICE! One in the head & one in the nose. They don’t watch the kids properly. We received an apology from the manager that runs the after-school program and that was all. It is a terrible thing to find your child bleeding when you pick them up. We are never going back!

My daughter has been going to Reflex gymnastic almost a year now and we love it! I've had a great experience with their after school program! The director of the afterschool program is TOP 5. I had a small issue once in the past and he handled it perfectly. I am confident my daughter is in good hands while there! The front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming! They know who I am and call for my daughter to come up as soon as I walk in! She also attends gymnastics classes outside of afterschool and it is also AMAZING! Let me start, 2 years ago I was at reflex I had loved it there, the only thing is it wasn't that clean and service was just awful. 2 years ago I was in class when I feel down off the trampoline and then broke my clavicle( that is near wear your shoulder is for the people who don't know) One of the employee's comes up and says continue the class. He has also said ,"oh you just fell it will be better" I rated this 1 one star because there was no option for a 0 star. Please parents take my advice and be careful where you put your children .

Do no enroll your children in the ninja class. They do not learn anything. The coaches who teach the class arent qualified to teach and cannot do the moves nor show them.

All they do is stretch, throw the kids on the course, and let them run wild. The kids dont learn how to do moves correctly and they just run around doing random things.

The course also stays the same each week, and the kids get very bored. I see kids laying down and sitting since the course is so repetitive. They do the same little things for 30 mins then switch to another boring thing for another.

They dont care about your kids!

If I could rate zero or negative stars I would!! My daughter has been attending Reflex for eight years.
Recently an incident happened to her at the gym. I tried calling the gym, but received no answer. I then emailed the owner, and my email was disregarded and ignored. I had to recall the gym to asked to speak to him. He never returned my phone call, and hid behind the computer to send me an email. I responded to his email, and have yet to receive a phone call or another email regarding the incident.

I cannot believe we have been treated this way after all the money we have spent, and the loyalty and dedication my daughter has given to this gym. Stay far away from here! They do NOT care for their students and families!

We had the opportunity to attend a gymnastics clinic... The class was on point. It exited our expectations... The staff was nice, cordial and really new what they were teaching. Each child received personal advise and were criticized constructively to help them grow... The installation was clean and well set up. There were bathrooms available and water fountain too. It was a very well put class. They had the time to divide the kids accordingly to skill level, so that really was a plus.
Only " but " for us. There was an unpleasant smell that day. So i wont really talk much about it...

Good education but huge lack of parking and seating inside. There is a large floor fan thay blocks 30% of the view from the seating to where the children practice. Would be great if fan was moved to not block the view of the parents. It is nice to see what you pay for.

We switched to Reflex about a year & a half ago and have absolutely loved it. We have to drive 45 min one way but it is absolutely worth it. The gym staff are friendly & know the students by name. Our Coach, Coach Rich has taught our son so many new things in the TNT program, on excellent equipment. If you try this gym out you will not be disappointed 😊

Dear Picky Parents,
Look no further! I moved to Lake Nona July of 2017 and visited several gymnastics places and was willing to take a hike of a drive for the right place. We hit a gold mine with convenience of location, and quality of programs and staff. My soon to be 7 yr old, Arianna, loves her time here in the after school program and summer camp and learns different things that she shares with me every night, showing off her new skills lol. The staff is super caring, attentitive to each child, and accommodating in general. I go to CrossFit Lion’s Den two doors down in the same plaza, and they walk her over at end of my class so she can cheer me on and I can finish my workout. I had an issue at her school where we received a $100 bill with all the food she purchased that she thought was free lol, but I like that Reflex has a process in place to prevent those types of mistakes...a form that parents sign that you can determine quantity of snacks and drinks purchased daily or weekly. Field trips are fun and different each time, well-organized, and I feel at ease knowing she’s in good hands. The Director, Kristin, even goes a step further and texts me pictures of Arianna on field trip days when I wish I could be there. But seriously, stop looking. Couldn’t be happier here!
