Julie is an awesome trainer! She trained me while I was in Florida for work. The project ended early so I didn't get to finish all my sessions and I was so upset about it. She will get you in shape and you will also laugh so much with her. She makes it fun!

I had training for awhile with Julie at the gym she used to work at before, she was a big help all around with everything I needed to work on, she would always make sure I was eating right, and suggest all the right meals and diet plans, I was having problems with my blood sugar around the time, it was starting to become overwhelming, and I was getting a lot of anxiety, she showed me all the right workout routines to be able relax my body, along with my blood sugar I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to live a healthier life.

2020 and the birth of my son shortly after threw my health and fitness into a downward spiral. I tried to get into the gym by myself, but I just couldn't find the motivation to dig deep. I tried improving my diet but the amount of conflicting info made it so confusing. At 41, I kept hearing "its totally normal", "it's all part of getting older." I was hesitant to listen. Then I hired Julie... She worked with me, patiently and professionally. I had experience with exercise but what she brought to the table was a whole lot more. Ensuring movements were done correctly and safely, it gave me results and fast. My energy went up, posture and confidence improved and all of a sudden the weight I was confident lifting went up. I let her know the areas I wanted to focus on and she did just that. Having her train me for over 3 months has opened my eyes to health and wellness, and I am truly grateful. Thank you Julie. The Pictures may not do justice to the change I feel. I lost 10 lbs. and packed on muscle. I highly recommend Julie for health and fitness training.

I had Julie as a personal trainer and she was nothing less than amazing. Julie had always even from the beginning made me feel very comfortable and that i could achieve any goal. Half way through my training i found out i had a heart condition and Julie was so understanding of my health issues. If i ever needed a break Julie was very understanding of that but she still made me know i could achieve any goal.
Definitely recommend Julie she’s great at what she does.

Julie is amazing! I have a few chronic conditions that have made working out a big experiment with trial and error. She’s worked with me to build a program tailored to those needs and to help manage the symptoms of them. I felt myself getting stronger and more energetic with less intense symptom flare ups. If you’re worried about past injuries or chronic ailments making things impossible, she’ll work you through it. 🫶🏼
