Absolutely Outstanding Pilates Instructor!
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lisa for the past few months, and I can honestly say she is one of the best fitness professionals I’ve ever encountered. Her deep knowledge of Pilates, combined with an incredibly supportive and motivating teaching style, has completely transformed my approach to fitness and well-being.

Reform Pilates is my first experience with Pilates. I felt welcomed right away, but nervous due to an acquired balance disorder. I’ve had the most amazing experience. I’ve gotten stronger, a bit leaner, and my balance has improved immensely. I can tell pretty quickly if I’m unable to attend, as my balance regresses. Lisa is always by our sides, coaching, spotting us for safety, urging us to reach farther, try harder, or helping us to improve our pose or exercise. She’s never short on praise when we get it right. I love the way that Lisa has built this heath seeking commmunity of women, and the way we celebrate each other. Blessings Abound at Reform Pilates

WOW, results gained at Reform Pilates far exceeded my expectations in the 3 months since I started.
The safe, focused and explicit instruction on quality equipment led to achieving core / back strengthening as well as strengthening my arms and legs. (I started as a weakling).
My intention: healthy over-all strengthening and balance thus achieving targeted loss of unwanted inches. It Works!

I have been seeing Lisa for over a year now and cannot recommend her classes enough! It has been so rewarding to feel my strength and flexibility increase each time, while also relieving the stiffness and joint pain from sitting at work! I always visit this Pilates studio when I am in town. Lisa is a wonderful instructor whose small class sizes (2-3 people MAX) allow her to give you lots of attention and necessary adjustments. I am training for a marathon and adding Pilates workouts to my routine has helped me tremendously with injury prevention and undoing the tightness that running causes. I highly recommend checking out Reform Pilates!

I have been doing Pilates with Lisa for a year now , and I can see and feel an incredible improvement . When I started with Lisa , I was struggling with back issues and sciatica . Even walking my dog was challenging . The twice weekly classes have helped me gain core strength and flexibility , allowing me to enjoy tennis , dog walking and life in general !! Lisa is a very experienced teacher who takes the time to understand what your specific needs are. Her attention to students during class helps you get the most out of every workout .

This is the best pilates studio I’ve ever been to. I love the small classes. Lisa gives dedicated time to each of her students so I know that I am doing the correct form. I had lower back pain from working on a computer and it’s completely gone now!
