The reviews about the cancellation process are accurate. Save yourself the hassle and take a moment to research Your Rights Under the Health Studio Act in Florida. Under this law, gyms are only allowed a 3-day cancellation window, not the 30-day notice this gym requires, even after you've paid for the first and last month's membership. If you cancel on the 1st of the month, their 30-day policy might force you to pay for an additional month, which is not only illogical but also unlawful.

Before signing any contract, be aware that you're supposed to be dealing with a licensed Health Studio. Check the contract for the health studio license number--this is required by law. Better yet, ask them to show you their valid Florida Health Studio license.

For a company that claims to care about its members, it's oddly clear that they have no regard for your consumer rights.

The energy from the owners is awful, they scream at each other about MEMBERS in the front entrance which is so unprofessional. I almost got a membership but $125? not sure what i’m getting for that high of a price.

I went here to try it out for a day and I ended up loving it. The place is small but it has EVERYTHING. Really cool machines that you definitely don’t see at your regular gym. Lots of mirrors for gym pics. Bathrooms are sooooo clean and super nice with razors and a hair dryer. Also they have a sauna, ice bath, and a hot tub. Great for recovery. Definitely looking for a membership in the rear future

I discovered this new gym via ClassPass. I highly recommend to book with Jack, he was an exceptional trainer who made sure I kept my form in every workout. All their equipment is brand new and they have great amenities. This place isn’t as crowded like other gyms, and they also have a mini bar for protein shakes and other snacks. Will definitely be back!

ReinventU gym is packed with the most advanced and best equipment i’ve ever seen in a gym. The staff is friendly and helpful and the gym has a great atmosphere. I greatly enjoy working out at ReinventU mostly because of the vast selection of equipment they have to offer especially for bodybuilding training which is why i like to do but they also have equipment to suit the needs of any other training protocol. They keep adding new stuff like the cold plunge which is exciting. Overall, I highly recommend checking out ReinventU gym 10/10 for me.

Best Gym in South Florida!!! This gym transformed how I think of the gym, I no longer dread the part the of the day where I go to the gym. Everything is SO clean all the time , and they have every type of equipment you could possibly need (especially if you’re a person who wants to build muscle)!! This gym serves as a catalyst for motivation and consistency by surrounding yourself with likeminded individuals. ReinventU's managers and owners take pride in their equipment, and respond quickly if anything is damaged/needs replacing and are always open to recommendations for new gym equipment to provide the highest quality to their members. Went there to buy a chocolate protein shake after studying. The male employee with the tatted sleeve made excuses on why he couldn’t make me a shake. Saying back-to-back lies like he new and produce order wasn’t there and machine wasn’t working. Then made a promise to made me a shake and took my contact information. Never received any communication the next day. A man without his word isn’t a man and it leave a bad impression on customers because all I wanted was a protein shake after studying.

If I could give this gym -5 stars I would In a heartbeat.

I could write a whole book on how many lies they made and how many times they “accidentally” charged my card and made me have to jump through hoops to get a refund (even trying to bribe me into refusing the refund for their mistakes in exchange for store credit if they throw in a little extra).

I won’t bore you with the 5+ examples of how they lied but beware and do not trust a single thing they say because they will lie straight to your face then deny it. It’s happened to me NUMEROUS times with them, not only in regards to payments and money but also in regards to equipment they promised to have that week or next week but just fabricated those lies to make sales…

Furthermore…. The gym ambiance is mediocre at best. Equipment is mehh, space is extremely limited, and the atmosphere is boring.

I am not a fan gyms but you’re truly better off going to planet fitness for a 10th of the price.

Honestly I wasn’t going to leave a review and just let it be but the last straw that broke the camels back was when the manager told me and my girlfriend numerous times that there is ZERO cancelation fee and it will be completely hassle free and of course… lied about that. We emphasize this at least two or three times each and he gave his word that there is no 30 day cancellation notice or cancellation fees or anything but then of course… they told me I can’t cancel unless I pay a fee and another month…

Maybe if these guys acted like honest, hard-working and virtuous business owners their business would succeed and they wouldn’t have to make up lie after lie.

I shall make sure never to go back and let everyone know to save their money and time and gainz too.

Such an amazing gym! I wish I could come here every day! Everything was SO CLEAN and organized. Not overly crowded and stocked with amenities! The staff was friendly and welcoming, I was introduced into the facility and had a walk through, I was given a walk through on the many option that are available with the membership. The equipment is clean and new, and I was offered a run through on how to use any machine which was very appreciated. Personally as a high-school student the prices are a little to high for my occupation but I loved that there were many options and different available memberships such as the student membership that could be accommodated to my student schedule! Arsenal strength, nautilus, prime are all pieces you can expect to find here. The atmosphere is amazing, great music, cool art work in the walls, and ALWAYS super clean, all new modern construction. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the luxury gym and was blown away by the top-notch facilities and amenities. The gym is stocked with a wide variety of workout equipment and machines, catering to every fitness need and preference.

One of the standout features of the gym is the health bar, which offers a selection of delicious smoothies and bowls. Whether I was looking for a pre-workout boost or a post-workout recovery meal, the health bar had something for me.

In addition to the gym itself, I was also impressed by the wellness center. I don't always stay on top of my vitamin game, so the IV bags help from time to time. Never a bad idea if you have a hangover either!

Upon signing a one year contract pre-opening with an expected July opening it did take a few extra months to open - very understandable. My first impression was the facility was well equipped and run in terms of cleanliness and staffing. As the weeks past by I noticed a theme throughout the gym which I was not accustomed to - a plethora of selfie sticks provided by management and other members bringing their tripods and expensive cameras to shoot videos and take pics of themselves working out. I was dismayed since I never experienced the intensity of this type of behavior in a gym before. The gym equipment is positioned close together and I was not appreciative of being in someone else's instagram feed. It came to a head when and "instagramer" had his"photographer" filming "content" of him while constantly invading my personal space. I complained to management and was told this "instagramer" makes "six figures". Honestly I do not care what another members income is yet alone what they report on their tax returns. This got my back up as now management positioned themselves to value one person's monthly membership fee over another's. Against my better judgement I kept my membership and continued to train at this gym. The next issue I had with a gym is their policy of what to wear or not to wear. Is working out shirtless acceptable? For some maybe but for most a big no. Go feed your ego in their bathroom which by the way has great mirrors to insatiate yourself with as many pics and videos as you could ever want. Again complained and management turned a blind eye. It wasn't until I entered the gym one final time and two members were shirtless (these are males by the way) taking up the entire dual cable area flexing and wearing balaclavas ( wooly ski masks for those who don't know the term, typically worn by skiers or thieves disguising themselves) - filming themselves for what god only knows what... That was the last straw and I looked over at my training partner rolled my eyes and left the facility. We were left out of our contract. Is the a gym or a photo studio posing as a gym? For the high school and college aged who have the insatiable need for validation on social media by posting videos of themselves in a gym environment this is the place for you. For those who are serious about getting a hard working out in you should look elsewhere!

You should really come check out the ReinventU gym in east Boca Raton. They have nice machines and the gym is not a giant corporate gym, Its just the right size to make you not feel lost , and not to small like some boutique gyms where its tight and you only have a few options. Its a very nice modern setup, showers, lockers and an outdoor sauna soon to come. They also have staff can help you reach your goals with personal training or you can do your thing. Make sure to also check out the juice bar on your way out for post recovery. ***side note they have developed their own line of supplements, ask about them. My favorite is the greens!

Started with a drink at 7 eleven. That japanese watermelon was insane. Now im here cutting up weight. Equipment is high end. Im not looking for a huge gym. This gym makes you feel involved. Absolutely in love with this gym ! It’s brand new so everything feels fresh and inviting. The facility is always super clean and the staff members are down to earth. I can’t wait for their wellness center to be complete so I can check that out too 😌

STAY AWAY!! These guys talk big and deliver small. All they care about is selling you something flashy, they have no genuine desire to help anybody with their health. All they care about is their own pockets. Was sold a bunch of lies about when the gym would be open. It’s tiny for starters, it hasn’t opened yet when they said in July it would be opening soon. The place was just sitting there as an ugly construction zone for months. These guy’s egos is about the only thing extravagant here. Plenty of quality people to do business with, this isn’t it. And why are you reviewing your own business with 5 stars?

SOUTH FLORIDA’S BEST UPSCALE GYM!!! I recently toured the facility that is located in Boca Raton and everything was top notch, clean, and quality! The staff was extremely friendly, took the time to give me a full tour and even gave me a sample of their Reinvent U energy drink and greens to try which were OFF THE CHAINNN!!! There’s a juice bar (most excited for), wellness center, gym area, locker room with showers and the best lighting, and soon to be outdoor area. None the less, I will be signing up as the facility is well worth the wait. Their membership is extremely well priced for everything they have to offer. They even do fitness evaluations with their trainers which I will be scheduling. The equipment is beginner to intermediate friendly, it does not matter if you are just starting or have been lifting for years. They have everything to suit your needs, and there is much more to come!!! See for yourself … I would rate the facility 10 stars if I could.
