Working with Ria has been a game-changer. I started working with her over a year ago when I decided to start taking my health seriously. Ria has worked me every step of the way, from making sure I have the basic knowledge necessary to start eating right and building muscle - to also making sure I have the right form. Working with Ria as someone who has just entered the fitness world has been great for my long term success. Started working with Coach Ria this June. She has been absolutely amazing at coaching me. She explains what part of my body is being worked by the exercise and how to adjust my form to work the right muscles. The best part is the breaking away from common mindsets when it comes to being a woman that works out, also the common mindsets in regards to eating and nutrition for women. 10/10 would recommend
