I have been training with David for over 2 years now. It has been a very rewarding and fun experience. I can do so much more now than what I could do before!!! Including resistance, weights and balance exercises. David will listen to your goals, and work to accomplish them with you. He is very knowledgeable about health, nutrition and supplements. He is flexible and will work with your schedule as much as possible. I would definitely recommend David!

I have been training with David for a little over a year, almost every week. My progress from where I started, to now has been so incredible, he keeps me challenged but also listens to my feedback if I ever need to take easier on some days. I’ve done personal training at gyms, as well as F45 in the past and this has worked the best for me out of all the fitness programs out there. David is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. Our sessions are never boring and every time you step into his gym you know you’re going to get the best workout. It’s worth every penny if you’re ready to see that change and growth in your physical fitness journey.

My 12 year old son has a chronic illness that requires lots of steroids so he has gained wait and lost muscle mass. He wanted to started working out so Dad joined in. David has been phenomenal with him (and my husband). Super patient, positive, and makes it fun! We are 2 months in, and my son is really happy with the changes to his body and looks forward to his sessions with David.

Awesome trainer with a plethora of knowledge and 25+ years of experience to back it up. The guidance David has shown in a short period of time exceeded my expectations and I’m looking forward to the long term results that David is helping me yield. After just a few weeks I feel the best I have felt in years and it’s helpful to have a trainer that plans out your exercises each session from start to finish to ultimately maximize all muscles to avoid fatigue in a particular area. Would highly recommend working with David and you can buy packages! Very convenient and confident you will see results if you put the work in.

My family and me, we all love our trainings with David, he is a great coach who can meet everyone’s needs - if it’s person in her 30, 40 or 60 and even 70. Very attentive, professional coach, light person, easy to communicate and work with. We also enjoy coming to David’s gym, it’s good organised and equipped with everything necessary. David is by far the best trainer I have ever had. He frequently changes up my routines and does a lot of adjusting to my movements which is what has made a world of difference in my results. David’s private gym is nice with a lot of different pieces of equipment. He also comes to my gym for training which is very convenient.

I’ve been training with David for 8 years and he has consistently been an excellent trainer. He’s adapted when I got pregnant & kept me fit till 39 weeks. I have been very active most of my life but got bored of my own routines. I came to David hoping to spice things up, push myself harder, and obtain better results. I've seen so many positive changes since I started training with him.
David keeps the workouts fun and dynamic. He encourages and motivates you each time you work out. He teaches you proper form and is always there coaching you through every movement. Truly a great trainer that really wants to see his clients improve. I’ve been working with David for a month and I can already see a big change in my body. I’ve lost almost 8 pounds and I finally feel confident to get back into my bathing suit without a cover up. David's small group REPS training classes are amazing. In just a couple of months after starting them I saw amazing results. I quickly became stronger, more toned, lost over 12 pounds and gained more energy and endurance. It is obvious that David is passionate about fitness and it shows through the different exercises and enthusiasm he brings to every session. The classes are challenging and exercises are changed with each class so it's never the same workout. It's great for every fitness level and is a comfortable judgment-free environment. He also places a high emphasis on correct form with each exercise. The classes motivate you to push yourself to get results. It's still my favorite training class!
