I’m 54 years old and have been playing sports, in the gym and with a trainer on and off for nearly 35 of those years! When I moved to Florida about 23 years ago, I found it very hard to maintain a steady plan to keep myself in shape – business, kids, gym burn out and a host of all the typical reasons – I was slowly falling apart.
