I joined Rock Fitness primarily to film and create educational, entertaining fitness content. The lighting and privacy made it ideal, and I purposely planned this between 1–4 AM to avoid disturbing anyone.

The staff even reached out to say they enjoyed my content, though they expressed concern it might be “potentially offensive.” My intention was never to offend or target anyone, nor have I actually done so. My content has always been centered around humor and education sticking to my authentic self.
After multiple attempts to silence my personality on social media, I continued creating it respectfully, simply choosing to block the staff accounts afterward to avoid further misunderstanding.

Despite that, my membership was later terminated under the claim that I had also connected my device to their AirPlay system (something I DID NOT do). I was also warned for leaving a few lights off one night, which was an honest oversight during the middle of the night that affected no one, and never happened again.

The facility itself is excellent: great equipment, clean space, and solid amenities. But the management’s handling of this situation shows inconsistency and poor communication toward members who pay a PREMIUM fee.

Rock Fitness is my new go to gym. From my first day going with a buddy who has a membership, I knew I had to make the switch. The equipment is top notch and they make sure to keep it clean. After getting a referral from a friend i decided to take a tour to see Rock fitness and billy greeted me at the door and I can’t believe how amazing their customer service is and they also surprised me when I seen they had “new tech “ equipment that I never seen in person only in videos and I was a ex member at anatomy and Life Time and all I could say they don’t come close to what rock fitness got to offer. Billy talked to me about the presale promotion they got going on for the gym opening and that made me sign up since it’s a better deal and a more comfortable environment than the other gyms I was a member of before.
