Very professional, great coaching staff who go beyond just handling the athletes as coaches but as life coaches or mentors to send these athletes out into the world furthering there competitive cheerleading in college or just being rock solid in life….

We have been with this gym 6 years and we couldn't imagine being any where else! Most gyms I’ve encountered can make you feel as if you’re another “number” or just a dollar sign, to say Rock Solid isn’t like that is an understatement. Rock Solid feels like a family and it all starts with Carol. Carol, the gym owner, knows every athlete that walks into her gym- she is kind to all, always has a smile on her face, and even takes the time to watch and help with teams on the floor. She is so proud of every single athlete and it really shows!! The coaching staff is phenomenal, they respect their athletes as well as instill the hard work needed to bring home championships. They have had the same coaches/staff for MANY years and that alone shows what kind of gym they are! The love and happiness we have in this gym is unmatched. It is our home and we couldn’t imagine being any where else. If you are looking for a family (and some Gold 😉) Rock Solid is the ONLY gym you should consider!!

If you’re looking for a home away from home, Rock Solid is your place to be! While your kids learn to love a new sport, they’ll be taught life lessons and build lifelong friendships! I am extremely glad that I called before giving this gym my business. After not getting a response to my email, I called the gym (that should have been my first alarm). I called to ask if the gym offered an evaluation session or a drop-in session at a discounted rate to see if it would be a good fit for our daughter. The response I got from Carol was that she "Didn't know how I did business, but that isn't the kind of business they we're running" and that I should really invest in my child. I'm sorry but, I didn't want to pay $50 for one session at a gym my daughter had never been to. Even if that was the case, it would have been more professional to simply state the policy of drop-in class rates and let me make the decision without being called, in so many words, an unprofessional mother who doesn't invest in her child. I'm glad that my daughter won't be around such hostile leadership. Needless to say we will be looking for a more reputable and inviting cheer gym.

I can’t believe the audacity that this cheer gym has. It’s boring cheers accompanied with unmotivated teachers keep Rock Solid at a solid zero. The incredibly rude instructors have no concern for the children themselves, and are conceited people who want to live their life through their cheerleaders. It thoroughly upsets me how awful people and this cheer team can be, and I only wish for those poor cheerleaders to improve their competition at another gym. I know that, in the end, all the deserving consequences will come to the teachers. ;)

I have 2 girls that have been there for 3 years. We are there 5 nights a week and they still can't wait to get there. They have made life long friends and learned valuable life lessons. The coaches strive for excellence and expect their cheerleaders to do what is necessary to achieve that. It is a demanding sport from all involvedand my girls wouldnt have it any other way or at any other gym.

Can't see my daughter anywhere else. It is my daughter's 2nd home. Those girls are her sisters. Dedicated. Can't say enough about Chelsea, Carrie, and Brittany. No one wants anything more than those three. Their passion is beyond belief. Some people may not be able to handle high stress situations and all-star cheerleading is not for everyone. You have to be dedicated to the sport and willing to give 100 percent everyday. If you are truly dedicated and want to work hard and love the sport Rock is for you.

I was an RSA cheerleader for 5-6 years and I can proudly say that being apart of this organization brought me the greatest happiness. Not only did I find so much love within my rock family, I learned great discipline. The endless hours these coaches spend mentoring, caring, and loving their kids is amazing and so inspiring. Rock solid has always been my home. From walking in my frist day 10 years ago and falling in love to being almost 20 years old now and still feel the same. Rock solid is a fantastic environment for all ages, a place to make life long friends and learn not only physical skills but life skills that will carry on after leaving the program.
