Highly Recommend Jack at Rockstar Training in Sanford!

I started personal training at Rockstar with Jack, the owner. I’m very active in CrossFit and Orange Theory, but I had some old gymnastics injuries that made it hard to properly activate my hamstrings and adductors. Because of that, I was struggling to lift heavier without shifting side to side.

When I met Jack, I asked if he could help me with some isolated training to get these muscles firing again. He evaluated me thoroughly, created a customized plan, and progressed me each session, just enough to challenge me while keeping me moving toward my goals.

I scoped out a lot of gyms and this one far surpassed my expectations. Owners Lisa and Jack made this place somewhere to go without judgment and truly somewhere you can really focus on yourself and goals. It’s never really packed and they are open 24/7! Highly recommended.

Just joined today with my husband. Owners are awesome! So nice & kind, & down to earth. Gym is super cool, as well really clean. You can tell the owners love what they do. It’s not intimidating at all going in there! & only makes you feel motivated to work out! We are happy new members! Rock on!

I love this gym, it’s got everything in a relatively small footprint making workouts very efficient. Never too busy and has a close knit community/family vibe. Staff is tentative and great value for the money. I’m glad I found this place!

Anyone looking for the right gym with the right mindset head over to Rockstar Fitness. Excellent equipment. Outstanding clients who are like family. Clean environment. Acess 24 hours a day. Great class with awesome trainers and chiropractor on staff. The best part about the gym are the owners. Jack and Lisa are never too busy to stop and talk about technic and results. The experience is about the clients needs and expectations. I can truly say Rockstar Fitness is missing the name family. Jack is never too busy to reach out to a client to see how they are doing and if they need anything. I am so glad the gym is so close to my house. However for this gym and concepts I would make the drive. Thanks to the Bruno's Sanford has a real gym with real results.

Barbara is AMAZING. I actually enjoy working out now, and that's never happened before. I feel more progress with her in two months than I did in four months with a different trainer from few years ago. She is a personable trainer who isn't afraid to step in and correct your form, and make you do it RIGHT. I don't want to waste my time working out wrong so that's perfect. She knows a great deal about bodies, anatomy, and posture. She is a very kind-hearted person who treats others well and I would recommend her to anyone.

Awesome health club. Been coming here about 8 months. Without a doubt the best bang for your buck in Seminole County. Community vib and low-key atmosphere. Just expanded next door for extra 2,000 sq ft to include pilates, bootcamp, ab and yoga classes. All machines and equipment work well and and kept up. Highly recommend!

This place rocks! Literally. Non-corporate gym run by Jack and Lisa. Always willing to answer questions and help out. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. Clean and well lit with great music to help get you through your workout. Trainers available to help you with your personal goals here. I'll never go back to the "big gyms". The price is right too. 24/7 gym that fits your schedule. Highly recommend.

I’ve been enjoying my time here at Rockstar fitness. It is my second home. I feel comfortable here and that’s extremely important to me as I’m working each day to reach my goals of bettering myself. The trainers here are awesome and can definitely help with reaching body/fitness goals. I come here 5 days a week and the staff feels like family. The staff, they do all they can for everyone to have a great experience. They have what you need here! If you are reading this and are considering becoming a member it would be a great decision to!

Joining this gym basically has changed my life. I've struggled many years with weight loss, training, and mostly consistency. I've been here now over a month and I am finally turning that corner. Of course it always starts with YOU, but the trainers, staff, and owners have encouraged me to keep pushing! Even the other clients like myself talk, help, encourage, laugh, sweat with you. I feel apart of the gym Everytime I open the door. I recommend 1000%! My brother and I are there every morning working out. Oh btw it's 24 hours. This gym is always extremely clean. The general vibe and environment is great and always welcoming - Giddy always does his best to make sure of it. A great small gym that has everything need.
There a few things that really separate this gym from others in the area:
1) 24 hour access
2) they have a chiropractor that often comes in to do adjustments in a office that is set aside.
3) a owner who genuinely cares about your workout experience
I have yet to have a bad workout here.
