At Rodsquad, we offer a full-service transformation program for women, including nutrition, accountability and personalized weight training in an exclusive semi-private setting in east Boca Raton.
Our in-person training program with Rod focuses on strength training, body shaping, metabolism boosting and muscle toning. The program has been specifically developed for women over the past 20 years with incredible results.
Via the Rodsquad app and our virtual coaching service, Rod also offers online programs for women of all ages and fitness levels around the world.

The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and watch you like a hawk so that you don't get injured and reap all the benefits. The place is immaculate and the music encourages you to do more. I typically hate exercising, but Rodsquad makes it fun and easy. I just signed up for a 6-month package. That's how much I enjoy it.

This style of “semi-private” group training is amazing! It’s basically personal training but for a fraction of the cost! The coaches give you so much individual attention, make sure you’re always improving and your form is on point. I already feel stronger, working on progressive overload, building muscle, and losing body fat. I’m in the best hands, loving it!

This is an amazing gym for women! It’s so important as we women age to take care of our muscles! The team at Rodsquad really have it down with focusing on specific muscle groups each workout. The trainers are wonderful. They pay very close attention to your form and make sure you do the necessary corrections. I would encourage any woman from a weight training newbie to someone with an advanced level of training to workout here. I’m so happy that I found this exceptional weight training gym!

I have been working out at Rod Squad for one year. There are so many things I LOVE about it ! I have always done lots of cardio(speed walking) and that kept me lean, but not curvy. Since joining Rod Squad.. I have a more curvy figure and muscles ! I am 56 and I feel so good making my bones super strong! The trainers... all so sweet and adorbs ! And to work out with only 4 other women vs a crazy crowded gym .... Priceless !!! I LOVE Rod Squad !!

I have used Rodsquad on and off over the years and it is the best!! The trainers are all very knowledgeable, helpful and keep you improving!! Rod knows everything about women’s health as he has heard it all, and he knows what works. He’s also a good family man and he is good to his employees and clients. It’s a truly great place and if you stay consistent you get huge results. Also this workout got rid of my upper back and shoulder pain completely! Better results than I could have imagined!! Seven months ago I decided to join this program in effort to build muscle and try to reverse my osteoporosis. While I do not know what my next bone density report will reveal, I can say that if the other noticeable improvements that I see and feel are any indication, I am 100% moving in the right direction. I love this program, the small intimate class style and the coaches are right there helping any way you may need. I appreciate that it is all women; the energy and comfortable atmosphere is great. The program Rod has you follow is excellent, and because I also followed his diet recommendations, I have indeed lost weight and gained muscle. Rod does a great job hiring and training the women coaches, they are all trained by Rod and provide consistent feedback, and nothing goes unnoticed with only up to 6 people per session. I am 58 and do not think I ever felt this good about myself, even as a teenager. If you are ready to show up, be consistent and follow the program that is laid out for you, you will see results. The program works if you work the program!

As a certified personal trainer I can say RodSquad is amazing for any and all women seeking strength training. Rod as dialed in a system that works to improve strength.
Yet the best part might be the amazing trainers ! Each has there own style yet each solid in their technical skills yet so friendly and motivating. I highly recommend you give this place a try. BTW I have gained more strength and definition using there system than having a private personal trainer (which is much more expensive).

I can't express enough how much I love my personal training gym! I started working out here 7 months postpartum, and it’s truly been a transformative experience. As a new mom, I was nervous about getting back into shape, but the trainers here have made me feel so supported every step of the way. I truly love working out with each of them! I’m writing this 5-star review from a janky, substitute gym while out of town. The weights are labeled in kg instead of lbs, it’s overcrowded, nothing is where it should be, men are grunting, and weights are banging—yet all I can think about is how thankful I am to call RodSquad my home gym.
At RodSquad, you’re welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable trainers like Rod, Ivana, and Alex. They know exactly how and when to push you while teaching proper form, technique, and encouragement that sticks with you. Even when working out on my own, I can hear their reminders in my head: “Breathe, engage your core, pause.”
The sense of community at RodSquad is unmatched. The equipment is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed so you have everything you need at one station. It’s a stark contrast to most gyms out there!
Joining RodSquad has truly been life-changing. In just six months, I’ve lost 15 pounds, gained muscle, and drastically improved my body composition and confidence in my body. I joined Rodsquad on Oct. 4, 2023 at 138 lbs. Today, Jan. 4, 2024, I am 123 lbs. I have more energy and am more mindful of what I eat and how I move daily. What makes Rodsquad unique is that you get mindset, nutrition and exercise programming that, if implemented, will give you a healthy lifestyle that you can follow for the rest of your life. Everyone gets a one-on-one meeting with Rod who will design your program based on your goals, your food preferences and what you can commit to in terms of cardio exercise.The sessions consist of weight training 3x a week plus cardio on your own. I have committed to walking an hour a day and it has made such a huge difference in terms of my mental and physical health. No need for fancy or crazy exercises. Walking works and it is something I can do well into my golden years. Regarding the in-studio workouts, each lady gets her own weight station so you complete your sets according to your own pace. Each session lasts about an hour and there is a maximum of 6 women working out for that hour. The camaraderie in the studio is also amazing because the ladies and the coaches are all very supportive of each other. Ladies, if you want to lose fat, build muscle, be healthier and stronger, I highly recommend Rodsquad!!!

Rod Squad is a terrific small group strength training workout program that is specifically tailored to the clients level of fitness. There is no sharing of equipment and each participant has her own station for the entire session. Rod Cortizo is the owner and he is extremely knowledgeable and committed to making every client feel supported & accountable in a comfortable and positive atmosphere. I have tried every single workout out there. I have cut out carbs. I have done all kinds of crazy eating rituals. I kept increasing weight, I bulked up and I was miserable because I couldn't eat. Rodsquad has changed all that. I eat carbs, I exercise less and now I have lost 14lbs in 10 months. I feel great, I am toned and I'm wearing clothes I haven't worn in years. I look forward to my workouts. I love the weekly zoom meetings. I love the attention they give you when you are giving up or confused. I highly recommend. This is the way to go, only if you are serious about looking amazing. :)

I've been on the RodSquad for 4 months and its been a great journey. The workouts are apt for strengthening not just my body but my mind too. I feel encouraged to try new things, heavier weights, extra reps and challenge myself. I get 1:1 attention from Katie and Rod. When I was enrolling, I had asked Katie help for being held accountable for my workouts and both Rod and Katie have kept their promised and keep me on track. Rod squad is like no other program. Rod the owner is always there to push you , to show you the way to do the excersises better , to motivate you to achieve excellence. It is mainly strength training , circuits and weights. But the program is so good that we have many women that have been coming for years now. Everybody shows up. Everybody wants to work hard. By far one of the cleanest moments wonderful gyms I've eveer been to. A large variety of women from all walks of life attend. Everyone is very encouraging and has good energy during the workouts. If you don't know how to or can't do something, then Rod helps by giving you an alternative. I love the individualized attention and the Wednesday night food discussions. Rodsquad is Awesome! Rod and his trainers are very friendly, welcoming, and caring. Rod has a great program set up from weight training, spinning, mobility, boot camp, and nutritional training.
