Very disappointed with this studio. I booked and paid for a class that they later canceled due to low attendance. They refused to refund me and only offered studio credit—without ever warning me that the credit would expire. When I finally reached out to use it, they told me it was too late. It feels like a system designed to take people’s money without delivering the service. Don’t book your class in advance—there’s a real chance it’ll be canceled, and you’ll be left with nothing. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
