The family is from the original Joseph Pilates.Daria Pace is 3rd generation of the original Pilates method . They certify all instructors from around the world . Took me 3 month to get my body strong and noticed I did not have to get alignment for my chiropractor it seems that my muscles were strong and rebuilt my tissues around my spine and was able to walk and manage my life much better after with less pain . If you are out of state, I ask her where to find an instructor that is certified by the original Joseph Pilates method only with Romsnas Pilates certified .The best and only place I would ever recommend if you want to invest in your body for recovery the natural way .
