Very few pieces of equipment and extremely poor customer service.
The gym always looks messy and neglected.

While working out, you have to worry about dogs people bring inside and wait for “tiktokers” to finish filming their videos before you can use the machines.

We truly regret signing up for this gym. After canceling our membership, we were still charged, and when we asked for a refund, we were completely ignored.

I do not recommend this gym to anyone!

The gym has excellent facilities and high-quality equipment, making it ideal for those who take weight training seriously. However, the customer service provided by whoever manages the social media and communicates policies is extremely poor.
From my first contact via Instagram, I clearly asked about pricing and the internal policy regarding training with my personal trainer. I was told that it would be allowed as long as he also purchased a membership — which we both did.
However, we were never informed that the amount paid upfront was actually an enrollment fee, nor that monthly payments would be automatically charged on the 1st of each month. I assumed, as is standard in most gyms, that billing would be every 30 days.
When I tried to clarify the issue, I was treated with extreme rudeness — receiving offensive and disrespectful messages, including comments suggesting that if there was any misunderstanding, it was due to my lack of language skills. This was not only xenophobic but completely unprofessional.
They also claimed they were “doing me a favor” by allowing me to train with my personal trainer, even though I paid for that right. I asked to switch the membership to a month-to-month plan, but instead, my account was canceled and no refund was issued for the amount I had already paid.
I chose this gym for its location and equipment, but the treatment I received was deeply disappointing. It felt like I was being treated with prejudice and disregard simply for being Latina and not part of a certain inner circle.
I truly regret this experience and cannot recommend this gym to anyone who values respect, transparency, and proper customer service.

Decided to try out a new gym for the day. Called Rule ahead of time and asked if they offered a free day pass. They said yes as long as it was my first time. Arrived to the gym and come to find out if you come in a group you will be charged just for being a group, and was told if would have been different if we were planning on getting a membership. I’ve gone to plenty of gyms and none have charged just for trying out ONE day. Very disappointing even when the website says one free day pass as well as the worker on the phone saying the same. One of my friends went in before and went in for free, minutes later we walked in and get charged.

On rules website it says they offer 1 free day pass, then making sure i called the gym about an hour before going and the guy told me they did. However, dont come in a group if you want to test out the gym for free because they will make everyone pay for the day passes which isnt mentioned anywhere in their website or anywhere whatsoever. They charge you simply because you came in a “group“ , something ive never seen going to over 10 different gyms in miami. Overall space is very limited and in busy hours i can definitely see it getting very crowded. The jungle gym barely has any equipment mostly dead space with random dumbells and barbells and is there for the looks not any functionality. Mediocre gym with made up policies on the spot and little space to workout wouldnt recommend.

The space is compact, but it’s absolutely packed with an incredible variety of high-quality machines. Equipment is next level. Owner is super friendly and welcoming, didn’t asks for a tour but he gave me the whole thing. Often as a drop-in/ClassPass member you’re kind of ignored - but not here. I’ve now signed up for the week to see how I feel there but it has absolutely everything you need and more! I’m visiting Miami from Houston, Texas and maaan let me tell y’all this gym is super cool and has all the equipment I need to get a fantastic workout in. There are even machines I’ve never even used before. I appreciated how clean everything was as well.
I found this gym on ClassPass and I love that they allow you to access their gym through them. The gym being open 24 hours during the week is a bonus too.
Ethan at the front desk was super accommodating and answered all my questions I had about the facility. Unfortunately, I was only able to visit this gym once as my visit here in Miami fell short but I stayed to workout for at least 2 hours. I wanted to try everything as much as I could! The recovery area is something I’d definitely give a shot next time I’m here. I will be sure to come back to this gym again as my first choice when I revisit Miami!

Great gym, been coming here for over a year. If you're looking to get away from chaos at Planet Fitness, or the machines with their cushions bitten out at LA Fitness, this is your gym!

Rule has every machine for anyone serious about their fitness. With plenty of equipment for lifters.

There's an outdoor area for those looking to work on their tan while getting gains. Selfie room to get pics of your progress, massage area with massage guns and individual saunas.

For ladies looking to build their lower body, prepare for a real workout! The owner recently expanded to the gym to include a dedicated area for leg workouts with the appropriate equipment. You'll walk out with BBL when you're done, it's really that serious.

I recently visited Miami from NYC and discovered Rule Fitness--what a gem! This place has an incredible range of equipment, from cardio machines to strength training. I was blown away by how clean and well-maintained everything was.

The vibe here is amazing. Everyone, from the staff to the members, is super friendly yet incredibly motivating. When you walk in, you instantly feel the urge to do your best and train hard. The energy is just what I needed to power through my workouts.

Having been to many gyms in both NYC and Florida, I can confidently say this one really stood out. Rule Fitness feels like it has character and a culture of excellence, unlike places like Equinox or Lifetime, which often just feel like corporate franchises. This place is LEGIT.

Shoutout to the management--they're doing a fantastic job. The whole place runs smoothly, and they really care about making sure everyone has a great experience.

And the recovery section? Top-notch. After training, it was amazing to have a dedicated space to stretch, relax, and recover.

This place is amazing. I travel to Miami for work sometimes and have been in there twice. 20 dollar day pass. It’s very much a lifting gym, but there a bunch of cardio machines in there too. People are super friendly. Shower is available, leg air compressor boots and some other recovery devices. I’d def come back for a daily pass if I was in town and if I lived in Miami I’d be there daily. Def recommend.

I recently moved to Miami, Ellie called me back and welcomed me in. Rule is super equipped with every optimal machine you can imagine, DBs up to 150 lbs. Rule is definitely unique, and I’d recommend it to anyone who enjoys being the best. It’s a new gym so I will guarantee it’s going to be successful, everyone in the gym is nice and considerate. The air is chill, ventilated and the music is good. Loud enough to jam, but not too loud that you need to noise cancel. My favorite feature aside from some of the machines that are hard to find in a gym is the posing / selfie room, every gym should have one. Rule didn’t cut any corners when it comes to satisfaction. This gym is great the equipment is heavy which allows you to push yourself to grow, it’s always kept clean and everyone picks up after themselves. The aesthetic is very bright and perfect for giving you good energy during a work out. My favorite part is the bar where they make proteins shakes by Jay Cutler that you can drink right after your work out. The recovery section is super beneficial for your progress and every trainer is super friendly and helpful whenever you have any questions about the recovery equipment or about the machines.
