Once a week training, 30 minutes a session, for a total body workout...At Gymclusive we say, "where fitness meets life" because now you have the opportunity to fully engage your body in an exercise routine that builds the entirety of your system aerobically and anaerobically along with the complete musculature (full body slow to fast twitch muscle fiber recruitment) safely, without wasting unnecessary time doing cumbersome movements. I have known the owner for over a decade now and you will not find a better trainer, coach, facilitator anywhere. Plus the approach at Gymclusive is one I personally prefer- health and fitness are inclusive or each other.

Finally found a trainer to keep for life. "God willing" I've competed as a pro mma fighter and often trained so hard I'm sure I did more damage to myself physically as far as longevity. As age started to catch up and reaccuring injuries sustained, I was looking for hope. As a Jiu-Jitsu practitioner I wanted to become stronger overall but found it hard to just stay injury free. I've been training with Alexander for 9 weeks now. I love how I can train once a week with his total body workout and see actual progress. Plus I feel so much stronger and these injuries seem to bother me less. I highly recommend you book a trial.

Diana, thank you so much for a wonderful relaxing experience.
Once I entered your facility, the ambiance (spa like) was so welcoming and relaxing. We enjoyed a ‘Soothing Nights’ event hosted by the lovely Diana. We relaxed on our yoga mats where Diana helped us to meditate. I can honestly say the entire experience was soothing for sure.

The ambiance is very inviting and relaxing. I love the concept of having exclusive gym time using the exact machines for a full body workout in 15 minutes!
I attend the ‘Soothing Nights’ event hosted by Diana. We relaxed on yoga mats while Diana led us through guided meditation! We had alkalinize water, green tea, healthy snacks and just vibed as women! I'll be using my complimentary pass soon!

It sounds too good to be true but it works! I have been going once every two to three weeks and I have been getting stronger every time. It is a great system for busy professionals and parents.
