Seems like it worked well for a lot of people, but not for us. My son cried for a year and never warmed up to Mrs. Becky. The entire class she talked to her coworkers and just “went through the motions” with my son. The instructors were gossipy and it was uncomfortable to sit there while they were chatting and paying very little attention to your kid. When I took him to a pool he would just sink to the bottom, so the classes weren’t even effective. I thought it was probably my son’s fault, but I took him to a private instructor and within 3 weeks he able to swim float swim across the entire pool. I regret putting my kid in Safety First for so long.

Literal LIFESAVERS! Becky and her team are absolutely fantastic. This isn't just a business. They are amazing instructors, support the community, participate in charity events, and they even opened a nonprofit for all children to have the opportunity to learn survival skills in the water! And they are Woman owned! I will forever recommend Safety First PediAquatics to everyone wanting to teach their children how to swim, and I will always support them as a business sponsor. God bless you all!

I heard so many great things about this place. & I’m sure they are great at what they do. But their not very understanding at all. I paid for lessons for my son & he got sick before his lesson and I tried to reschedule and was told that I could book another session but I would have to pay again. I understand that you don’t do refunds, it says it all over your page. But life happens kids get sick. His doctor specifically said to wait til he was better to do the lessons. & they wouldn’t work with me at all. So I lost almost $300 for nothing.

So happy I choose them for my daughters ISR classes! We had Ms Trisha and she was absolutely amazing, patient, caring. Even though my daughter cried almost every lesson (which is normal) she still felt comfortable going with Ms Trisha. At first I was a little skeptical because some reviews talked about not being allowed to not see your child during classes (not true) it’s all opened and you most definitely can! We will be going back for maintenance classes!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! My kids started this program at 4 and 7 yo. They attended other swim schools previously and did not retain nor succeed like they did here. In a matter of just 2 days, Ms. Taylor and Ms. Gail turned my kids from fearful to fearless in the water. It’s clear that they love what they do and truly care about the kids. Communication was great. Scheduling was easy. As a parent, I feel relieved that my kids now have the skills to survive in water. 4 weeks later and my kids are swimming and enjoying the pool. Looking forward to the maintenance classes to see them learn more.

Our son is 14 months and just completed the course. So grateful to have this as a local resource, especially an indoor facility! We feel much safer now that he has some groundwork laid with floating and being able to help himself if there's an accident. Thank you to all the staff, especially Ms Trisha! You guys are providing a great service to this community.

Absolutely Incredible Swim Program – A Total 180 for Our Daughter!
We cannot say enough good things about Safety First Pediaquatics! Our daughter was in British Swim School for almost two years, and despite all that time, she was barely floating and absolutely terrified to put her head under the water. We were frustrated and worried that she wasn’t truly learning the skills she needed to be safe in the water.
Enter Safety First Pediaquatics, and within just ONE WEEK, we saw a transformation we never imagined possible. She went from being afraid to even jump in the pool to putting her head underwater, swimming confidently, and actually loving it. By week three, she was fully swimming, flipping herself over to float, and most importantly, getting herself to safety without any hesitation.
The level of progress and confidence she has gained in such a short time is absolutely mind-blowing. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and truly committed to teaching essential, life-saving swim skills. Shout out to Ms. Trisha; My daughter is obsessed with her! The difference in their approach compared to other programs is night and day.
If you’re looking for REAL results and want your child to not only love swimming but also know how to save themselves in an emergency, look no further. Safety First Pediaquatics is hands down the best decision we have made for our daughter’s water safety. We are beyond grateful!

For the last three years we have had three different children learn to swim with three different instructors at Safety First PediAquatics. Our first child swam with Miss Annemarie and started at age five, our second child swam with Miss Trisha and started at age three, and our third child swam with Miss Becky and started at around 7 months old. All three of them are now confident swimmers and love the water!
We have had such a good experiences with all of the teachers and staff that we interact with and I couldn’t recommend them more. One thing I will say, is that I recommend starting as early as you can, and then trust the process! Our third child used to hate swimming lessons and now I can barely get him out of the water!
We love Safety First PediAquatics, they genuinely care about our kids and have helped them to grow into confident swimmers! I’d recommend any of the instructors to any of my friends and family that want to keep their little ones safe in the water.

Our little one absolutely loved her lessons with Ms. Becky! She is not only knowledgeable, she is also nurturing, patient and attentive. From day one, Ms. Becky made sure to make not only our little one but also us feel comfortable. Cannot recommend more highly. We can’t wait to continue lessons at SFP!

I would give ten stars if I could! My children (3 and 20 months) participated in the basic training course. Instructors are top notch and excellent at what they do. My oldest has Down syndrome and excelled with Ms. Annemarie who had total confidence in her abilities and for me that’s huge! My youngest had Ms. Becky and we loved her too! Both of my kids finished the program and I feel so much better having them around the water. We’ll be signing up for more lessons! 100% Reccomended!

Both my children learned to swim at age 1 here. Teaching babies to swim is tough but the instructors do it as loving as possible while still teaching them basic skills not to drown. It can be tough to watch but it’s worth it at the end.

Today our second little finished basic training with Ms. Becky. Our son did lessons when he was 3 so I was nervous to start with her at 8m but we knew how important it was. Ms. Becky was kind, patient and always made us feel comfortable and welcome during lessons. I chose to sit and watch the lesson, and the instructors are all amazing. Even tho some kids are upset you can see it is not out of fear. Our baby has no fear of the water and loves Ms. Becky when she isn’t trying to make her work :) When we swim as a family she has totally confidence and comfort in the water and I know that is because she feels safe. We couldn’t be happier with her progress and the team at SFP. I couldn’t imagine our kids swimming anywhere else!

Do not trust your child with this business. I took my 9 month old to swim classes here because my parents have a pool in their house. Saw online that this place had decent reviews & I went with Becky as the instructor. My son loves people, but he never got comfortable with Becky. The way they work is every 15 min they bring a baby in the water, like a machine. Often they finish early & do 10 min if babies don’t stop screaming. It’s heart wrenching to watch how rough they can be with babies. They will tell you it’s normal & tell you to sit in the waiting room… excuse me? I’m not leaving my baby out of my sight. I was early every day since classes were in the mornings. There were even times she had personal things going on & we accommodated per her request. I had no problem doing that, I know life happens. My last straw with this place though… was when Becky called me out for being “late” in front of other parents the one day I was 4 minutes late. I walked in to tell her my son would not stop crying & that he’s not feeling well. She didn’t even let me tell her that. I was a first time mom already emotional about my son being sick, I didn’t need her sass on top of that. I made sure I texted her & told her how she needs to be more compassionate & patient. She apologized & said she has personal things going on at home. Don’t bring personal issues to the work place. You are dealing with children. Parents and our babies aren’t robots. It was all unnecessary. My son never felt safe with her. They also leave babies in the water for way too long when they dunk their face. It’s seriously so disturbing. I would never recommend a family member to step a foot in this place.

My little Remi girl has been in swim lessons here since 7 months old and she is 18 months now! It’s a tough skill to learn but it’s life saving. I knew this was something I had to do for my little, living in Florida we are surrounded by water and I was raised to be a strong swimmer and wanted the same for Remi too. All the instructors there are wonderful! Remi has had the pleasure to swim with 2 of them and she loves them both. I’ve seen the others with their kids in the pool and they are all patient and kind. When I watch a “check out” I tear up every time but also feel so proud of these babies for knowing what to do and how to turn and float to get air, some younger than Remi. These women are saving lives!

We absolutely love Safety First PediAquatics our daughter has been going to swim lessons with Ms. Becky (who she loves) since she was about 7 months old she is now 3 1/2 and still attends. She has always been so patient and loving with her through out this entire journey. It's cool to see the progress and how much she has improved over the years. The teachers are always so sweet and kind with our baby girl. 🤍🫶 10/10

I would recommend this as much as I can to anyone, i will be honest at first it’s not easy, but you really have to trust the process and the teachers. I have Ms Tricia and she’s so good with my baby girl, she’s 18months and loves the water. Everyone is so gentle and loving with our babies. Ms Becky is also amazing she is so attentive to all the babies and will suggest and help the other teachers if she sees she can help.We know every child/ baby is different and reacts differently and I have to say the teachers really take the time to adapt and learn them to make it less stressful for our kids and us! Do this for your babies it’s worth it!

I have seen the drowning working in a PICU. So many of them happen here in Florida that are never reported on the news. I see so many kids with puddle jumpers running around giving kids a sense of ease with water. It isn’t safe. ISR teaches children to respect the dangers of water.
Seeing the many kids that have passed I did not wait and I took my both of my kids as soon as they could craw to Safty first. I admit it’s is a time and $ investment. But when I talked with my coworkers that live in other party’s of Orlando. It was are less because the results are quick. I admit my children did cry allot at first. But hat soon changed and now they are fish. My son In fact would dive to the bottom of a 8 foot pool before he was 3.
I can’t say enough about how great the girls are. I love that they have a pool that is inside so we do t have to miss a lesson because it’s raining or to cold outside.
If u have a young child please Stop with the puddle jumpers. It takes away that fear that they need to respect the dangers of water. And get them into lessons.

My son has been going swimming here with Ms Becky as his teacher since he was a little over 6 months old, he's 3 now & we still go once a week for maintenance classes as my son absolutely loves the class & Ms.Becky! There saying is "trust the process" & it's true, when we started my son cried & cried, I would have to go hide because if he saw me, it was that much worse. Now he's like a like fish, loves the water, can "swim, float, swim" & I can stand right there cheering him on! Also all the teachers there are amazing. So if your looking to get your little one into swim I highly recommend safety first pediaquics!!!

Best swimming school. They have a sign that says trust the process and you just have to trust the process. They know what they are doing and will take care of your baby. My daughter has been going for three months and we love it. She cried in the beginning now she cries when she has to get out the water. I started my daughter at 8 months and it was the best decision I made. All the instructors there are amazing. Becky is amazing my daughter sees her and gets excited.

100% RECOMMENDED! Miss Trisha is the freakin best with my nephew. He started his classes around 14 months. It's hard to watch the first few lessons but we have a pool and a lake house so it was important to us for him to know how to float. After the lessons, Lennox (nephew) was so much more careful around the water and loves to swim when we are around. But I should mention that this class is for SAFETY mostly, not only to learn how to swim, but float also. This place is saving lives and I'm so grateful we brought Lennox here <3

Amazing facilty! My kid is a fish. We started at the age of 10 months old. She is now 4 years old. They are in a pool so expect them to be underwater but after the first couple of lessons getting used to that’s all my kid talks about and can’t wait to go back. It’s life changing and am so thankful to have it right here in our hometown! I know her staff has gone through lots of training and changed kids lives for many years because of this! If your a parent that has a hard time with this probably should wait until they get a little older. However my kid was around pools all the time so the early the better for us and she love the pool now!

We had the absolute worst time here. We showed up excited to learn and left traumatized. My child was puking water after leaving the pool because the instructor held him under water repeatedly. He was sobbing, choking and not having a remotely good time they also refused to refund the months worth of lessons, even when the front desk said they would refund everything other than the down payment and first day. Suggestion: look for anyone else and do not trust your child with this business. They have their social media reviews shut off for a reason, I’m sure .

Ms Becky was absolutely amazing with my son. He was almost 3 when he started these basic training lessons. After just 20 lessons, I feel very confident that my son could survive in the pool. The one on one interaction was great. The Swim float Swim method of training was something very different for me to comprehend but I can see how it works and very glad that we chose safety first pediaquatics. The positive reassurances given by all the instructors on top of the little treat they get at the end of each lesson makes this a wonderful experience for any kiddo of any age. Best part is, I feel better knowing that my son could get to safety if he accidentally fell in the pool. I have already started referring others looking for swim instructors to this place!
