I met Anthony about 10 years ago taking some of his classes and loved them! Well I fell off the wagon for a little bit and tried doing my own thing and clearly that didn't work. So I decided to reach out to him because I knew that he would get me back on track and headed in the right direction!!! I love the group of people in the gym, all of them are very friendly and motivating. Anthony is a great trainer, he's caring but challenging and wants me to get the most out of my time at the gym!!!! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to get motivated and feel great about yourself!!!!!! Try it out, all you have is weight to lose lol :)
