I started working with RC in April 2025 and within less than 2 months, I’ve seen an enormous amount of personal progress. I’ve lost body fat, inches around my hips and midsection, nearly 10 lbs of weight, and I’ve grown rapidly in strength, body definition and balance. My clothes are fitting very well and my posture is improving. RC is extremely professional and knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and weight training. He carefully demonstrates and monitors every movement to ensure my form is perfect, so my benefits are enhanced and the risk of injury is diminished. The best part is how efficient this workout program is: I’m in and out in 30 minutes (he even stretches me out post-workout so I’m not sore) and can get right back to work, feeling great and confident. I feel very comfortable working with RC and only wish I’d started this sooner.

I started a health journey a few months ago that included weight loss and getting stronger. RC has really helped me gain strength and flexibility, in addition to improving my balance. He has worked with me to achieve goals while finding ways to avoid injury to my spine, for which I see a spine specialist. I’ve been on this journey since 2018, Here is my journey. Since 2020 I researched Personal trainers for 5 years, trying to find the best one. I tried this diet, this workout but always feel short. It is hard to afford anything in this time that we live in. I didn’t give up and throughout the 5 years I’ve kept in touch with RC with him not even knowing who I was some times. I was calling him to ask him about any special deals or i would run into him on the street somewhere buy not able to commit to a training program with RC.. I was persistent to change my life. In this case, he knew the same and one day I would be able to begin my journey!!

It is now May 2025 and I’ve been working out with RC for a month and a half. He is a very knowledgeable guy and understands how our bodies work. But most of all how God aligned an orchestrated this opportunity for me.I am looking forward to the journey a head !! I’m grateful for the Lord and how he placed a man of God like RC in my life to help me to succeed in my fitness journey… God knows what we lack and that’s why it’s so important to trust and believe in ourselves and the creative of the universe. I've been working with RC for about 3 months and it has been a really great experience. He's very patient in explaining exercises and workouts to me and I feel comfortable with him. He has a lot of experience and is passionate about fitness.

I have a fitness test that I take for work every year and after working with RC for 2 months before my test, I got one of the best scores I've had in 4 years.

I always leave my workouts feeling better about myself and knowing that it is making a positive impact on my fitness and overall health.

Before I came to Florida for 3 months, I had fallen and hurt my wrist and my back. I still wanted to do strength training so I hired RC as a personal trainer. He was excellent! I had a great experience working with RC while in Sarasota for 6 weeks. Since I was only in town a short while he created a short custom program for me and I really appreciated all of the modifications he did during work outs for my various injuries.

Outside of training, he also gave excellent dietary tips that made a difference pretty much overnight for me. In the first week (!) I lost 5-6 pounds and while my weight stayed mostly the same after that, it was very clear that fat was turning to muscle and I slimmed down quickly. I was pretty shocked at how quickly results came and my confidence just blossomed during that time.

Long story short, I loved my overall experience working with RC and would absolutely recommend him to others looking for personal training.

RC is an amazing trainer - extremely knowledgeable and personable! I was visiting Florida and trained with him for a month. I left stronger and more confident! I have been training with RC in group training, and semi private weight training as well as HIIT for about a year now.... that says it all! I have stuck with it, the success and fails with my muscle gain, weight loss, soreness and days that I didn’t think I could do it!
RC has worked with me and pushed me, especially with all of my low back concerns I had starting out with weight training and some of the HIIT. He modified each session if needed and was making sure that I and those in my class were attended to as if they were the only ones in the room . Great personal training !

November 2014 - I highly recommend RC for both his boot camp classes and personal training. Even in just a few weeks, I feel better, stronger, more energized, and far more encouraged than ever to achieve my health goals. I've never been good at working out, but his approach to fitness is fun and motivating. The boot camp classes are never dull, and always a good total body workout. I feel like a CHAMP after each one! For personal training, he has tailored each session to help me achieve my personal goals, and his dedication to ensuring MY success is a big part of what motivates me to continue with him. June 2015 - Fitness Update - after working with RC for 7 months, I have lost almost 30 pounds, dropped 4 dress sizes, and feel stronger and healthier than EVER. He is as consistent and motivating today as he was when we first started. I thought I would ramp down my intensity after the wedding (my initial motivation for getting back in shape), but I will NOT give up how GREAT I feel, so we're sticking with personal training and boot camp - cause it WORKS! RC offers a comprehensive fitness program ... this has been the BEST investment I've made in myself since college!

RC makes this class FUN which in turn makes easy to stay motivated and go. Unlike the gym, RC changes up the exercise often so it is always something new and fresh. In six weeks I lost 3% body fat and I have so much more energy. I feel that RC cares about your progress just as much as you do. I love RC Fitness! RC makes getting in shape and losing weight fun! I am a 58 year old woman and when I signed up 3 weeks ago, I never thought I would see such fast results. I weighed in at 180 lbs. with 41% body weight (UGH!). RC asked me what my goals were and then went over a personal plan with me that would be safe and healthy. He explained the importance of nutrition and eating 5 meals a day with lots of water. So I listened and followed his advice.
3 weeks later I have lost 15 lbs, am stronger, and I am never hungry in fact, I consume 1500 cal. per day eating healthy and have never felt so good. His personal training is so much fun and he personalized it just for me. His plan is something that I can stick to without getting boarded or being embarrassed. I decided to try RC's boot camp about 4 1/2 months ago. I was somewhat skeptical at the time because I have a shoulder injury that limits my range of motion and I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to do many of the exercises. I am so glad I gave it a chance because RC turned out to be a very versatile and skilled trainer that creates an individualized experience for each person in his group class. He is a knowledgeable, positive and encouraging individual who creates a workout environment that is supportive and fun for all involved. I look forward to the camaraderie of the group and the accountability it provides that keeps me coming back for more each week.
