Fantastic experience! The large studio space is located inside Miami International Mall. The instructor, May, provides excellent guidance, assuring first timers and experienced aerialists alike have a challenging and enjoyable workout. Mastering the poses and doing flips while suspended in air is so much fun! The studio also offers traditional ground yoga and bungee fitness classes. Definitely worthwhile.
