I was hoping they updated it since two years or more ago we tried it out- but the same filthy Chairs were still there in the viewing room. my daughter went to one trial class and is now violently puking with a fever not sanitary at all and an old space. Vents AC need cleaning viewing room needs a whole update for years
And the hurricane has nothing to do with it because these chairs were here years ago.
I have friends there that are pulling their children out. Too disorganized too many kids VS coaches. It’s chaotic the viewing room is small. It’s not kept up. . I’m sure. They have a lot of children there they take a lot of money in for gymnastics and after school chairs are cheap and often for nothing at Goodwill and Salvation Army. I would be embarrassed if it was my business.
Then to Reid they left a child in the car and lied about it ?? Yuck. Not my energy not up to my standard of cleanliness I’m surprised Port Orange moms who act like Port Orange is above some of the other towns nearby except this it’s like a day care really. A dirty one. I’m sure the competition team is pretty good and I’m sure that’s all they really care about it shows. I know a couple of the people are nice in the aftercare and coaches, but they don’t have enough help. They need a whole new revamp and double the staff.
Ormond is only option sadly. Because it’s far so many settle. I can’t. Maybe if re do and keep half clean.

We’ve been here for about six months. All of the coaches are great with the kids. Not only do the kids gain flexibility and strength, but they also learn to focus and try hard to achieve a new goal. They look forward to gymnastics every week.

Even 1 star is too much for this place. They worship money. Will do everything to steal from your pockets with annual re-registration fees, will double charge and won’t do anything until you realize and reach out to them. The worst of all are the staff. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They lie and will do anything to get away with their crimes. Owner is backing them up so their actions are off the roof. It’s nothing more than a waste of time for the kids. They are nowhere close to being professional gymnasts. Just an after school kids waste of time rip off program. Don’t rely on the positive reviews. They are soliciting fake 5 star reviews. Stay away and be happy.

Seaside is our gym and afterschool! We are so appreciate that our daughter can be picked up from school, go to afterschool, and train for team without us having to leave work! She is well taken care of and treated kindly! She loves all the arts and crafts in afterschool and learning new skills at team practice. She loves her coaches and is so thankful for all the positive reinforcement.
Seaside is a lifesaver for those working parents that want their kids to compete but can't leave work to get them from school to the gym. THANK YOU SEASIDE!

My niece was left in a van in April of 2024. I’m hurt and broken of this situation. The fact no one confessed when a 5 year old screams to her mom she’s left in a van and had to climb to the front seat then to cry to the teacher she was left. They tried to switch the situation and say she got confused and was left in the bathroom. Never happened. Please don’t trust your baby with these people who you thought you could trust to be responsible.

My daughter has been attending Seaside on and off for a few years and she absolutely loved it. The staff has always been very accommodating as well. The only reason I give Seaside 1 stars is because there was a serious situation that occurred that I feel could have been handled in a better way.
My daughter is 5 years old and attended the after school program that they offer. When I picked her up from gymnastics she immediately expressed to me that she got left inside the van after being picked up from school and arriving at the gym. She explained to me a very detailed story of how she was crying for me, banging on the van window and then proceeded to climb to the front seat to get out. She said she then went into the front door, found the teacher/ coach, Mrs. Heather, and said "You left me in the van." and Mrs. Heather apologized to her and offered her a hug.
As a very concerned mother, I asked her various questions that she answered that only someone who has been in that situation would know. When I contacted the staff to inquire on what happened, since it was very concerning to hear that my 5 year old baby girl was left in a van, they told me "No nothing like that happened. But we do know that your daughter had trouble getting out of the bathroom" So I asked my daughter if she couldn't get out of the bathroom that day or had any other trouble and she told me no. So I brought my daughter into the gymnastics to let her tell them what she had experienced being locked in the van and getting out. Her story remained the same. At first, the owner, Tracey, supported up her staff member and insinuated that because my daughter is 5 years old and isn't fully developed, that she may be confusing being locked in a van and being stuck inside the bathroom. To be honest, it was actually offensive for anyone to think my daughter made this up because of her age. However, after my daughter relayed the entire experience to Tracey, she realized there is no way my 5 year old can fabricate that entire series of events. She did have Mrs. Heather apologize even though Mrs. Heather swore (and cried) that she did not leave my daughter in the van. I appreciated the apology but just want awareness and better protocol.
It has been two weeks since this has happened and I figured my daughter may have considered it to be water under the bridge now, but she unfortunately is still very much traumatized by this and no longer wants to attend gymnastics.
I do feel as though this situation is very serious and dangerous and I appreciate Tracey ensuring that extra precautions will be taken going forward. But the thing I hate most is being treated as though my daughter was too young to know what she's talking about and also hiring untrustworthy staff that will lie for the safety of their job and not tell the truth for the safety of the children. I do wish this was handled in a better fashion and hope no children in the future ever experience this or associates it with gymnastics, again.

We love Seaside Training after school program! We do it 5 days a week, and there is never the complaint of ugh again! Ms. Heather always has the kiddos up to some type of craft or activity, and the everyday gymnastics has made my little one so strong, confident, and excited about showing us her new and improved skills!

This place seems completely out of control. Stay away and save yourself from a drama.
For many years we have had bad experiences as well as other families. They do everything to rob you. The staff is extremely disrespectful. Not only do they charge exorbitant registration fees and excessively raise class fees every year, but now they've started mandatory fees for rehearsals without consulting anyone. How would you force someone to attend your event just because you decided to do so and keep charging extra money for? They're making every effort to force participation in this event, draining more money from our pockets each day. Customer relations are very weak, and they seem to think they're teaching professional gymnastics when all they do is teach kids to jump and somersault while taking our money. It's a total scam, pure robbery, and massive disrespect. Even their reply to my comment is unacceptable. Why are you charging everyone registration fees every year to cover your insurance costs? That's something you should charge on initial registration or maybe included monthly fees. We should not be victims of your poor business decisions and pay registration fees every year. Also $150 for rehearsals is not the issue and we don't care what you are providing in return.
The issue is you are "MANDATING" and "FORCEFULLY CHARGING"everyone without their consent. Just because you communicated since December and decided to put a show by mandating the parents to pay doesn't justify your actions. You claim your show is an extracurricular activity, and we are not locked into anything. Then how and why are we mandated to attend and pay for it. And yes your staff don’t hesitate to tell lies to manipulate the situation and they are extremely disrespectful; when I called your staff told me this is how you do business, will keep increasing the prices every year and it's the trainer's and the owner's decision to put a show and mandatorily charge the parents.
Even though I never used any profanity or any type of cussing, she lied to the owner about me threatening her and she fears for her life; and the owner demanded me to apologize from her employee when I am the one needed an apology for being robbed, put in a situation like this with lies etc.
Ridiculous.
We are normal people with normal life. This was a big issue for us. But it’s just a small matter for them as they act like this everyday.
And the owner called me and clearly stated they are removing my child from their course as a retaliation of this negative social media review.
You should be ashamed of your business model.

My daughter has been going to Seaside Training Center for about 3 years now. At first, she came in 1 day a week for the recreational classes. Then, she wanted to attend the special event nights. Gradually, she started to show interest in the competitive team. She's been training and competing for the past year now and she loves it! She's truly growing as a gymnast and as a young lady. It has helped her self esteem and confidence grow. We're so blessed to feel like family here and I'm grateful for each of the coaches she's trained with; they've been caring and supportive since day 1. Watching all they do for the kids, behind the scenes, only deepens my respect for them. Thank you for your dedication STC staff!!!

My daughter has attended Seaside Training Center for almost two years. She started doing recreational and is now on the competitive team and has had nothing but great experiences every single step of the way. The coaches are amazing, the events they put on are always so fun and family oriented and the talent they produce is incredible to watch.

Genuine people who coach with heart and knowledge. I've had my daughter here for over a year and they assess her and move her level appropriately. Haven't seen any drama or favoritism from the coaches between Xcel and developmental gymnasts; they love all their girls! Owner Tracy and all the coaches are very approachable and willing to listen and answer questions

We Love Ace So Much !!! I signed my daughter up for a trial class with another gym and we had a horrible experience. We then tried Ace and it was night and day !! We were able to do a free trial class for my 21 month old daughter and she absolutely loved it ! The class was extremely structured and well ran which the other gym just let the kids run around with no structure at all ! I was also worried about the pandemic but the instructor sprayed everything down and sanitized her hands along with all of the other students hands which was reassuring and great to see ! The coach so sooo nice and patient ! She had the perfect temperament for toddlers ! My baby cried when the class was over LOL ! I was so impressed with this gym and how well my daughter did in ONE class. She is now 2 and we start classes consistently today and we are so excited to become a part of the Ace family!

My 5 year old daughter began her gymnastics journey this past summer at ACE Gymnastics. I did a lot of research both on the web and through word of mouth before we signed her up at ACE. I wanted my daughter to be trained, not babysat. I called and scheduled her FREE trial class; she loved it. They let us pay for another single class before we made the commitment; she still loved it. She goes once a week for an hour and sometimes we pay a little extra to take her to Fun Friday Training. The coaches have been very patient with her and are teaching her proper gymnastics technique (again, this was very important to us). They do evaluations and post them to your private account so you can see how well your child is doing. They offer training camps during school holidays; she has loved this also. I've watched my daughter accomplish things I never thought she would training here and it's only been six months. They have a large viewing room for parents. The coaches and office staff are friendly and communicate well about upcoming camps and shows. I would highly recommend this gym.

My daughter started out in their Summer Camp a few years back, they have a great personable staff that treats each child like their own, and I LOVE THAT! The camp is as great for the kids as it is for the parents. They have excellent hours and the kids really enjoy themselves. My daughter enjoyed gymnastics so much she tried out for their competitive team . What a great experience this has been ! They have taught her strength, focus , and determination. The coaches put in so much time and effort to give them the tools to be great! They go above and beyond with activities outside of gymnastics including Team Bonding, Thanksgiving Dinner together and Annual Christmas Party! These girls have built such great bonds with each other, I am so thankful we found them!

Both of our girls attend ACE. My oldest has been here for ten years and she competes with team while my youngest for three years and she’s in the rec classes. My oldest lives and breathes gymnastics and loves the atmosphere, coaches and teammates. My youngest loves attending and learning new skills. The coaches on both rec and team are truly great with the kids. I don’t know where they get their patiences, but they are phenomenal with these kids!! Everyone that works for ACE is really nice and friendly. ACE Daytona Gymnastics is the absolute best!!! We love our ADG family!

My daughter has been going to Ace Gymnastics for 5 years. We started with the summer camp the summer we moved here. It was easy to make the decision to use the after school program as I am a single parent. My daughter has been in the after school program since first grade and she is now in fifth grade. My daughter loves it and it gives me a peace of mind knowing that she is in a safe place. We did the recreational gymnastics until my daughter tried out for the competitive team. The coaches work really hard to make sure my daughter is safe, having fun and learning new skills. Ace Gymnastics has been a blessing to my daughter and I. Front staff is very friendly and caring. As a single mother , Ace Gymnastics has made it very easy for me to be able to work and not worry about my daughter's well being. Thank you to the coaches and staff.

Tried to take my 3 year old daughter to the Mini ninja class for her age group. We weren’t there for 10 minutes and we got asked if she could just watch since she wasn’t “listening” she was following the other kids around and doing what they were doing. The instructor didn’t have the patience to even try to show her what to do! He knew she was new to the class since it was a trail class for her! Definitely would not recommend this class for anyone!
