Very happy with the results in just 45 days. I can already see my body getting more defined. Also, working out here doesn’t trouble my knees or any joints anymore. CrossFit took a toll on my joints. Unlike other gyms such as Crunch, Planet Fitness, or ISI, which make canceling memberships a huge hassle and force you to show up in person—I’ve had some really bad experiences with that—this gym makes it simple. you can manage everything online, whether you want to freeze or cancel your membership, without ever needing to go in person.

My name is Lissi, and I definitely recommend SETS in Wesley Chapel.
I enrolled almost 2 months ago. At 50 years old, I hadn’t been to a gym for about 20 years and due to surgeries on both of my hands I was able to lift no more than one gallon of milk using both hands. Now, with the support of the coaches, I can lift between 5 to 10 pounds, which is a huge accomplishment for me.
This type of training is not only for advanced trainees; it’s also for beginners like me.
Coaches Grady, Phil, and Angel are very professional and attentive. They understand my challenges and push me to work hard while also modifying some exercises to suit my abilities.
I have also been following the nutrition plan with Coach Jenn, who is fantastic. There are not enough positive things I can say about Coach Jenn and her plan.
This is not just a a gym, it is a supportive community. More advanced trainees are always willing to help beginners like me, and the coaches encourage us to improve every day.
I truly believe that working out here not only enhances physical fitness but also boosts self-confidence.
While it is pricier than a regular gym, it is worth it. It is like having your own personal trainer

SETS New Tampa is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. Every workout is a killer and will leave you sore. Phil (the owner) and Coach Angel are not only incredible coaches, but two of the best humans you’ll ever meet. They know every single member by name and make everyone feel like family. This is the best gym I have been apart of in years. They have fantastic trainers, the workouts are total body, they motivate you by always pumping you up and there if you need any help! Joining sets has been a complete game changer for me. SETS Hybrid is a fantastic gym! Each of the trainors are very personable and love what they do, as far as I can tell! The workouts are super challenging. They encourage you through the workouts while still respecting boundaries via modified exercises. I'm seeing some muscle definition come through and I think I have at least a gallon of sweat invested after just a few weeks! I don't know how to not sweat through their workouts.

SETS Tampa is awesome, the trainers are friendly and energetic, the classes are challenging and well designed. The gym is open and clean. They have great showers, the vibe is friendly and encouraging. It’s easy to jump in and do a quick workout and totally scaleable for any level. They have morning and evening classes that should work for any schedule. Give them a try it’s incredibly effective especially if you commit to 6-12 months you’ll see a ton of progress over time.

I recently started at SETS New Tampa with their 21-day challenge, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Before joining, I worked out at my community gym and even had a routine designed by a personal trainer, but I was always in pain the next day. I’ve been dealing with a back injury for years and thought the only option was to push through the pain.
From the moment I started at SETS, the trainers took the time to get to know me personally, which I really appreciated. They not only remembered my name but also took note of my back injury. Every trainer made an effort to greet me by name and offered modifications for exercises that might put stress on my back. They were constantly checking my posture and making sure I was doing okay.
Since I joined SETS, my back pain has been at an all-time low. The focus on proper warm-ups, stretches, and maintaining good posture has made a huge difference. I never imagined I could feel this good after a workout, especially ones that are three times more challenging than what I was used to.
The motivation and positive energy at SETS are incredible—and it’s all genuine. Not just from the coaches, but also from the people who come here to work out. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. I'm so glad I found this place, and I plan to keep coming back and telling everyone I know about it!

I recently tried the 21 day trial for $21 and I’m hooked! SETS Hybrid Training is just what I was looking for. Each day has a unique workout. Lots of great equipment to challenge yourself. 50 minutes goes by quickly due to the structure of the workouts. Coaches know the importance of a good warmup and stretching to prevent Injuries! Great music and knowledgeable coaches. Gym has plenty of space and you don’t feel crowded. The other members are very friendly and encouraging! Great energy!!

I have a back injury (from prior to my time at SETS) and took months off to recover. When I decided to try SETS I messaged the owner and asked him if he'd be willing to modify movements for me so I'd still be able to complete a workout. I was worried about being a pain in the you-know-what and I was nervous about how it would go and if I'd even be able to do this type of workout again.
Phil (owner/coach) assured me that he could help make the workouts accessible for me, and that the workouts would help strengthen my core and help me recover. I've been here since May, and although my back isn't fully healed, I feel so much stronger, have less pain, and I'm able to modify every workout to work for me.
The warm ups here are great, you never walk into the workout feeling stiff or "cold". The coaches and everyone else at the gym are all great, supportive, fun, nice, everything you'd want in a workout experience. No matter your fitness level, you should give SETS a try.

Sets New Tampa is the first Sets location in Florida. If you're unsure where to begin in workout, it's a terrific place to start improving strength and agility. The coaches are always encouraging and upbeat. They are really welcoming and know practically everyone's name. It's a very friendly workout spot. What I like best about Sets is that the workouts are always different, so you'll never get bored like you would in the gym. If you come consistently, you will see results within a few weeks. Coach Phil and Coach Angel are better than the best. We had a great time with family day on July 4th as we were able to bring our little kids to work out with us. The members are all really encouraging and fun. The coaches are very knowledgeable and can help you modify any exercise if you have any injuries or limitations. The bathrooms and showers are the nicest of any gym I have ever been to! The workouts are always explained in detail and the variety helps keep it fun. YOU NEED TO TRY IT! I was a member at another gym with a similar format, which I truly enjoyed. However, the exercises started to feel repetitive. Determined to find something new, I decided to give SETS Hybrid Training a try and became a member instantly. SETS New Tampa does and after those 21 days, you are all too ready to keep going and keep getting stronger Coaches Phil and Angel are awesome - always supporting and pushing you out of your comfort zone. Sets New Tampa has been a fantastic addition to the Pebble Creek neighborhood! With a different HIIT workout every day, it caters to all fitness levels, keeping things exciting and never boring. The small class sizes ensure the gym never feels too crowded, and the friendly, welcoming coaches are always there to offer encouragement and help with form corrections.
