Honestly by far the best coffee shop I’ve ever been too… the espresso was strong and yummm and don’t get me started on the avocado toast and everything was basically farm to table. The staff was great unfortunately I wasn’t here long enough to try one of their yoga classes but looks promising ❤️❤️❤️

When I visit Key West, Shakti Yoga is always where I go to start my day. Excellent instructors, a variety of classes, and a great place for coffee or a small meal after your practice. Sofia has done a beautiful job with this studio and I highly recommend putting it as your place to practice when you are in Key West.

I was in Key West for a hot second a couple years ago. I scouted out two different yoga studios before getting into town, but Shakti Yoga Key West was so good, I went twice in one day. The studio was packed out for a weekend (10am?) class. I could tell that the students there were friends, regulars, a community of yogis. It was wonderful! They're not a Baptiste Affiliate but the class was good and the community vibe was strong.

I visited this studio while on vacation in the Keys and loved it! I almost enjoyed it more than my studio back home! Instructor was awesome and I loved the atmosphere. Highly recommended!

First time here and it was the BEST class iv had in a long time. Meredith is wonderful, she combined all the elements I crave. Im a picky practitioner to say the least. The sound and cadence of the instructor's voice, the timing of the holds, the music, the balance of vigorous physicality with genuine spiritual undertones; this class had it all. There was none of that forced cheesiness that so many places seem to cultivate now. And the room was blessedly quiet as we waited for class to start. I also really appreciate that she doesn't call out people's names during class. (I know its meant to be personal and encouraging, but all that does for me is create an atmosphere of competitive gymnastics, which is the exact thing i try to get away from in yoga.) Iv been practicing for 20 years and I even learned a few new subtle variations in position that really helped a lot. Im looking forward to returning to this class and trying all the other ones. Best yoga studio in town. Clean and pretty space, great teachers, juice and coffee bar in the front. Come early (they get busy) , and stay after for a tasty beverage.
