I started my fitness journey with Drew after suffering a hip injury on the job many years ago. My Orthopedic wanted me to be cautious when getting back into my gym routine. Having a physically demanding job and babysitting a hip injury was incredibly intimidating.
From my first consultation Drew put me at ease with his extensive knowledge. And he made sure to request a copy of my MRI results to consult with an Orthopedic for clarification on my restrictions. Something no other trainer had asked for.
My workouts were tailored to my needs. I felt stronger and healthier, but most importantly I knew I never jeopardized aggravating my injury throughout the process. Years later and still with a permanent hip injury I am able to maintain a strength training routine with little to no modifications.
I began my fitness journey at 187lbs with 35% body fat, size 12 in jeans. Today I am 150 lbs with 27% body fat and size 6 jeans. I’ve seen an overall improvement in my fitness as a whole but most importantly my confidence. I am able to work out and remain fit for my job.
Drew is constantly evolving and changing my training program to adjust to my needs. I am always improving and never feel stagnant with his training.
He consistently pushes me to be the best version of myself. I highly recommend anyone looking for a knowledgeable trainer with years of experience delivering results sprinkled in with just the right amount of tough love.

I’ve been training with Drew for over 2 years. He’s taken me from a total couch potato to being very comfortable in the gym. I’ve lost significant t weight and I'm now in the best shape of my life. My 1st time working out with Drew was back in 2015. Did a 3 Month Hardcore training and the was able to drop 30 pounds and was Amazed at the Transformation we were able to accomplish in such a short amount of time. Pictures and videos speak volume!
