The best decision my son made for me right after my retirement three years ago was to join She Fitness gym. I take four classes per week, which keep me in very good shape. As a result, I only go to the doctor for my yearly checkups! This gym is different from the other gyms I have gone to over the years because each person can choose classes that meet his or her specific needs. Most of all, the instructors are really knowledgeable, dedicated and caring. They are specifically there to meet the atendees’ needs, and the ownwer makes sure this happens. So, if anyone is looking for a good gym to keep him or her in good shape, find a She Fitness gym in your área. I have NEVER been to this place & I am being charged for months. I called then and the lady pretend like she had no reception and when I called back my called was never answered.

My mom attended ONCE and even to cancelled her subscription they were giving her a hard time.

I have been a member since 2012 and I have never had a problem until I tried to cancel my membership ( since 2019 I don’t go there) .I went in person and they don’t do cancellations in person BUT ironically they do enrollments !!, I have sent e- mails and nobody answered, I called several times and when finally someone answered me she made it in the most unrespectfull and unprofessional way. It is a shame that the awful customer service and the “ new cancellation policy “ make that gym undesirable. ( I just wait they don’t charge me next months)

Terrible experience. The day I went for information for Silver Sneakers program the class was so crowded, with no social distancing and minimum ventilation. We were unprofessionally treated so we decided not to go thete anymore.

El gym es bueno y las clases también el único problema con este lugar el la membrecia una vez q tiene tu tarjeta te sacan cuando dinero les da la gana. Te hacen pagar anual fee 2 veces cuando empiesa tu contrato y cuando se va a terminar también te lo cobran son unos descarados la verdad y si no pasas un millón de correo electrónicos nunca te responden no entiendo por es un lugar tan pequeño q no creo q tengan un gran volumen de correos como para no contestarte, y ojo si no andas claro con las fechas te renovaba el contrato sin tu autorización otro año mas solo tengan cuidado este no es buen lugar para poner tu tarjeta

Talk about making someone feel unwanted. I purchased a groupon for the cycling classes and when I went to take my first class I was treated very poorly by the instructor. She was super annoyed that I was already inside the room 5 mins before the class is suppose to start. The horror, right? She made it clear they don't like outsiders. She gave me major attitude and made me feel so uncomfortable that I disconnected by pretty little shoes from there ancient nasty bikes and walk right out the door. Don't waste your time and money. There equipment is ancient and there prices are ridiculous. Not to mention that they dont like outsiders.

*****PÉSIMO LUGAR******* El servicio al cliente que brinda este lugar es terrible. Al momento de hacerte firmar el contrato todos se muestran muy bien pero después todo cambia. Al iniciar nadie hace una evaluación de tu peso, medidas u objetivos personales. Solo te dicen que puedes usar las máquinas y te dan el horario de clases. No hay un seguimiento de lo que haces o quieres lograr. Sin embargo si hacen un excelente seguimiento de tu tarjeta de crédito la cual cobran puntualmente cada mes. Yo tuve una lesión en la cual mi médico especialista me prohibió ejercitarme. Envié todos los documentos médicos al gimnasio y me contestaron que ellos tenían máquinas que podían ayudarme con mi lesión. No quisieron cancelar mi contrato y seguí pagando por meses sin asistir. Creo que ningún entrenador de ese lugar tiene autoridad de contradecir la decisión de un médico especialista y exponer la salud de un cliente sólo por cobrar el mes. Todo el staff es rudo, te hablan irrespetuosamente y a nadie le importa tu situación. Por fin pude cancelar porque me mudé pero me costó carísimo, me cobraron todos los cargos del mundo. Al mes de cancelar me cobraron un fee obligatorio del próximo año. Esta gente son unos descarados, ladrones. De corazón mi consejo es NO FIRMES NINGÚN CONTRATO EN ESTE LUGAR.

Estoy muy arrepentida de a ver escogido este gym para mi entrenamiento. Presente un certificado de un problema de salud por neuroma en la pierna para que me anularan el contrato ya que no podia asistir por largo tiempo, y la respuesta que me dieron ellos por email fue que no era razon para cancelar la membresia ya que ellos tenian equipos y personal para este problema. Siento que no respetaron mi problema de salud, y veo injusto que me sigan cobrando hace mas de 6meses sin yo poder asistir. No se lo recomiendo a nadie!

Lady of America is the worst gym in Miami, they lie all the time, they closed the one that I was going to, and They didn't have the curtesy to let their customer know, when I call the new location that they assigned me without asking, the lady was super rude and unprofessional, Lady of America does not have even 1-800 number. (which means they do not have customer service.)

Ive been a member for more then 2 years! And as soon as I signed up i became a part of a family! The owner Salam welcomed me with open arms! and became a friend. She takes time off from running her Gym and shows me what machines are good for me. All the classes they teach are amazing! love all the employees. I am a member for life. I am very happy and i love it!

I signed up for a one-year contract 2 years ago. After six months my availability changed to use the gym but I knew I would be on the hook for a full year. However, after a year passed they auto-renewed my account and charged me a $139 annual fee. I called to have the money returned to me and was told it was impossible. What possible motive is there to charge me for something they know I haven't used? Furthermore, the billing service they use can get access to your credit card information even when you change your credit card number. Beware, I signed a 1 year contract and they have taken over a year worth of fees from me.

The management is BEYOND rude. They have no idea how to treat their potential customers, nor their existing customers. If you have any questions, they refuse to answer it without you signing a contact first. The manager/owner of that gym is one of the most unintelligent, rude, incomprehensibly, poor excuse of a manager I have ever seen, as a matter of fact she even refused to give me her name, stating that her name was 'Lady of America' when I wanted to know her name after the fact that she had treated me DISGUSTINGLY. I recommend that if you have any other choice BUT this gym to go there. I have never seen such poor customer service in a gym before. I am NEVER recommending this place for absolutely anybody.

Salem is the worst person I have ever met. I walked in with the intention of asking about rates. When I opened the door, no one was at the front desk. Older women were selling their wares of cheap clothing and jewelry in an already tiny gym. I stood around for several minutes looking for someone who worked there, and Salem walked up to me, chastising me for looking at some documents on the front desk which were plain for everyone to see. I apologized, I was being nosy, but NO ONE was at the front desk, or even near by. I was looking for a paper listing different plans, that's all, since specials and rates weren't shown anywhere in the gym. First bad sign.

There's about 10 weight machines, just as many treadmills and about 5 stairmasters. When I asked Salem about why there were women selling things there, she became nasty and rude, asking me if the sole purpose of my visit was to criticize how things were done in her gym and waste her time. I was pretty taken aback. She asked me to sign in, but didn't explain why. She then proceeded to look up my name, and names of my family members and told me an old account my mother opened was in collection. Umm, ok? That's my mother, not me. I'm a just college student trying to join a gym to get into shape, not a criminal or con artist, but that's exactly how she made me feel.

After talking to her for a few minutes, I wanted to get out running. She has terrible customer service skills, no wonder the gym on Sunset Drive and 147 AVE closed down. I asked her for the price per month without a contract, and it's $35/mo. $35 for a run-down, tiny gym with only a handful of weight machines and elderly women in the corner selling things as if it was a flea market? No thanks. I'll go anywhere else, but I. Will. NEVER. Give. A. Penny. To. Salem.

When she told me the rate, I said "Thank you for your time," and walked out. She had the nerve to walk out of the gym and stare me down as I walked to my car and drive away. She is disgusting. I hope I never see this woman again in my life.

They make you sign a contract with lies, they tell you that you will only be charged for the months that you have applied and they never tell you that in one of the months you will be charge +25 dollars because of fees so i had to pay 50 dollars in one on my months. Also if you are making a contract with them PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU SIGN TO NOT RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY!! because if you don't they will charge you two extra months because you have to send a letter saying you want to cancel there are way better gyms than this trust me and another tip on the spinning classes you better be there early because then you will not have a bicycle to do the exercise plus they overfill their classes. When I wanted to do spinning there was a class before that and people from that class had the chance to sign in an hour earlier to get a bicycle so the people that only went for the spinning class were actually like two or three people that sometimes had no bicycle because the other people had the chance to sign in earlier, so what I had to do was to go an hour earlier sign in to get a bicycle and then return home and come back to make sure I had a bicycle to do the exercise.

I was anxiously waiting for my expiration date and now they are telling me that memberships renew automatically and because i did not say anything ( and how was I suppose to say something if they never told me!) now I have to send a letter saying I want a cancellation and they will be charging me an extra two months because it takes 30 days to process which doesn't make sense

Also customer service is horrible to take your money they are sweet hearts but when it comes to problems and asking them for help they don't care and they tell you that that is not their job and they tell you to call a number because that is not their problem they make a lot of excuses.

The teachers for spinning classes are very nice and awesome specially salam but the rest is just a nightmare it is not worth it
