I initially started working with Shelly due to a frozen shoulder that was taking too long to heal. I had been doing PT at Jewett twice weekly for over 6 months and felt my progress had plateaued before full range of motion had returned. Shelly was able to get me better range immediately, and full range in just a few months. Even better though, when the other should froze it only took us a couple of months to rehab that one (with only 1 cortizone shot!)! I highly recommend for anyone dealing with joint pain or immobility. I continue to see Shelly weekly. She openly shares her knowledge and makes the workout time fly by.

I had the great pleasure of training with Shelly for a whole year which included the full length of my third pregnancy! Thanks to her accountability and expertise I felt strong and beautiful throughout the whole pregnancy. Shelly also helped me to overcome chronic SI joint pain that Iβve dealt with for years. I had gone to doctors, physical therapists, and chiropractors for relief, but the knowledge that Shelly offered me topped them all. She taught me so much about proper form to engage and strengthen the glutes, as well as correcting my tibial rotation. Thrilled to say I continue to be pain free today, and have been able to keep up with all the exercises I learned.

I have had Shelly as my personal trainer for two years. I started with some general desire to be more fit and healthy, but I had no idea that sessions with her would not only affect my bodily strength but also my attitude overall.
