I started about 4 months ago and have made amazing progress that I believe would not happened elsewhere. First, it is a no judgement zone. Other than walking, I had not done an exercise program in about 2 years. From the moment I started I felt my coach wanted nothing but the best for me health wise and I felt so comfortable. Second, they start you slow so you can succeed. I started with a wall squat with just body weight and was able to do goblet squat with 40 lbs last week. Third, the accountability. My coach checks in with me weekly, lets me know where I am succeeding and what I can work a little harder on. Fourth, it is 100% personal training in a group setting. During the workouts I am getting personalized workout. Lastly, everyone there working out is amazing too!
Stats, cause everyone wants that too! I have dropped 10 lbs fat mass, 5.25 inches and 5.2% body fat. I feel a difference in my overall health on a daily basis. I have gained confidence in myself and what my body is able to accomplish. I don’t stop talking about this place with my friends!
Shift110 is doing this correctly and I am sold on their approach. They are results driven and track progress of their clients. If you want results this is the place.

I started going to Shift 110 because I wanted someone to tell me what to do and how to do it. I am not a person who walks in a large gym and just goes for it. Shift 110 gives me a personalized space to exercise at my own level and feel good about it.
Now, after 3 months of consistency, I am able to lift my niece (6 yo) and nephew (3 yo) like a boss, and it feels easy!
I recommend this to anyone who likes structure but wants real results.

UPDATE October 2024
Still shifting 5+ years later and the experience at shift has been life-changing. For the first time in 25 years, I am still lifting consistently. I am excited to focus on my health. Training at shift has improved my overall quality of life. I have more energy, I am more active, confident and healthier. I am also grateful for the friendships, comradery, and connectivity that happens at shift.

Shift 110 has the best trainers, workouts, members and atmosphere! I have been a member since June 2019. It is a full experience.... its 1 on 1 accountability with your trainer, nutrition coaching (food shift is an optional bonus), and continuous goal setting in all the phases. They focus and learn about each individual and what your goals are, so if you are serious about making a healthier life for yourself this is the place to do it. The trainers and the community of like minded shiftheads are incredibly positive and supportive!! Working out under the blue lights is like no other, all done in a small group atmosphere. Shift has changed my life and helped me become a better healthier version of myself and aging backwards is a thing 110%.

Im a Shifthead now for 4 years and 6 months.
I love everything about Shift The Gym! The atmosphere is nothing like I've done before, the coaches are the best! always positive energy and motivating you! I have maintained my results in weight loss and gained some Muscle mass, I can definitely see more muscle definition and I'm so happy with that. I feel strong during the workouts and I love 💙 lifting!!

I have been a Member(Shifthead) for 3 years now and Yes it is still the best thing I have done for myself.
- So far I lost 30lbs, 28lbs of just FAT and did not lose any muscle so basically Shift carved all the fat out of me lol.
- I feel about 15 years younger and have more energy than ever.
- Increase in confidence and self esteem? It's unbelievable and you can see it in my picture.
- I Shifted into a healthier, happier person.
I started by learning how to hinge with a broomstick on my back in my living room and now I Deadlift 150lbs(more than my body weight) and Hip Thrust 200lbs in good form.
I learned how my body works during fat loss and what triggers it.
I learned how to maintain my results for more than 2 years now.
I have been through Fat Loss phase, maintenance phase and now I'm building muscle and learning how that works.
I am forever thankful to Shift 110 The Gym
I feel so privileged to be a part of it.

Best thing I did for mysef this year was join Shift 110! This group of professionals and amazing people will help you achieve your goal for your body. I joined in April during quarantine and since then I lost 25lbs, gained strength, learned so much about health and fitness and nutrition, I've built so much awareness of what my habits should be on my daily routine to achieve these results and more important what to do to maintain my results. The workouts are great and fun under the blue lights! I feel safe during my workout because I learned proper form and have their assistance the whole time. I've always felt welcome, never intimidated and built some confidence too. I could not recommend Shift 110 enough. This is the best gym/family I have ever been apart of. You never have a chance to get bored as the workouts are always changing. At age 56, I started Shift 110 to learn how to lift, tone my body and loose body fat! Happy to say I have achieved all of my initial goals. I lost 13 lbs of body fat and my body fat % dropped from 32% to 25%!! As a result, I receive many compliments on how friends can see my toned muscles which I was not sure was possible at my age. With my one-on-one coaching I have learned how to safely lift, not to fear the scale, and healthy eating habits with increased protein in order to increase muscle mass while losing weight! Shout out to Melo and Michelle for consistently training our class and ensuring we are lifting properly and to Adam for creating a dynamic program. Special thanks to Michelle for holding me accountable in a very positive way yet being real since life sometimes happens!!! My advice...stay consistent and be patient in order to see the results!

If you're looking for an amazing place to workout, you need to try Shift. I started at shift one year ago and it was the best decision I ever made for myself and my health. I had not been part of a gym for a very long time. You get personal training, nutrition, weight training and a family all in 1. All the coaches are fantastic and care about you and your needs. Workouts are small groups in your own little pod in the blue room but I always feel like I am their main focus and workouts are geared for each individual person. Combine the 1:1 coaching, calorie/meal tracking and weight training, I've found Shift to be so beneficial for me. I have gained so much confidence being a part of Shift, my accountability, strength, stability and over knowledge about training has changed my life for the better. They also add on social events, coaching calls and yummy ready to eat food to help you achieve your goals. If you are searching for an amazing place to workout, get in shape, make friends and work with coaches who know what they are talking about then give Shift a try. You won't be disappointed. This gym is amazing!!!! Shift 110 is a full experience!!! This is gym has a focus on weight training and nutrition! All the trainers are amazing and you can really feel that they care about your overall health.
The workouts are always small groups, no more than 10 people at a time and everyone has their own weight/squat rack! 🤯 So no fighting over weights over here! The workouts are constantly changing to help prevent plateaus. And the music is always fire!!!
Now back to nutrition, this is a big focus for shift 110. And this key point is something I had been missing throughout my fitness journey. Shift 110 has the tools to make this easy! And there is optional food for purchase to help clients understand complete and nutritious meals.
Shift 110 is an amazing gym with an amazing fitness model! If you are on the fence, just go for it and give this gym a try! They are always running specials 😉

For me joining this gym has been a life changing experience. Never before Shift did I weight train. I started 2 years ago doing the very basics: lifts with minimal or no weight. These past few weeks I have been training to reach a PR of 200 lbs in Dead Lift and a Barbell Row of 100 lbs. My Coach Melo has been my biggest cheerleader in this journey. He and the other coaches provide training that's both safe and effective. I did not enjoy working out prior to joining Shift and now I am a Shift Head for Life.

I spent two years training with these people. Unfortunately when I ashed to switch coaches they dropped me and told me I was the worst client they ever had but I was one of the longest. They all came from orange theory and got sued, I supported them and was a loyal client and when I asked for a new coach, bc after 2 years I wasn't achieving my goals or bonding with my coach, they said they wold drop me. Comical when u think people are dedicated to the our health. Very unprofessional.

Incredibly thankful for this gym. I started with them back in 2017 and took a few year hiatus and now I'm back. It's the first place that has taken the idea of health and fitness to a true community level for me. They encourage friendships in and out of the studio. Encourage shifting with others. This is not just a gym. This is personal training, nutrition counseling, weight lifting and friends all in one! The 3 coaches are great people who really care about you and your progress. The best part is it is individualized for you. I started with them about 3 years ago at which time I could not lift my arm over my head. With their help I can now do over head presses, chest presses, deadlifts, squats and more and understand that the Shift in fitness is really outside the gym. As a grandma of 4 (plus 1 on the way) I am able to really enjoy life and pick up and plat with grandkids. Thank you Shift 110 for making a difference in my life.

This is a place where safety and form, which are really essential for beginners to weight training (concepts associated with "functional training"), take first priority. Movement quality, mobility, stability, balance, and body awareness are pre-requisites for general fitness, maintaining or building muscular strength, and ultimately being able to do the "fancier" compound exercises. The real value is the education they provide so that you can then take control of your own fitness, diet, and health goals. Think of the process like a curriculum; it will take dedication and patience to see the results you want.

Joined Shift 110 gym about 5 months ago and have been so happy with it. Since I am in my late 40’s, I wanted to focus on building muscle strength without risking injury. Where do I begin?
Stats: I have been a part of the shift family for 5 months now. I have gained 5 lbs of muscle and lowered my body fat. I am getting mobility back in my shoulders and my balance stability has improved a lot. The amount of weight I am lifting from when I started amazes me to know how much muscle I gained.
Experience: all the coaches are fantastic. Fun, knowledgeable and fantastic music play lists. They don’t just tell you what to do, they educate. You start with basics that you build on so you don’t get hurt. Smaller classes so you still get the one on one attention.
Other shift heads: everyone has been fabulous. We are all in different levels of our fitness journey but everyone is always cheering on each other. It’s a no judgement zone…FOR REAL.

I joined Shift110 on November 2022 after seeing the amazing results a friend of mine achieved. And I'm so happy I did! I have consistently worked out for the past 10+ years, trying many different gyms/classes and can say that Shift110's approach is not only effective, but it will change the way you see fitness.
They've truly mastered the ability to offer a personalized strength training experience in a group setting, which not only means that is more budget friendly than a traditional personal trainer, but also keeps the fun aspect of group sessions that I've always enjoyed.
The coaches take their role very seriously and genuinely care about you, your progress and how to adjust the process so you get the results you want in a way that works for you. They're very knowledgeable and make sure every member is progressing towards their individual goals.
And something else that I love - it's 100% focused on lifting/strength training, but they completely demystify it for you. Can't do a traditional squat because of your back/knees? They have an option for you. Strength training is where is at if you want to get lean, and I don't think you'll find another place in Orlando that does it like they do.

Shift 110 has changed my life. When I started this gym, I thought I was coming to lose weight but what I discovered was that I had many more things to work on first. Things like habits, consistency, mindset, which have now actually transferred and have helped me in my personal and business life. Then I learned that if you set the right foundation you can build incredible strength. I could barely walk without massive foot pain (plantar fasciitis) when I first got here and now not only do I walk free of pain I can squat with 70 lbs of weight and hip thrust 175 lbs. So what I discovered is that I can do some pretty amazing things that I never even knew existed! My coach Michelle has been so patient and understanding, yet honest and direct and puts me in check when I try to make excuses. Coach Melo has always believed I could lift heavier than I thought I could and he has always been right. And Adam creates the best work out programs that push my limits and help reverse the aging process in my life. So finally after a year, now that I am showing up consistently, have a better relationship with food and the scale, and have learned to trust the process, I am losing weight. I can’t wait to see what the future holds!

I have joined just a few days before the holidays in December of 2021. Out of pure motivation to get healthier after receiving my lab results from my doctor. I am glad that I didnt give up on my weight loss goals even during the pandemic. With almost everyone working remotely, it is far easier eating more at home due to stress. The good news is, there are exemplary trainers who will want you to succeed. Ways to keep up with your nutrition and ensuring your strength shifts gradually overall. Another great perk, healthy delicious meals are available to be purchased right on site. Would recommend checking them out if you want to improve your fitness habits.

I’m about 6 month PP. After giving myself new mom bod grace for awhile, I was ready to get back into the gym and have at least an hour or so of me time. I was looking for a gym that was not full of meat heads sweating all over the equipment or Karen’s breathing down your neck because you sneezed. Valuing a clean gym, at Shift you have your own pod during your session with all the equipment you’ll need while having enough space from the neighboring person. All the proper sanitizers and disinfectants galore are conveniently located within arms reach all throughout the space. What really made this gym stand out beyond the cleanliness, was the tailored program. You have 1on1 sessions with your trainer to make sure you are on track with program designed for you and your wants/needs. The trainer does not check out after your session for that day. You’ll get texts or emails checking in to keep you accountable on your journey. At Shift, you’re not just another membership. You’re family and friends.

I'm about 30 days in to my "Shift" and I am loving it! I come from a long background of working out in gyms, classes, with personal trainers, boot camps, pole fitness, yoga, cross fit and the list could go on. Not to say anything is wrong with those places or formats, but I definitely am more at "home" with Shift. Talk about a supportive, knowledgeable, personal, caring, no pressure, inspiring, fun, effective environment. This is no one size fits all, because no two bodies work the same, this is catered to you, your lifestyle developed by coaches that get real life and help you make small adjustments to be healthier. I really cannot say enough about this program and this gym. They truly care and help you be accountable for your self. I am a data person, but I hate tracking things, mainly because I have never been able to see the trends or been taught what those numbers mean. I can also see how different things that I though were no big deal are really affecting me. The best part is, there is no pressure from the coaches, only motivation and positivity, life happens, get back to it and support to help change those habits. I would have to compare Shift 110 to one of my most favorite all time movies Dodgeball, this is the real live average Joe's, only they make "Shift" Happen!

UPDATING AFTER 3 MONTHS: still love it. Best health decision I've made in ages. Benefits of one on one training without the exorbitant cost. It's small group training but not everyone is doing the exact thing, and you do it in your own bubble with equipment dedicated to your pod. It's personalized. It's programmed for you. And they keep you accountable (but not in a drill instructor way). They spend time on you outside the studio, whether it's podcasts, zoom sessions, or one-one one progress updates.

I wanted to start working out but I didn’t want just a standard gym membership. I was worried I would injure myself if I worked out on my own. I don’t know what the correct form is, and most people in a gym seem to know what they’re doing. So that’s a bit intimidating. Yeah, I could watch a youtube video, but who’s going to help me correct my form, and who do I ask if I have questions? I also wanted something that would keep me accountable. So I decided to give Shift 110 a try. I found them on groupon. I got a text the next day from them to schedule a 1on1. I was really nervous when I walked in, but the nice chat I had with Michelle really helped calm me down. We talked about my history and my goals and diet, she got my measurements, and we did some movements to see my mobility. Then we set up a schedule for me to come in to the studio for my workouts. I love that you have your own space with your own mat, bench, weights, everything. Yes, it’s a group workout, but it’s very much individualized. You do the movements that you worked on with your trainer during your 1on1. I think this is awesome because even with an injury, the trainers will find a way to work with you and give you modified versions. So someone else might be using the big bar that has actual weights on the ends for their hip thrusts, and I’m only using the 15 lb bar for now. We’re still doing the same movements, working out the muscle group that we’re supposed to, but at your own pace. And if I have questions, the trainers are right there, ready to help! They even correct your form if they see you slippin. I think it’s awesome and totally what I was looking for, and absolutely worth every penny. There are so many resources that they provide, like their podcast, and youtube, and even fun field days and other events. There are even ready to go meals made by Michelle for sale. How cool!! It really shows how much they really love and care about each of their clients. Adam, Melo, and Michelle are so very attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have found a better team.

Shift 110 changed the workout game! Each trainer takes the time to get to know their clients personally (strengths, weaknesses, goals, etc). Once they establish that foundation they push you to completely shift your mindset on nutrition and fitness. I want to call Shift 110 a fitness experience, but it’s so much more than a few sessions “under the blue lights.” It’s a family of people striving for better in all aspects of life, growing together, sharing challenges, celebrating milestones, and lifting each other up. There isn't another place like this! The trainers are amazing, encouraging and helpful. They want to help you reach your goals what ever they might be. They help you see the long game sustainable exercise and a thruthfull outlook on food. And did I mention the meals to go with Food Shift. If you are board with your gym or looking for one to get started, you will LOVE this place. I've been going for 2 years.

This is the best “gym” I’ve ever been to! It’s amazing!!!! This is not your typical gym! This place has Amazing coaches, workouts, members, and atmosphere! I wouldn’t want to workout anywhere else! The first workout/gym that I can actually stick to and see real results! The classes are small, energetic and constantly changing. The trainers provide personal attention to each member and make recommendations tailored to your needs/goals. They also offer awesome, healthy meals on the go - so good! I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for personalized training, accountability and a workout plan that’s actually sustainable!

This place is a game changer. I started going about 6 months ago and I absolutely love it. I am a Zumba instructor so I do a ton of cardio due to the classes that I teach, but never incorporated weight training. I had no clue what I was doing, so I just constantly put it off. And then I found Shift! All 3 trainers truly CARE about helping you reach your fitness goals. They know ALL of their members by name, and even follow up if you don't have any work outs booked for the following week. The sessions are only 30 minutes but don't let it fool you ... you will be so surprised at what you can accomplish in those 30 minutes. I have seen and felt myself get stronger over these past 6 months -- I have lifted weight that I never though I'd be able to. Shift 110 is the BEST!
