I love SOF! I have been training there for about a year and half now with a small group. It is such a welcoming and encouraging environment. I am post knee surgery and Meg has been great to tailor my workouts to my recovery! She is very knowledgeable and I always feel safe in my rehabilitation journey. I highly recommend Meg and her team at Shine on Fitness!!

Meg has intentionally created the most approachable, low key, and supportive gym atmosphere that we have all been wishing for. She is also super knowledgeable and will tailor your experience and routine to whatever you’re wanting to achieve and whatever works for your body.
I have been doing small group training here for over a year and any time I can get at SOF is the best part of my day! I also cannot recommend Laura’s IHP classes enough! And Caley's group classes are fun and intense! If you want to actually look forward to working out, this is your place. 💪🏼

I have been training with Meg at Shine on Fitness for over a year now. The atmosphere of the gym is very welcoming, fun and laid back. Being a women's only gym I always feel comfortable and confident while working out. Shine On Fitness is a very special place. Megan and her coaches are way more than just training your fitness, they become friends and confidants. I tried to strength train on my own, but realized I missed more than just the workouts-I missed the people I worked out with. Megan is knowledgeable and super fun to lift with-she kicks your tail when you need it (then laughs like I told you so when you do it) and backs off when there is something you need to work through. You want to start making gains in your fitness you have 100% come to the right place!

I’ve been going to Megan for almost 2 years now. She has kept me in shape through both pregnancy and post partum and given me so much confidence as I get stronger. If you don't feel like going to a big chain gym to work out, this is the place for you. I've done 1:1 with Megan as well as group sessions and they are all amazing. Everything is personalized for you, and she focuses a lot on form to make sure the clumsy people like me don't get hurt. The atmosphere is really comfortable and supportive. Highly recommend.

I’ve worked with Megan before babies and postpartum and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! She took the time to understand my goals, strengths, and areas where I wanted to improve. The personalized workout plans are both challenging and achievable, and I appreciate how she offers gym or home programs to fit my schedule. The app she uses for her programs is user friendly too!
What really sets Megan apart is her consistent support. She checks in regularly and offers helpful tips. As a mom, I never know what my day will look like and I never feel judgement from her - only encouragement.

I’m so grateful to have found Megan! I love that it is just me and a couple of girlfriends there when we work out, and she customizes our workouts based on our needs. I have had shoulder pain and loss of motion for a couple of years, and she customized workouts to help. I am now able to do exercises overhead without pain. She really watches our form to make sure we don’t injure ourselves. We have so much fun, laughing, venting about things in our lives, and dancing between sets. Getting to choose the playlist is a nice bonus. I recommend Shine On Fitness to friends all the time!

I did virtual training with Megan for 8 months and am super happy with the results I got. I am pretty well versed in exercise and such and my main reason for deciding on a personal trainer was to help get my mentality and accountability where it needed to be. I was preparing for a race and needed help getting that discipline back to go to the gym daily. Megan had all my workouts written for the week and all I had to do was show up to the gym! She checked in with me, gave me tips and answered any questions I had. She even guided me on what to eat the night before my race. I really enjoyed the virtual side of her training as it worked perfectly for my life and I loved her encouragement and enthusiasm given throughout the 8 months! If you’re looking for a great personal trainer, give Megan a try! We don’t even live in the same state and I was able to have her guidance for 8 months! Price is more than reasonable and she’s worth it! Thanks Megan for all your help and knowledge!

Megan is a good coach. I felt her training program was very reasonable for where I was on my fitness journey. 100% woman owned and operated which is one of the reasons I chose Shine On Fitness. Megan with Shine On Fitness has been instrumental in my diet plan to complete 75 Hard. I lost 17 pounds! Her macro plan had me feeling well fed and satiated. The questionnaire on check in day was very thorough and asked questions that I felt provided Megan good feedback to make adjustments. She provides a pdf packet with meal ideas and is always willing to help with any questions. The best part is that she is willing to teach you and provide resources to help you continue to be successful even after completing your program. I can't say enough good and positive things about Shine On and what it's done for my confidence, body image, self esteem, and body composition! And that's because of Megan's positivity. Her training style is so personalized and it is genuine because SHE is genuinely passionate about what she does. You aren't just a client, you are a priority to her and the accountability alone will get you so far in your progress! I've tried programs, pilates, trends, fads, etc. I was intimidated by the gym and equipment and in my head. After realizing it's "you Vs you" and the uplifting impact Megan's made on my program and daily life in general, it makes working out easier each day seeing your progress and results! Whether you work out at home, in a gym, or her gym, you will get a concierge approach in her training because she will do all the work in the planning... you just have to start! 10/10 all day would recommend Shine On fitness and the program being tailored to your personal needs and goals.
