The mission of Shine Yoga Studio is to share Prana ~ Power ~ Prayer with yoga students of all levels. Prana: Breath is the physical manifestation of the flow of energy in the body. We practice connecting to the Spirit within us and expressing it with joy through movement. Power: You work with your body to honor where you are while increasing stamina, strength, and flexibility. Heal and restore, build and empower - you go! And get your shine on! Prayer: We seek to connect every breath and every movement on our mats with Jesus Christ through practices filled with prayer and meditation on the Word of Life.

Jenny is one-of-a kind teacher, she has a connection with all her students and adapts her class to serve all needs. She is very welcoming and fosters a welcoming atmosphere among the students. I feel relaxed after enganging my mind and body in the Shine yoga class. Highly recommended!

Have been taking Jennyβs Prana Yoga classes twice a week for a little over a year now. Jenny adapts our class to meet the needs of our small group and offers variations of most moves to accommodate each of our various age related ailments. Classes are are fun, social and help get the kinks out of my 58 year old body. KF

What I love about Shine Yoga is that Jenny makes the class challenging and fun no matter what your experience level. She watches closely and adapts movements to injuries, limitations or our mood for the day! But she's sure to push us so we are constantly learning and growing in our practice. I've been going for years and will continue to do so.

Love the chair yoga classes great for balance and all over joint mobility. Jenny gives everyone in class personal attention to posture and all important body alignment , her instruction are clear and easy to easy to follow. Every more important the class is very welcoming you become family fast.

I have been in a senior exercise class with Jenny from Shine Yoga Studio. The class has been amazing. It is important to maintain balance and flexibility as we age and Jenny is the finest instructor I have ever worked with. My class is at Anchorage Park in North Palm Beach on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 8:30 a.m.

Chair Yoga has been such a blessing to me! I have regained my balance and strength in moving, bending down. Each time I go, I feel revived and refreshed. I thank, Jenny, our instructor for planning our exercise regimen each time to be of great value for our "aging bodies".She even explains the purpose for the various movements and how it helps us. Chair yoga has kept me moving! My balance has improved greatly since taking this class. We have a lot of fun with our teacher, Jenny. She seems to enjoy teaching us as much as we enjoy learning from her. There is a lot of laughter during our hour together.
