Our 30 minute sessions include full body strength training. Furthermore we offer balance, stability, and muscle activation therapy to all clients.

I have been attending here since April or May. I just adore this "Boutique Gym" It is like no other gym. Its not even a gym. Its not a gym in the traditional sense. The owner Joe is simply AMAZING, Patient beyond patient, He is just awesome. His business is Clean beyond clean, does not smell, it is quite, no traditional "thunk". I just simply adore, love and will never stop attending this fitness center. It is not a gym. Its an Short Cut 2 Fitness.

Joe is terrific -- I've been with him since he bought the place. This is NOT your typical gym but is perfect for people who want to get the best possible strength-training results in the least amount of time. I'm definitely stronger and plan to stay that way.

I've worked out here, one-on-one with owner/trainer Joe Valenty, 2-3 days a week, 20-30 minutes at a time, for more than two years. The results are great. My weight is down. My fitness profile (blood pressure, strength, agility, etc.) has improved substantially. Joe also improved my nutritional intake.
