This is a terrible studio. They’re not understanding with life events and their policies are unfair. My main studio would never treat any of their comers this poorly, no matter if they’re from ClassPass or a member directly through the studio. I was thinking about doing the intro package after this class. However , they did not allow me to take it so I will not be and I will not be coming back. Thanks.

The studio is very welcoming, clean, and spacious! There are poles of different heights which is awesome! You can choose shorter or taller poles (it's really cool! I have never seen that at any other studio). All of the poles are high quality x-poles. All of the equipment is clean and smells nice. Also, the mirrors are very clean :).

I met Selena (the co-owner, I believe). She was very sweet, she showed and explained everything to me.

On the first floor of the building you can drink a cup of coffee :) (for pick me up before your class ;) )
I'm definitely coming back, it is certainly a jem in Miami!

It was my first time back to pole after taking a 2-year break, and I was so nervous about how much strength I had lost. The instructor immediately made me feel comfortable and supported. Silver Garden Pole & Yoga Studio is absolutely stunning! The view alone will take your breath away, and the tall poles with the spacious layout make it a dream for pole play. I had the honor of meeting the incredible Jayda—listen, I couldn’t come to Miami without taking her class, you hear me?! 😙 I came all the way from NYC just to visit this beautiful studio and it was 100% worth it.

I put in 3 hours of pole play and took her class—it felt like such a well-deserved treat for myself these past two days. The energy, the vibe, everything was on point. And let’s not forget, their merch is so cute! Of course, I had to grab a water bottle to bring back to NYC 🤪.

I will definitely be back. If you’re in Miami, make sure you stop in for real—you won’t regret it!

I love this studio so much! It’s very clean and it’s always stocked with alcohol and clean towels to wipe your poles. Both restrooms are well kept and there’s even a shower in one of them if you ever feel sweaty after class! I’ve had Luna as a level 2 instructor and she is great! She breaks everything down into pieces to make sure that you understand and she always has a modification or a back up combo if one is too challenging for you! Jaydah is also another amazing instructor and I love her so much! She is encouraging, very helpful and detailed when explaining a move. Luna and Jaydah are both amazing, graceful and very personable. They are very easy to talk to and make you feel very welcomed and at home. I haven’t tried the other instructors yet but I’m sure they are all amazing! If I could leave 10 stars I would!! First of all the studio is so clean and beautiful, every detail is so lovely. Both the yoga and pole classes are incredible, the instructors are knowledgeable and kind. I have learned so many new things, and progressed in my training in just a few classes. Highly recommended!!!!

Studio is even more beautiful in person! Bright, relaxing, light airy studio, perfect for practise and classes.

I visited whilst on holiday and the skill and high level teaching from Shelby (an awesome instructor), seriously blew me away. She broke down the sequence of moves into clear and understandable steps that help create the body awareness needed to make complex moves accessable and easy to follow. The class was so much fun!

The venue is well sign posted and everything from the thoughtful details in the two bathrooms to the quality of the mats, class playlist and equipment makes this a destination studio if you love aerial. Everyone I met in my class or waiting were also very friendly and welcoming.

Whether you are local or just visiting, experienced or brand new to pole, I cannot reccomend Silver Gardens enough. They also have some original and creative one off special classes and workshops that look amazing. Thanks so much Silver Garden!

It’s a lovely studio! You’d be surprised how spacious it is when you walk inside. It’s a perfect pole studio. I went to Luna’s class. She was an awesome teacher being attentive to everyone and giving individual instructions. Everyone’s so friendly and welcoming. Come visit if you love pole or yoga.

Unfortunately, I can’t give a review on the actual class as my class started at 8 AM and no one ever arrived! After about 15 minutes and three calls with no answer, I receive an email that they’re having trouble in the building and classes is canceled?! Meanwhile, I’m currently sitting in their lobby utilizing my phone lights, water facilities. A supreme waste of time not only do we have to find street parking and wind our way through the building not even a courtesy text or call back to inform us; that they can’t get to class on time.

Obsessed with the aesthetic!! One of the most beautiful studios I’ve been to so far. The natural lighting really elevates the experience and my videos. The instructor was also really cool about helping me even though I wasn’t as experienced as the other girls in the class. Genuinely loved it here
