I had the best experience training with Coach Danny! As a woman it felt like a safe and comfortable atmosphere for me to be able to try out boxing, but at the same time receive the best possible training and advising. Coach Danny not only trains you but he really hones in on your skills, what you are best and and strengthening any weaker areas. Overall this is a great place to train may it be that you are a beginner like me with no experience, or someone with more experience looking to grow in the sport.

What. An. Experience! I'm an awkward pacifist, and Coach Dan was so encouraging and helped me gain confidence while building true technique. He also taught me proper recovery to shape up and not feel to burned out after sessions. I also had to get my sister, my teen nephew, and my 9 year old niece involved. They loved it too!
