Was a member there for just a few months. As my time in the area drew to a close, I told the person at the front desk that it was time to cancel my membership. She understood and I thought that was the end of it.

I just discovered about $900.00+ in charges on my card from them. I had started another gym membership (except on a different card), so I absolutely missed that I was being charged about 17 times for a gym I was no longer a member of. Of course when I called I was told that unless I had emailed them to cancel the membership, the charges were final.

This is the ages-old scheme of gyms, so just be careful. These gyms know that to dispute the charges, there has to be an email or other type of proof for your CC company to act on. So that's how they get ya. Verbal agreement to end the membership? Nah.

Watch out for this place. Watch your account.

Love this gym! Smaller than others but they have pretty much everything you need for a good workout and its not usually crowded. Makes it more personable. Its also pretty clean. Id recommend it.

It is a smaller gym, but the convenience of 24/7 access, and location (walking distance for me) makes it all worth it. Friendly & lively staff, and all areas (workout area, restrooms, and training area) are super clean. Sure, other area gyms might have more bells & whistles, but the perks mentioned above make it all worth it.

Probably the best gym I've held a membership with. I was able to enroll via the active and fit pathway, which is a major plus. The staff is very friendly, and their security policies make the gym just a bit more safer, especially in this climate. They have classes, cardio equipments, weights, etc. It's rarely crowded during the times that i visit. 5/5 stars.

very clean and organized! a lot of stuff for such a small space but well enough to get an even more than decent workout in. the treadmills are fast and responsive and when i came it wasn't too busy so it was great to just exist in here!

This is my second year here. Snap fitness is amazing. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. It is always Super clean, and it is open 24/7. Very well equipped with everything needed to develop a high degree of physical fitness, from a wide array of the latest machines, to free weights, and Cardio fitness, and I really love all the compliments I get from friends and relatives about my new appearance and physical condition.

I only have great things to say about this gym! i wish I had found it sooner. It has everything we need and more. My wife is a competitor and has had all the equipment she needs to prepare and train for competitions. The staff and owners are great. The communication is amazing and the place is extremely well kept and clean! Me and my wife stopped going to all the other gyms we were going to and now just go to this one.

The lady at the counter didn’t seem to care.
If I wanted membership or not. I have prime membership. There is no sign indicating that they no longer except prime membership on the outside of the building. She is a horrible salesman. At the end of the day it’s business.

Love this gym! Has so many machines to use for working on every part of the body. There's even a personal trainer there if you need help. And my membership is free, because it's included with my health insurance. Great place...highly recommend!👍

This gym is kept immaculately clean, equipment is high quality, new and well maintained. Staff is kind, helpful, and seems to genuinely care about its members. Don't let the smaller size fool you, it's got everything you need. I have been a member of larger gyms with pools and such but I would never go back. This gym is superior in so many ways!

Absolutely love this gym! The location is great and convient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer tons of free(members) classes to participate in, where you can also bring a friend(small fee, not huge). They have tons and tons of machines you can use.I love how all the machines are always clean and spotless. I love how they are 24 hours and you can come at anytime you want, which is great for people who can’t come at certain times. Highly recommend this gym(:
