Bungee Fitness is a Low-Impact, High-Intensity, Cardio Based workout, that is so much fun! You are fitted into a harness which are attached to bungee cords. The bungee cords reduce the impact on your body and allow you to get a full body workout. The bungee cords give you enough resistance to keep your muscles working, along with an element of fun that keeps you interested and engaged.

I had a really bad experience here. The instructor was very rude and unprofessional. It was my first time visiting, and it will definitely be my last. We arrived before 10 o’clock, but she said the lesson had already started. We completely understand and respect that we couldn’t join late—it’s only fair to those who arrived on time. What bothered me was how she handled the situation. Instead of being polite, she kicked us out and said in a rude tone, “I’m going to charge you.” It would’ve made a huge difference if she had just said something like, “Sorry guys, I can’t let you join since the class has already started.” Very disappointing experience.

I wish i could give her zero stars. Very rude and unprofessional. Zero respect for customers. Avoid if you don’t want to be treated badly.
We were there at 9.59. Class starts at 10. Didn’t realize we were supposed to be there 15 minutes early. Yes, Rookie mistake. She opened the door and started yelling before even saying hello. And all she cared about was charging us the fee. We would have happily left and even apologized if she would have even let us open our mouth to explain.

I absolutely love this Soaring Bungee Fitness in Saint Augustine Fl!
Elizabeth, the owner and instructor, is amazing — she puts her heart into every class and makes sure everyone feels welcomed, supported and safe. The workout is so much fun and like nothing else out there! (IMO)
Each class has only 8 people, which I really appreciate because it gives everyone personal attention.
Today, though, something happened that I think is worth mentioning: three new participants showed up exactly at 10:00 a.m. (when class starts), even though the instructions clearly say to arrive 15 minutes early to sign waivers, get fitted for the bungee based on weight, and learn a few safety positions before class begins. Our instructor kindly told them class was starting and couldn’t be delayed — which is completely fair and respectful to those of us who arrived on time. One of them responded by saying, “You’re not very nice,” which was really unfair
Elizabeth is a sweetheart and I’m grateful she DIDN’T allow them to join because it would have been wrong to the 5 of us who were ready to begin our class. (We would have been waiting 15-20 minutes more to begin if she allowed them to join)
If you see a negative review from those three ladies, please know what actually happened. Elizabeth was simply doing her job and keeping everyone safe and on schedule. (She cares!)
To anyone thinking of joining — do it!
I’ve only been doing this for a few weeks and look forward to every single class!
I bought the monthly unlimited and love it!
**If it’s your first time, Just make sure to arrive early as instructed. It’s an incredible experience, and Elizabeth truly makes it special for everyone.

I started 5 months ago and absolutely love it. Elizabeth was very watchful that I was doing everything correctly.
When new people come in she is very attentive and helps to teach them the correct way.
I’m 71 years old and I feel much stronger body wise, my balance is better. Just a great workout.
You go at your own pace, no pressure.
If you decide to try it out come 15-20 minutes before class so she can get your weight, height and set up. Also, wear tennis shoes. No flip flops.

I began my first class in February of 2025, saw this studio on line and thought yep this might work for me. I’m still here and not going any place else. Elizabeth is a fabulous instructor and the class is quite the cardio and I’m not looking back. You need to try this class I think you will find your family here the ladies there are very welcoming. Relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your work out

Worst experience I've ever had at a "fitness" studio! On Jan 3, I joined the waitlist for the Beginner's Class on Saturday, Jan 25th at 9am and paid the $26 fee. I received email confirmation of my purchase and of being added to the waitlist. On Jan 7, I received another email confirming that I'd been added to the class. Today, Jan 25th, I arrived to the class only to be told by the instructor (Owner too I believe) that I'd been bumped from the class, with no notice, so that she could accommodate a birthday party. She was completely unbothered by how rude and unprofessional this is and the apology she offered was insincere at best. She seemed to think it was completely acceptable to bump a paying customer without notice. How this studio stays in business is beyond me. Who treats customers this way? I will never go back to this studio and will make sure to share my experience with as many people as possible so that no one else wastes their time, their money or their effort at Soaring Bungee Fitness.

I have been going to Soaring for around 6 months and it has transformed my life. I have always been active but as I was aging I wasn’t able to lose weight with the types of exercise I was doing (mainly walking & biking). I decided to give bungee a try and the cardio hit that you get over time is unbelievable. I have lost 10 lbs a month since I started. Yes, 60 lbs down! Elizabeth is an amazing instructor. She changes things up to keep us on our toes. I love how much I have improved physically and mentally. I have referred a number of friends and they are now regulars because yes it’s that amazing! Great, positive atmosphere and a darn good cardio workout! The facility is really clean too!

Great way to get a high cardio low impact workout. The sessions are easy to adjust to your own level and pace. The classes go by quickly because you’re so busy and having a good time. Highly recommend!

Payed for this class thinking it was a 60 minute long class, but it was actually 40 min and was told that 15 minutes was for harness time, there was no warm-up. It didn’t even feel like an actual workout, it was painful. We got there five minutes early, the instructor said we were late. She was also very passive aggressive towards people. Not a great experience i was so excited to try this out

This is a great cardio workout along with core & upper body. It's so much fun too! I've lost weight & toned up problem areas that nothing else seemed to target. Going to these classes starts my day off right! Doesn't matter your age or fitness level. You get where you need to be with a very educated & patient instructor. I'm OBSESSED with this place!

I started bungee in January and it was the best decision I have ever made. Elizabeth from day one has been my biggest cheerleader! She is incredibly kind, patient and extremely supportive. This exercise (low impact high cardio) has completely changed me mentally, physically and emotionally. I am 56 years old and Soaring Bungee has become my happy place. I have met and become friends with some amazing women, including Elizabeth. I recently went to the doctor and my blood work came back the best it has been in years! I go 4 days a week and I couldn’t think of a better way to start my day!!!

This lady was rude and unprofessional. I got lost which made me late by 3 minutes. She announced to the whole class I never paid and that she doesn't accept late clients. She could have been a bit more polite.
I understand I was in the wrong and I would never expect to be seen when I am late but I do expect common decency and courtesy when I am a prospective client. I had questions about the class but any time I have ever come by there is NO ONE at the actual location. She actually shut the door in my face and locked it.

First time for my wife and I to ever bungee jump. We were a little anxious since we are bigger, but the instructor is very size inclusive!! It is also LGBTQ+ friendly. Once we started getting worn out there was a slower workout to cool us down. We never got hot in there even when it is 92* outside, it’s air conditioned. Also smells phenomenal! It takes some adjustment first couple of minutes to get used to the bands. I haven’t felt this good after a workout in a long time and I was able to do 45 minutes when it’s hard for me to complete a 15 minute dance workout. 100% recommend! Please arrive 15 minutes early to get adjusted. The beginner class is definitely a cardio workout.

I had never heard of Bungee Soaring but peaked in the window of this new studio to see what they were doing. Looked interesting, and the LOW IMPACT sign caught my attention, so I signed up. I was nervous and not sure I could really do this because of some joint problems. Elizabeth quickly taught us newbies how to SOAR! It was fun, and I got my heart rate up at my own pace. When she said we could try doing a burpee I was sure I couldn't, but with the bungee cords I did a burpee for the first time in twenty years. I'm hooked and go as often as I can. Give it a try, so fun!

I had so much fun taking the bungee fitness class with Elizabeth. It was more of a intense workout than I anticipated. Elizabeth is a great instructor and made me feel very comfortable. I definitely will continue to take classes.

I've been wanting to take a bungee fitness class for a couple of years now, so when I found Elizabeth's studio I was beyond excited. I had so much fun with Elizabeth during her class and honestly did not anticipate how much of a workout this would really be. It's so much fun and so excited to make this a regular part of my schedule. Definitely definitely recommend trying it out

I participated in an introductory class in order for the studio to take some promotional images, and it was FUN. I’ve been interested to try bungee fitness for a while and it didn’t disappoint! After one song my heart rate was at 192 😂
It’s so fun to feel like you’re flying, and being able to do squats without hurting your joints is a game changer. It’s the most fun cardio I’ve done in a long long time. I would absolutely recommend 😊

Had the privilege of trying out Soaring pre grand opening and had a blast enjoyed the small class, ease of instruction and location! It was a great combination of cardio, dance and calisthenics. I workout regularly doing yoga, weight lifting and swimming. Bungee fitness will be an exciting addition to my workout!!
