This was my first session with Coach Schneider and while my body was screaming “NO!”, my mind was screaming “KEEP GOING!”. Coach Schneider was extremely kind and he believes you are capable of more than you think. He will push you (within reason) to break through that mental barrier of doubt to achieve your goals. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who will listen because it’s worth it. I look forward to the next session!!!

It’s been a really great experience training with my my coach Sheneider at SoFit Personal Training in College Park. Finding the right routine to stay consistent haves always been difficult. Literally the best investment, changed my entire body doing the program.. Within 6-8 months Sheneider transformed my body. As a person the struggles to gain weight, all the techniques specifically targeting certain muscles and the meal plans. Now I have chest and arms and I get a reaction everytime I take my shirt off now. Go get fit with them!!!
