What I appreciate most is Ashton’s ability to keep every session different and engaging. He brings a fresh approach each time, which keeps me motivated and excited to show up. His encouragement shines through, especially during those tough moments. He has a couple of favorite quotes, like “take your time,” and he really knows how to hype me up on that penultimate rep, making me push harder than I thought I could.

My wife and I started working with Jordan and it’s been an awesome decision. It’s been years since I last worked out, so it was time to get back to it. She’s very fit and I’m not, so Jordan is great at matching our needs, whether we do a couples class or solo. He knows when to push and when to ease up and is always great for a good laugh. I’ve worked with many trainers in the past and he’s the only one I don’t hate and enjoy going back to. I hesitated writing this review so he doesn’t get booked up, but Jordan earned it.

I'm always a fan of "do what works for you" when it comes to exercise - whether it's a gym membership, group classes, or personal training. Ultimately it comes down to motivation and I've found that my gym memberships often go unused unless I have someone to hold me accountable. I found SoHo Fit at just the right time as I was trying to get back into shape after months of not working out much at all (and a past injury that's kept me cautious to try and exercise meaningfully).

I have been really enjoying SoHo Fit. The studio is perfectly sized for personal training with all of the right equipment and qualified, experienced professionals who have trained beginners like me to Olympic athletes. The studio is high in energy yet provides the one on one training you are paying for - tailored to your needs and mindful of your limits (while also pushing you to be better).

I've been working with Jordan at SoHo Fit for over a month now and have already seen strong results. Jordan holds me accountable, checks in frequently, is always on time, motivated, and patient. Its been a blessing finding the right studio and the right trainer as I try to get back to a better version of my physical self.

While in Tampa for a few months, wanted a personal trainer to help jump start into a better routine for targeted results through strength training. Allison did a great job of listening to my interests and evaluating my current state including using their InBody machine for body comp.She then planned workouts to help me get to my goals and gave me workouts I can do anywhere, as I travel.
As a former physical therapist she has an informed perspective, she is conscious of form and attentive during the workout as well as keeping it fun. My college age daughter who is a Pilates instructor also attended some sessions with Allison separately to address back pain, and she also enjoyed working with Allison and thought she had great guidance for managing that issue.
We would both recommend her and SohoFit as a personal trainer!

I worked with Loong, who helped me on some golf lessons and some physical therapy aspects in my shoulder. I had a lot of pain in my shoulder due to a shoulder impingement and it was impairing my golf game.

Loong fully transformed my swing and I can crush the ball with consistency. Most importantly, him helping me recalibrate my swing has reduced my pain to 0% truthfully. It's been a massive quality of life improvement.

It has been easy sticking to the routine because Tyler strikes the balance between pushing you for improvement without making the sessions something to dread. I've been working with Loong for close to two months, and I am so happy with my results and experience thus far. Loong is very flexible with workout times, which I really appreciate. Even more importantly, he is dedicated to helping me achieve the results I desire, and I am seeing the hard work pay off. Great team and facility. Everything is personalized and tailored to your needs. Not crowded since every trainer handles one client per time block which makes the experience more personal. All of the trainers are friendly.

I can’t recommend this place more. I started working with Tyler 4 months ago and he has transformed my body. He varies the workouts so they are never repetitive and focuses on core strength and balance as well as the musculature men are looking for. He’s also super funny and the kind of guy you’d want to grab a beer with. Started training with Jordan around 2-3 months ago and it was the best decision I’ve made. I was looking for 1 on 1 training since I’ve been in Tampa and I found the right place. Since I started with Jordan I have been continuing to lose weight and my body fat % has gone from 21% to around 16%. Working out 3 days a week has been challenging at some points but it’s totally worth it. I highly recommend Jordan and SoHo Fit to anyone who is looking for personalized training and has real goals they want to meet.
