Bayli has put me on a plan with workouts and nutrition that has this 54-year-old man gaining 10 pounds of muscle while cutting 4% body fat. I’m lifting the weight I did in my prime and am almost to the bf% I was 25 years ago!

I’ve been training with Bayli for three years now, and she’s hands down one of the best personal trainers I’ve ever worked with. She has this rare mix of strength, intelligence, and patience that makes every session both challenging and fun. Bayli is the best! I found SOHO fit when was about half way through my pregnancy and knew I needed the accountability of a trainer to continue to build strength and show up. Jason Ayan - WestShore Rules For Top End
I'm a 50-year-old CEO In the tech industry. Had a dislocated shoulder about 12 months ago and started working with Jason to get back from that fun event (snow skiing). Trying to get back into competitive water skiing and also just overall great shape. One of the key things I strive to do is staying sharp, confident, competitive and being at the top of my game - this is where Jason comes in. The great thing about Jason is he teaches cross functional fitness - whether it's plyo or weightlifting or doing a bunch of burpees until you’re ready to lose your breakfast.
Based on his lessons, I can work out anywhere with almost any equipment or lack thereof: in my backyard without any weights, on the beach, at a fully equipped gym. I learned all the proper techniques and the right things to do in weightlifting to optimize results. At my age I wasn’t interested in bulking up and drinking protein shakes (although he can teach you how to do that, look at him), I was more interested in being in great shape, agile, and feeling tremendous.
Jason's very attentive. We used to keep whiteboards literally of activities that I needed to do—what day, what week, objectives, milestones, progress. I’m a whiteboard guy so this worked perfectly. I traveled quite a bit to the West Coast (40% of my time) for work and I did a lot of FaceTime workouts with Jason at the Hyatt Regency gyms in and around SF and Palo Alto.
Jason has the experience and expertise that you want in a trainer and it shows from Day One.
Lastly, and of equal importance to everything I’ve written above - Jason is a very positive person and someone that you’ll want to be around and associated with.

I can’t recommend Ashton at SoHo Fit enough! I’ve worked with several trainers over the years, and Ashton truly stands out as an expert in his field. He takes the time to really understand your goals — whether it’s overall strength or something more specific (for me, it was shoulders and back to look my best in my wedding dress!).
What I really appreciate is that Ashton — and most of the other trainers at SoHo Fit — have master’s degrees in exercise and nutrition science. You can tell you’re working with people who deeply understand the science behind training. This was crucial for me - as I didn’t want to waste my time or money training with someone who didn’t have a top tier understanding of anatomy and fitness. Your health is an investment, and with Ashton, you really get what you pay for in terms of knowledge and professionalism.
He creates clear, customized training plans, explains proper form and workout structure, and always answers my questions thoroughly. He’s an excellent communicator and goes above and beyond to make sure I feel confident and motivated every session.
