The studio is beautiful -- bright and spacious. However, the class experience was disappointing. Parking was confusing at first; I only realized after downloading yet another new parking app that there were dedicated spots for the yoga studio at the parking lot across the street.

The class itself felt more stressful than relaxing. The music was very loud (mostly pop songs), making it hard to hear the instructor from the back of the room. The pace was so fast that we barely held poses, with no real time to stretch, settle in, or feel any benefits of the movements. There were no corrections from the instructor, and overall it felt more chaotic than grounding. The cool towel at the end was a nice touch.

SOL Yoga in Fort Lauderdale is truly something special. The studio itself is such a vibe—clean, modern, and super welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the good energy.

Honestly, I never considered myself a “yogi girl” and used to hate hot yoga. But SOL completely changed that for me. The experience here is on a whole other level. I always leave feeling detoxed, refreshed, and just… better.

Danielle is my absolute favorite—she’s simply amazing. Her classes are the perfect mix of challenge, calm, and clarity. Savannah is also fantastic, and every instructor I’ve taken so far has been top-notch.

If you’re on the fence about yoga or looking for a studio that makes you want to keep coming back—this is it. Highly recommend.

I just completed my first month at SOL, and I have to say it has quickly become a staple in my wellness journey. The teachers I’ve tried—Danielle, Meredith, and Emily—are all outstanding. Each brings their own unique energy and offers a different experience, but my favorite classes are with Danielle. Every time I attend, I find myself improving and accomplishing things I couldn’t do before. I feel amazing afterward, like my body got exactly what it needed. The community here is also incredibly kind and welcoming. I truly love coming to SOL, and if anyone is looking for a new yoga spot, I highly recommend checking it out!

First, I wanna say the cleanliness of the place is incredible. I love it. It smells clean, it looks organized, just the place gives you peace. The class was wonderful and the instructor was willing to help me even after class. I loved the class, although I felt the heat a little intense. I loved the smell of the damp cloth that they put on you at the end of your class. I will definitely return. All the staff are incredible.
Pd: they also have big bathrooms and showers :)

This is my favorite studio in Fort Lauderdale! Aside from the facility being dreamy, full schedule of classes, and super cool modern bala weight sets, the instructors were all pretty rad and had their own unique styles. They seemed comfortable in letting you explore creativity as well. That's what life is for! This is unlike soo many of the other places in the city where the teachers essentially do the same sequence, some being more rigid than others on how closely you color the lines, usually in a dark room, etc; this place felt more authentic and artistic. Also, the fellow yogis were really friendly and nice to me. Anyway, keep up the good work guys!

I live in LA, come to South Florida 4-6 times a year. Over the years I have tried every Yoga Studion south and north of Aventura. I found SOL Yoga and now it is my go to! Vibe is great, staff are friendly, classes are brilliant and bathrooms are roomy and clean. I make sure that I go to Dianes classes as often as I can when I am here. Her slow Flow class has to be one the best classes I have been to anywhere. Give them a shot, you won't have any regrets.

I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed with my experience this past Memorial weekend at Sol Yoga Ft. Lauderdale. As someone who loves yoga and had an active membership at the Sol Yoga in Miami I figured I would try out the Fort Lauderdale studio, but sadly it was a HUGE let down. The unprofessionalism of this studio and instructor Danielle Petries was mind blowing. To think that I would pay $30 for a drop in class to be publicly humiliated by not only man in his late 50s but also the instructor for simply taking a breather/break and checking my phone. I had a man in his late 50s YELL AT ME from across the room “ARE YOU HERE TO WORK OUT OR BE ON YOUR PHONE” and then shortly after the instructor proceeds to walk over and scream from the front of the room “we have a no phone policy, if you want to use your phone step outside”. In the numerous amount of times I have been to Sol Yoga-Miami I have not once been told about this “phone policy” and there are no physical signs nor is it on their small print/booking information. Sol Yoga-Miami even allows you to record yourself while you work out! I have never felt so humiliated and disgusted with a work out studio before. Noted that me and my many friends who work out here will not be returning. Too many yoga studios in South Florida to accept this disrespectful act. What a shame that a studio that is owned and run by solely women would treat someone in such way.

I have been to a lot of yoga studios, and this is the yoga studio of all yoga studios. It feels like a nightclub, ashram, rebirth, healing experience, and loving community all at once. Each instructor brings their own special energy to the space - a few of my favorites are Danielle, Emily, Kim, and Nikki. They each have their own playlist and they are better than the DJs spinning tracks at LIV in Miami. The music sets the tone for the space, the heat makes you feel like you’re sweating all your troubles away, and the pace of the classes are not too slow and not too fast - just right. You get a cold peppermint towel after each class which is a nice touch. If I ever move away from Fort Lauderdale, the biggest thing I’ll miss besides the beach is this studio.

I have been going to Sol for over 3 years almost 3-4 days a week. Not only has it changed my body but also my mind. It is a community of positive, supportive people. You immediately feel comfortable walking into the space, the front desk girls are friendly and accommodating, the teachers kind and thoughtful. Danielle is an amazing teacher and her sculpt class and music is fire! Emily has a power Sol Power class that gives you life, it pushes you and helps you do moves you never thought you could. Visiting SFL and heard great things about this studio, so decided to try it out. Beautiful space - don’t let the industrial area around there fool you, it’s a great spot.
Angela guided a perfect slow flow- all levels appropriate- and was she brilliant and lovely to boot!
They have a smoothie bar where you can preorder before class and it’ll be waiting for you - didn’t try one, but next time…
Maybe best part was the beautiful locker room - lockers , full private showers with towels and amenities. One of the nicest studios I’ve visited and topped off with staff that was just as friendly and helpful!
PS- it’s also very very clean and I saw them taking great care to keep it clean after class- kudos to the owner and staff !

I have been going to the YogaJoint for a long time, so I was skeptical to try them because I just moved to the area but totally was totally worth it. Another great studio with so many different options of classes and nice clean studio. It’s definitely worth a try my only complaint is I wish they had a least a trial class but besides that an awesome little spot.

This is my sanctuary and my happy place. I try and get to about 4-5 classes a week bc I’m totally hooked and my day feels incomplete without it. The studio is absolutely beautiful, the girls at the front are dolls and the whole place is a vibe. I’ve bounced around quite a few classes and I have to say Danielle, Nikki, Brittany and Emily are my favorites. Loving this studio. Everyone is friendly, staff is very knowledgeable giving modifications as needed. I especially love the Gentle class with Emily. I’m a runner and this class has made a noticeable difference in my hips. Would love to see more gentle classes added especially in the evening. I have been practicing hot yoga for about 12 years (Bikram to Vinyasa...as long as it's HOT). I left the Yoga Joint a few months back because they were churning out teachers left and right and it was always the same exact class. SOL was a breath a fresh air. All the teachers are amazingly UNIQUE!....I am sore in different places from every class in a very good way, I'm working different muscles and stimulating my yoga brain. Beyond the amazing and beautiful teachers is also the gorgeous studio and the front desk people (could not be nicer). NAMASTE!

Emily Tambaschi!!!!!! What an amazing teacher!!!!! I have been practicing yoga in south florida for 10 years and she ranks amongst the top 5! She offers advanced poses in vinyasa flow and always keeps you guessing. The vinyasa flow class may not be as enjoyable for the brand new yogi. This is hot yoga. She also offers gentle yoga and I would recommend this to anyone.

Landed at SOL in Fort Lauderdale during 2020 after practicing at several studios in Fort Lauderdale. I love so many things about this studio I can't pick one of the generic choices above. The studio, staff, smoothie bar, boutique and decor are all stand outs.

Where SOL is really hitting the ball out of the park is with instructors! Having practiced in Fort Lauderdale for over ten years, I have come to know and love so many fabulous instructors. I must plug SOL's super stars!

Emily Tambaschi has again reminded me the teacher shows up when the student does and vice versa. Emily is truly gifted at what she does and brings out the best in you and your practice. Be ready for a super strong, focused and engaging class. Emily's kind soul embraces you as you come in to the studio then she puts on her teacher hat and really challenges you with great and innovative transitions, engaging flows and an instinctive voice which takes all students in the room into account. She is aware of her student and their needs and makes a real connection as she teaches you from the sanskrit asana names to the exact placement of your body in order to fully take advantage of your time on the mat.

Molly Weintraub is an absolutely firecracker of a teacher. Taking her class feels like being surrounded by many of your favorite people, engaging in a practice you love and listening to her cues and inspiration. She is experienced, passionate and truly lives, breathes and loves yoga. And her music...Energy and fun!

Rosaleen O'Neill is another standout with her beautiful demeanor and grace. She embodies the teacher who is interested in the progress of her students and reaches out to make sure you are participating and progressing.

There are many more great teachers at SOL, my practice has simply been asking for these three lately. I am moving north and know I am leaving a treasure at SOL. Thank you!

I love this studio so much!! I was hesitant about starting hot yoga, but now I am obsessed. Every instructor is so warm, welcoming and inclusive in their classes. Very disappointed that I arrived 1 minute pasted the 10 am class and was told that I can’t enter the class because it was full. I find that odd when I received a text confirmation that I would be apart of the class. Which was silly and obviously a lie, when I asked how the class could be full if I received confirmation that I would be part of the class. The lady at the front desk changed her story and claimed that the reason she couldn’t let me in was because it would some how jeopardize the health and safety of the people already in the room?!?? Makes no sense but okay..

Not only the most beautiful and clean studio in Ft. Lauderdale but anywhere I have been. The best quality facility and equipment. You are immediately greeted by authentic and caring staff who guide you through your experience. The teachers are beyond qualified and I love all the different types of classes. This business is very intentional. I stopped by for the 4:30PM class on the opening day. It was great to see the studio staff engage with people they were familiar with. It was also good to be welcomed into this new space.
Very lovely studio. If you’re looking for a modern place to practice with infrared-heated technology and amenities, this will be perfect for you.

Such a great addition to the fitness community in Fort Lauderdale, there's plenty of parking and once you are inside the studio, the crew is ready to approach you and welcome you to SolYoga, I met Danielle and she is very friendly and helpful.

About the class, I took Sol Sculpt with Alexis Contreras, she is very knowledgeable, nice flow, her technique challenged me and relaxed me at the same time. I'm definitely coming back for more.
