I took my first Solidcore class with Brianna, and she was incredible! There were two new students in the class, and she managed to support both of us while still running a seamless, high-energy session. She placed us next to experienced coaches taking class, which made such a difference. She adjusted my Reformer, corrected my form, and gave me so much individual attention — something you rarely get in a group setting.
This was my first time doing Pilates in about five years, and I absolutely loved the workout. It’s intense (no breaks!), but it felt so good — challenging in the best way. Brianna’s energy was so motivating and positive. I walked away feeling stronger and already can’t wait to go back.
Also, the studio itself is really well-run. The water fountain was out of order, and they immediately offered me a water bottle without hesitation — amazing service. I’m beyond appreciative of the attention to detail, care, and support. Highly recommend!

I arrived at 7:35 PM, and while the front desk associate was explaining the situation regarding a strict 5-minute cut-off, it turned 7:36 PM and I was not allowed in. This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I booked through ClassPass, and there was no mention of this 5-minute policy in the listing.

I’ve been going to the aventura location for a year straight with no complaints at all. Great instructors and great customer service)) Would definitely recommend to everyone. Definitely don’t recommend to go to brickell though🧘♀️

I think I went to a coach in training session and her name was Indira. I don't know how she did it but she kept the whole group so motivated, she was truly so kind and helped me with my form. I felt super comfy and will continue to take her classes!!!!

Walked in 3 mins late. The manager refused to let me start the class. Said if you’re five minutes late you can’t go in the class. I fact I was in the building before the 5 min rule but he decided to ask me where I was from and stuff instead of just letting me in. Nice guy but could’ve let me in. I’m visiting from out of state and just wasted my time. My wife was literally in the class and wouldn’t let me go in. I’d give them a 0 star but google is 1 star min.

I’ve attended three classes so far, and my best experience was with Valerie Chacon during my first session. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, making the class both enjoyable and effective. I prefer the 5:15 AM classes because they tend to have fewer participants, allowing for more personalized guidance and corrections on form.
The second class I attended was led by an instructor in training. While she was new and occasionally had to redirect herself, the session was still good overall.
Unfortunately, my most recent class with Yanais fell short of expectations. While I appreciated her effort to walk us through some moves beforehand, the session was disrupted by technical issues with her microphone, which made it difficult to hear her instructions. This was further compounded by excessively loud music, which detracted from the overall experience. As a result, I didn’t feel I got as much out of the class compared to my previous sessions.
Additionally, I encountered an issue where I was incorrectly marked as a no-show and charged a $31 cancellation fee, despite attending the class. Thankfully, I was able to resolve this with ClassPass by providing my validated parking ticket as proof.
For future attendees, I recommend keeping some form of proof of attendance, such as a photo, video, or a validated parking ticket, in case similar issues arise.
To improve the experience, I suggest Solidcore:
1. Ensure instructors test and adjust their microphones before class starts to avoid disruptions.
2. Maintain a reasonable volume for music to ensure participants can clearly hear instructions.
3. Improve customer service accessibility, as it’s currently challenging to get in touch with Solidcore directly. Having front desk personnel available, even during early morning classes, would be very helpful.
Overall, I’d recommend sticking to instructors with more experience and considering early classes for a more focused and personalized experience.

I went here for the first time at I did have a great experience as far as the workout itself. I just wish there was more of a welcoming at the front desk. No hello, no hi just “name?”
For the amount of money paid for a membership, you would think there are amenities like a simple shower or vanity…. there is literally just a single bathroom (which is also the ONLY place you can change in) and the small workout room.

These people are scammers. They sent me a message about late fee cancellation for the class that I attended 40min prior to receiving the message. I went back there and they said they don’t know what happened and they will cancel the late fee. The next time I paid for the class but couldn’t make it and didn’t cancel it either but did receive a late cancellation fee message. When I called and said I didn’t cancel it they said yes but you didn’t show up so we charge fee for no show. What???!!! So I paid for the class, didn’t cancel it nor asked for refund and on top of that they want me to pay for not showing up lol. Also once you add you CC info to the App there is no way to remove it!! I had to tell them to remove it from their system and will dispute any late fee charge.

Terrible location, never again. If you are running late which you would, then they will do nothing but capitalize off your tardiness. $35 dollars they don’t care that parking and traffic in aventura. And did I mention they still charge for the class. I never been to a studio that reacted like this.
Update: so they are also liars and I dropped to one star never again!!!

This is a hard core class ON a reformer, this was not a Pilates class as I know it… music is blasting very very loud, instructor talks the entire time except that it’s very hard to understand what she is saying and I could not figure out what moves she wants us to do. Couldn’t understand a thing… instructor is very very sweet but this is not your typical Pilates class. This is a hard core workout on a reformer with a twist :/

Probably the best Solidcore location in South Florida. Great classes and parking is never an issue at this location. If you’ve gone to Solidcore Midtown, you’ll know what I’m talking about!

They have a waitlist and send you a message asking if you want to attend the class. If you don’t respond, they automatically add you to the class. If you don’t attend because you didn’t see the message, they charge you a $30 fee.

The workout is great, me and my husband bought a first time package of two classes and for the second class we were 3 minutes late and the door was closed; despite the price of the clases and the exclusive location, they can't afford having someone on the front desk to welcome clients.
They sent us a message a week before with a password for the door that we didn't see because it was buried under messages from them asking about our "customer experience".
If they care so much about customers, they should start by hiring enough staff and not having the instructor run the business while teaching a class.

Horrible experience and I never even took any classes. They reached out to me to offer me a package deal so I would try out the classes. The associate helped me purchase on the app. Once I bought the package, turns out it was for a specific location in Georgia and the studio in Miami would not help me fix the issue. No options except ask the Georgia location to refund me and purchase again for Miami. In sane that is how you treat prospective customers.
You lost my business for good over a $39 package. Do better.

I am a frequent, solid core attendee. So I was really looking forward to trying out this studio here in South Florida. Coming from Georgia I was expecting some type of hospitality and grace, but unfortunately my experience was the exact opposite. The instructor Brianna was extremely passive to me in the other four girls, who unfortunately made it to the class a little late because of the weather and the flooding that occurred that day. This was also my first time there, so I was pretty unfamiliar with the parking situation.
Long story short, I most likely won’t be back to this location being that the instructors and their policies were not accommodating in any sorts.
If you’re looking for a studio with a good upbeat energy, I’d highly recommend you try somewhere else.

I had a bad experience with the company.
I can say they steal money from costumer's cards.
I purchased a trial membership with the understanding that I would only be charged on the first day of attendance. However, they charged my card immediately instead. Despite not being able to attend any classes within the three-month period, and actually starting my membership with them, they refused to offer the option to use the membership at a later date.
Due to the unprofessional customer service, I do not recommend them.
I requested a refund, but they are refusing to provide one. I find it extremely disappointing and question the integrity of their business.
I can say they steal money from costumer's cards.
I just read the reviews from other customers, and I can say I am not the only one with the card situation.
This type of action not only demonstrates a lack of empathy towards customers who may have genuine reasons for needing a refund, but it also indicates a disregard for fair business practices. Charging customers despite their inability to attend an event can leave them feeling deceived.
Reply to their comment:
In their email, they provided compensation options: purchasing a single class for $36 or opting for an unlimited two-week class for $89. This offer seems to be available to all new customers. However, if I accept this offer, I'm left wondering what happened to the money they already charged to my card, despite me not attending any classes. Since I am a new customer in this situation, this does not seem like genuine compensation.
THE QUESTION IS:
Why do they charge the card if the customer hasn't started any of the classes? It would be more reasonable to charge and initiate the classes on the first day of attendance. If the customer hasn't started, they should either receive a refund or be provided with classes equivalent to the amount charged to their card.

This type of Pilates is not for beginners, so my advice would be to make sure you know what class you are selecting.
It is slow and intense movements with fast transitions. Great “core” workout and you will feel it the next day.
There are specific type of classes designated for beginners though which I loved when I started.
I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I truly love the growth of this location.

If you’re completely new to Pilates, solid core will feel overwhelming especially if you’re booking through class pass however they do have classes for beginners & if you’re just starting out please arrive early and communicate with your instructor that you’re new. Prior reviews made me a bit unsure of joining this community but I’m happy I went because I really have a great time. I’ve taken two classes so far with Sara & Lauren. They were wonderful & paid attention to my form on the reformer.

Took my 3rd class at this location yesterday and decided to bring a friend who's never taken a class before nor Pilates!
Hate to be this person but what a terrible experience for my guest & I. The instructor was pretty harsh on my guest for not really knowing how to move around the machine and just first time problems that anyone who's new to it all would have.
I would recommend for the instructor to next time take the time to help newbies Instead of saying "common guys....this and that".
I understand it may get annoying but that is your job as an instructor and that's why you are there! I also would understand if this was their third class or so but.....first time for her, ever!
We arrived around 10 minutes early but there was no introduction to the machine. I've seen other instructors always ask who's a first timer or make a better effort.
The instructor may have been having a bad day but not sure I buy it. Maybe because I've always been taught to not bring your problems to the office/job.
What a shame.......definitely made my friends experience not so enjoyable and she doesn't want to go back to this location.
I've been to the boca location and have had no issues. They were great with all my guests!
Do better Aventura!

I tried solidcore because of ClassPass. Thanks ClassPass. it's a great workout class. I've done Pilates but the sweatlana is whole different ballgame. It's hard AF you've been warned. The only thing i hope they take into consideration is a 101 foundation class. Something for beginners to learn the moves easily and to make sure their forms correct. The class moves quickly so it's hard to tell if ones doing it right . also, if you're brand new to working out it might make you feel discouraged since you're not confident in the moves. That's really it. That's why it's a 3 stars and not a four. I think it should be a little better explained for beginners. i should probably add i like it lol and i will be back.

If you’re a first timer make sure you sign up for Isaac’s class!! I say this as he is the only instructor who cares about you having a great first experience and makes you feel truly welcomed. The workout is the best you’ll ever have and you’ll see yourself wanting to come back. The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because Marissa the studio manager and her other instructor Catherine are rude. I’ve experienced this first hand myself and have witnessed other first timers be verbally put down during class. There is so much going on in the class, loud music, challenging movements, trying to figure out how to use the reformer all while the instructions are being said at a fast speed. I understand how challenging a first class is and I don’t need to hear my instructor telling me to “use my head a little bit” and to question if I’m even listening to their queues or ask if I’m okay with a rude tone because I’m moving slower trying to figure out the color of the springs as it’s a dark room. I hear other people experience the same thing and don’t understand how they can lead a class without providing a warm environment. I simply go here for Isaac’s class as I believe he is a true example of what a studio manager/instructor should be and doesn’t make you feel stupid for needing assistance. If you think this is a community that you can feel a part of I would say this is not it. I’ve worked out at SoulCycle, Barry’s and Rumble and they by far exceed the expectations of what a friendly workout community feels like. If this was a review for Isaac’s class alone I would give this 5 stars, so if you want to avoid a bad/embarrassing experience and instead workout to a great playlist and good vibes all around go to Isaac’s, thank me later!

It was more intimidating than I expected and it was very hard to find the place so come early if it's your first time. However, it's a super great workout and extremely challenging, if you want it to be. It takes a few visits to really get comfortable with the format because you don't really have a chance to ask questions once class is in session and it's loud. It's hard to breathe with the masks on, but you just have to work at it and really give it a chance. I will be attending more regularly.
