I have been practicing Pilates for the past 10 years, and I can say Anna’s class is the best Pilates class I’ve ever taken. With only four reformers, she is a meticulous instructor and you feel extremely welcome and supported throughout the class. I thought I have seen it all in Pilates, but every day I would go to class with Anna I would learn something new. Her classes are definitely the best and always challenging in a good way. Would 100% recommend the studio to anyone beginner or advanced!

Anna has been an absolute god send— Anna builds your ability to do the movements from the ground up. She pays close attention to how you are moving and provides timely hands-on feedback. Anna the trainer is very knowledgeable. Her knowledge of Pilates is impressive, and she has a remarkable ability to tailor each session to accommodate different skill levels. Soma Pilates is hands down the best Pilates studio around!

I highly recommend it to anyone, from pros to total beginners (like me). The studio, the vibe, the people, and especially Anna (the instructor) are all top notch.

Classes are always fun, challenging, and full of those small details that make a big difference. Anna doesn’t miss a thing.

Cant say enough good things about this place! Wonderful environment, always super clean, calming vibe, great music and the best instructor! A great reason why I love Soma Pilates is because it’s focused more on smaller and more interactive classes, ensuring you get the most out of your sessions. I can't say enough great things about this Pilates studio! Anna’s knowledge of the body and Pilates technique is impressive—she clearly understands how to guide each movement with intention and safety. Love this studio! I’ve tried many Pilates studios, and this is THE ONE. It’s small and personal (only 4 reformers), so every class feels almost private. Anna is the best—fun, detailed, and always brings just the right amount of challenge (let’s call it “gentle torture, with love” :)). Each workout is well-structured and rooted in mindful movement. I’ve had almost 20 classes with Anna . She’s absolutely the most knowledgeable and patient Pilates instructor you’d ever have. Pilates really changed my life, my back and neck used to be in so much pain but now it’s so much better I slightly feel the pain now. After each class , I feel so relieved .I will definitely continually take Anna’s classes !

I consider myself seasoned in the practice of Pilates, so I tend to be a bit critical when I attend a studio away from home. This place checks all the boxes. It’s fresh, clean (only four months old) and bright. In fact I found it immediately inviting. Anna, the owner and sole instructor for now, is attentive, welcoming and energetic. More importantly though, her expertise is evident in the way she teaches. She stacks every movement so that your mind and body are prepared for the next phase and her cueing is clear. She differentiates well, so that nobody is left behind. It helps that there are a maximum of only four people in a class. If you are experienced, you might prefer a more demanding setting, but I’m quite happy with the challenges that I’ve met in the three classes I’ve attended.

I have been working out with Anna on and off through the years! She is always a great motivator, very caring of the proper positioning for each type of workout and makes sure everything is appropriate for your season of life. (Pregnant, post partum, regular workout, always making sure to modify in case of any Injury or current need).
I got to experience the new studio last week and was super impressed. I did a one on one lesson and since Pilates was new for me — Anna made sure I had a good introduction, explained the reformer and the positions so i was comfortable and I felt really good after! Can’t wait for more private sessions and highly recommend if your looking for Pilates or personal training!
