SonMade Fitness is a professional coaching company that provides trustworthy and effective workout programming for health and fitness.
SonMade Fitness provides online programs, remote coaching, and 1:1 personal training for clients. You don't have to be local to work with SonMade Fitness.
Workout programming is created from the founder, Whitney's, personal fitness career from being a Division 1 collegiate, and Olympic trial qualifying swimmer, to CrossFit Games Regionals and Sanctionals Competitor.

Discovered SonMade fitness this week and joined for 2 community workouts. Great space with a great community and great energy. Tons of equipment to accommodate almost any workout you might want. The owner Whitney is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend checking this place out. Remote / online training also available.

So many great things about SonMade! Great breadth of equipment so you can partake in strength training, cardio as well as mobility workouts. The coaches are awesome. Whitney and Arlan not only possess some incredible knowledge about the Fitness/Wellness profession but they are just so incredibly generous in the sharing of their knowledge as well.
The environment is great too. Everyone is there to get a great workout in and it's collectively a very healthy setting. A lot of positive vibes going on at the gym and you just feel really welcome there.
If you're an elite athlete or just now starting your journey into the world of fitness, I highly recommend SonMade...You could set up a very nice schedule and you'd see some immediately results...Both physically and emotionally! Check em' out!

Great gym! Whitney & Arlan are always so friendly and welcoming! I really have loved how great the form corrections are to maximize the safety and effectiveness of the workouts and how the workout was flexible based on what activities I was participating in outside of the gym!

I found SonMade Fitness through the reputation of its amazing owner, Whitney. There are lots of trainers and gyms in Northern Palm Beach County, but not all specialize in corrective exercise. Corrective exercise is a MUST for individuals who want to improve their fitness and physique in a safe and effective manner. She truly understands the importance of moving a weight properly, rather than just moving a weight.
Aside from Whitney's technical skills, it's obvious that she truly loves each one of her private clients as well as the open gym members. I can feel the value that she places on developing real relationships with each person who walks into her space. A well-equipped, private gym in a clean and judgment-free atmosphere. The owner, Whitney, is both extremely talented and an impressive athlete, while being a heavily experienced personal trainer who makes you feel welcome, and like family.

After my wife began struggling with self confidence because of some body image struggles I reached out to Whitney for help and advice. After working with Whitney my wife has seen great results and has been gaining her self confidence back by the day. She has seen both strength and cardio vascular endurance go up vastly since working with Whitney. Even during Covid lockdown, we she was able to communicate and get daily workouts to continue her fitness gains and goals. Not only is Whitney an accomplished athlete In the gym, she has a few other tricks up he sleeve as well. I personally worked with her, having her as a swim coach to train for a swim test requirement for my job as Law Enforcement Officer to stay on a special unit within the agency. Whitney being a division 1 level collegiate swimmer and Olympic trials athlete, was a huge help and a wealth of knowledge and helped me tremendously. If you need a personal trainer remote or one on one, Whitney is the best out there. She is very responsive and communication is very easy with her.

Whitney wrote the best 'at home' 6 week workout! Each workout was only 20-30 minutes and really got you sweating! She designed the workouts in a way, that you were sore one day and stretched the next! These workouts really helped me stay motivated to keep moving without having an excuse for time!!

This is my preferred style of training, using SonMade Fitness remote coaching option. I get 4-5 great workouts in a week, stay injury free, and feel good throughout the day. I would recommend this to anyone who is bored, stuck in a routine or experiencing nagging injuries with their current workouts.

SonMade Fitness provided a great 6-week at home workout program this summer. The workouts were easy to access, body-weight only, and scalable for any level. And Whitney personally commented on my activity daily.

As a 56 year old who has been training for 18 years. I was fortunate to find Whit after 17 of those years.
She's taught me proper form and technique because not only is she trained on the technique but she's also an athlete and understands what muscle groups to use while performing the exercise.
It's amazing to realize what can be accomplished performing the exercises the correct way.
An hour of sonshine, sweat, exhaustion, exhilaration all wrapped into one. I know that my job is to show up, work hard and Whit will manage the other details.

My experience with Sonmade has been transforming. I am 73 years young and believe me when I began getting coached I was 67 years old and could only squat holding on to my kitchen counter. I was recently able to dead lift 200# and have the tools to workout wherever life takes me which during the pandemic has been a godsend. Love love love this process and grateful everyday!

Working with Whitney has made a huge impact on my fitness and overall health. When we started, I was 12 weeks pregnant with my second baby and already nursing a hip/back injury. When COVID started, I stopped going to a gym and following group programming. Working out in my garage by myself led me to cherry pick workouts from a variety of sources. But, I was chronically over working the same muscle groups, rarely having a “deload” or active recovery day and just kind of felt achy/tight all the time.
Whitney instantly recognizes the over training and lack of programming in my current workouts. Recovering from an injury, she had me focus on low impact, unilateral movements to strength my core. These movements were new to me and very challenging. I realized how uneven my strength and balance were. Taking the time to work on these weaknesses built the stability I needed, especially during pregnancy.
As the weeks have progressed, she has constantly varied the movements and workouts to fit my needs. As I grow, elevating push-ups, deadlifts, etc has been important. Whitney checks in with my weekly to ensure that I am still feeling good and to see what movements may need to be altered as I get further along into my pregnancy.
Currently, I am in my 3rd trimester and still feeling great! I have no back/hip pain which is completely different from my first pregnancy where I had constant pain from week 18-20 until I delivered. Unfortunately, I just thought this was the “normal aches and pains” of pregnancy.
I am so grateful I started this program with Whitney to feel my best and keep training. I look forward to keeping up with my workouts until baby arrives and then continuing my training at 4-6 weeks postpartum to gradually work back to my pre-pregnancy self. I know she will be there to guide me safely at every step of the way.

I don’t think there are enough amazing things I can say about Whitney. I started working one on one with Whitney to help me start training for triathlons, 5k races, and 5K obstacle races. Within weeks my endurance increased due to the way she trains you to pace. Every week I would get a little stronger, a little faster, and more and more confident.
Whitney also truly cares about her clients. It’s not just about what happens in the gym. She cares about how you fuel your body. She cares about your limiting thoughts and beliefs that hold you back from being the best version of yourself. There is no room for negative talk when you work with Whitney. She helps change your mindset so you can defeat the negative self talk and doubt that we tell ourselves. There is nobody else I would want on this journey with me. I am truly blessed to know her, and not only call her my coach, but a friend.
