Sonya has been coaching rhythmic gymnastics for many years and is very dedicated to the girls in her program. Her gymnasts have been State and Regional Champions and invited to Elite Squad and Future Stars camps. She also runs one of the largest rhythmics competitions in the country, Orlando Cup Invitational, and does an outstanding job. I highly recommend Sonya Flex Academy.

Great place to start rhythmic gymnastics training. My little one enjoys classes there quite a bit. This is a steadily growing academy that I hope see more from in years to come. Even though they are not as fancy as some of the places that do power/artistic gymnastics, they still provide quality instruction at a reasonable price with options for teams and recital showcases if you choose to participate. Have recommended to those who disdain cheer but whose little girls have the princess bug rather than than the ball sports gene. It's a good accompaniment to dance classes as well because the older girls (6 and up) do ballet as part of their training as well. We are quite happy with our experience thus far. Try it out. Your child will love it.
