Hace alrededor de 4 años que voy a South Miami Fitness. Es un gym muy limpio, organizado y la atención siempre es la mejor. ELVYS es mi entrenador y siempre está esperándote con la mejor disposición y tu plan de ejercicios personal, hechos diariamente para cada cliente . I really enjoy working out at this gym - its small, clean and personal. Especially Elvys, the personal trainer. He is motivating, knowledgeable and personal. I highly recommend this gym and specially Elvys. I have been training with him for a little under a year and he is great. Not only does he focus on exercises that get you the results you want but also makes sure you are comfortable and healthy while you do it. The best part is that he is not the common trainer you find everywhere just yelling commands at you, he always take the time to teach you and speak with you to make sure every session is good.

Four years ago, after my second pregnancy I decided I was ready to make some big changes in my body but I knew I needed extra support, knowledge and encouragement from someone else. I am so glad I found Elvys. From day one, he has been nothing short of an amazing Personal Trainer. He always creates a unique variety of exercises each week that challenges my abilities and insist on my extreme focus to achieve my goals. He also has given me awesome feedback and information on how to support my goals outside of our gym sessions including healthier food choices I should make. I started training with Elvys here a few months ago and I could not recommend it more. I injured both my knees a few years ago which impacted my workout routine greatly. Since I started training with Elvys I have never felt my legs stronger and have never seen myself progress the way I am doing now. I can’t recommend him enough. He not only guides you through the workout but also helps you implement a nutritious diet.
