Southeast Financial Center Fitness Center powered by Kinema Fitness is a 21,000 sq ft beautiful gym located within the Southeast Financial Center building. This fitness center offers a large mix of group fitness classes, personal training, onsite basketball, and a large array of fitness equipment.
The gym is open to the public as well as the tenants of the building.
Membership includes a free fitness assessment, one free training session, group fitness classes and towel service. Membership is month to month with no contracts.

With my family, we signed up on the spot thanks to Jill. This beautiful soul with a great smile at the reception. She was very welcoming and friendly. The gym is being worked on but I can see improvements after the new management took over!! Keep it up

Очень рада, что открылся фитнес центр возле дома, удобный график для тренировки и много интересного для занятия спортом, приветливый персонал и доступные цены. Ещё хочу сказать большое спасибо Drake, начала тренировку у него месяц назад и вижу результаты по немногу) Советую заниматься с тренером, чтоб не потратить время в пустую.

Let me just say what a difference from the old gym to now , the customer service was top notch there ,Courtney and Jill were amazing explaining to me all the new amenities they have and showing me around the gym super nice facility with new machines and a clean bathroom ,. Looking foward to coming here ! & will be recommending to everyone I know

SEFC Fitness Center powered by Kinema is a hidden gem of downtown Miami. 💎 The superb professionalism and infectious charisma of their team brightens up my mornings like daybreak. 🌇 I particularly enjoy muscle confusion strategies and high-intensity interval training which can be difficult in a tight gym. SEFC Fitness offers ample open space and a great diversity of equipment to facilitate my approach to fitness. The steamroom, the air compression recovery boots, and the clothing steamer in the locker rooms are chef's kiss. 🤌🏾 Courtney, Izzy, Ahmad, Jill, Olena, and Drake---you're total rockstars 🎸 and I can't thank you enough for being who you are and for all that you do for us!!! 🏋🏾🤩✨

The gym has everything you need and more. Staff in particular are very helpful and kind. They have that morning spunk you need to hear at 6am and beyond. Trainers are legit and classes are great.

Every single member of staff is friendly, professional and charming. The management team are extremely focused on member satisfaction, and they continue to improve the gym experience for us all every week. Class schedule is getting better and better. Love Juan P and Drake’s classes, experienced trainers teaching challenging but fun classes! Drake, Jill - Thanks for being so open to feedback and acting on it, and for making the gym a fun experience everyday!

The best gym 🏋️♂️ in downtown Miami. Jill and Izzy make it a pleasure to work out every morning. They are so welcoming, polite and professional. If there is an issue they handle it right away. I was skeptical at first when they took over from the ymca but it has been a great transition. I highly recommend this gym .

I come from the transition of the Y to Kinema. I will say I was very reluctant to join because of my bad experience at the Y. after much hesitation I did, and it was a great the decision!
The facility looks great, their modifications so far has improved the gym so much more, and their staff is great! I can definitely see this gym becoming the best in the city!

Every morning I am greeted with friendly smiling faces. Great place to work out. The young ladies up front, Jill and Izzy, make my day brighter as they genuinely care about us!
The new management company is a definitely a mess though… good thing they are in the fitness industry because they sure get a lot of cardio running from their problems! However, Jill and Izzy clearly try to make the best experience possible for us members and I for one appreciate them.

Unfortunately after the change of hands from the YMCA, this gym has gone downhill and fast. They did not change a single thing, but are charging double the price. The staff is significantly less friendly, never have wet wipes to wipe down equipment (that’s always dirty), and now they’re open even less on the weekends. How can you charge double the price and effectively make the gym worse?
Don’t waste the money, go elsewhere.
