Deciding to join a beer league kickball league seemed like a good idea, but my almost-40-year-old body very much disagreed. A shoulder injury brought me in to Spectrum for PT, where Steven helped me get back on track. Before the injury, I could bench 350lbs, but in the aftermath of the injury, I could only wear button up shirts because I couldn't lift my arm. Steven has led me through treatments and provided progressive exercises that has made recovery more effective and has minimized downtime. Not only is his knowledge of PT extensive, but he's also friendly and easy to talk to - definitely important if you're going to be doing 40-60 minute PT sessions! Shoulder injuries can be brutal and lengthy, but I as I get close to being back at 100%, I am very happy with my PT choice.

I can’t say enough good things about the physical therapy available at Spectrum! I came in dealing with multiple issues — chronic knee pain and SI joint issues — and thanks to Steven Glen’s expertise, I’m feeling better than I have in years. He took the time to really understand what was going on and gave me the tools and support to mitigate the pain and heal properly. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate physical therapist.

Highly recommend this facility for all things. Great trainers and PTs. Steven is amazing for physical therapy. He is one of few physical therapists I have found that takes the time to work with you. He is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the whole PT process. Without his help, I wouldn’t be back to functional after multiple surgeries. Call and book an appointment with Steven Glen if you need physical therapy. I came through a friend’s referral. He’s approachable, educational, and provides great accountability. My shoulder is night and day different than 6 weeks ago, and I’m walking out with the tools and knowledge to be better equipped to resolve a chronic issue.

Rachel is the only person who has been able to help me. I've had back issues for years and no therapist has been able to help me except her. It's also a really nice big gym. The front desk people are also very nice and proffesional.

Started here with the “return to sport program” and it has been awesome to bridge the gap between PT and getting back to the activities I like to do. The team here is amazing and the PT/dry needling has been a game changer for my recovery. Looking forward to group training once I get cleared to!

I have worked with Dr. Rachel Jakubowski for years now to heal pain in my body, stay strong and maintain a pain free life with few limitations after major car accidents and a knee surgery (that we successfully treated 9 years after surgery).
Her care is like no other. She is the most knowledgeable Physical Therapist I have ever met (I have been to 4 prior that offered no relief).
After our initial work after injuries I see her periodically for "tune ups" and evaluations as I push to get stronger in certain movements. She understands people don't want to just get to a place where they are good enough to just sit at a desk, but they want to move and enjoy their life without chronic pain.
Just know, you go in for an isolated injury or pain point and she is looking at EVERYTHING-from why the injury happened in the first place and what other parts of the body are lacking so it doesn't happen again. It's not a quick fix or the same BS movements other PT's do week after week just to check the boxes and charge your insurance.
You will get STRONGER, lower inflammation and overcome pain being consistent in what she tells you to do. She has absolutely changed my life.

I went to try to return a cable box and it turns out this company is ACTUALLY A GYM. If you are looking for the spectrum company with the terrible cable this is not it. I REPEAT THIS IS NOT THE CABLE COMPANY CALLED SPECTRUM. They do have a state of the art workout facility and great staff though. In just the short time I was there I increased my vertical by 5 inches.

Through all the trainers I've experienced in my college career, I found the best results with my time at SSP. I did training with them for Lacrosse and they not only got me in the best shape of my life but also turned me into an athletic machine. The money was well worth it in the end. Also, Spectrum Sports Performance is not Spectrum the cable/internet service you fools.

I have been going to Spectrum for about three years now. My entire family has a membership. Services are nice. Trainers are all amazing and make sure that you are doing your best. I am not the strongest guy have never felt uncomfortable or akward working out there. Everyone is super supportive. They are open practically all day and even have showers. I would definitely try this place out if you are thinking about improving your physical fitness.
