I took a Saturday “pole vixen” class here, which changed from the class originally on the schedule at that time. There was a short stretching/warm up session, learning a combination of moves, and then repeating multiple times.
The class was different than I expected and I’d like to share why, in case it’s helpful. I’d be happy to return to take a different class in the future and update my review - it’s just based on this one class right now and so it might be skewed. (Beginner classes might be different?)
I’ve taken mixed level combo classes at other studios, and instructors have thoroughly explained moves and tricks, and progressions for each. When teaching a short routine, they (at other studios) would teach short segments at a time, each building on the previous (so trick 1 a few times, then tricks 1 and 2, then tricks 1, 2, and 3, etc.) That format is especially helpful for newer students.
In this class, we learned the routine altogether and then repeated it to practice, then repeated it multiple times with a different song each time. The class was fun and the instructor (who I think was the owner?) is a great dancer and brought good energy. I would love to take a class with her on performing and connecting with the audience.
However, I am not sure I would recommend this specific class to a beginner, because it was more of a follow-the-leader type format rather than thorough explanations. For example, we did a pirouette in one part, but there wasn’t much explanation at all on hand placement which can be confusing to someone who hasn’t done one before. I took a mixed class at another studio last week where the instructor talked through everything about the pirouette as she demonstrated, talked through again as we did it too, then again, and then walked around to make sure we were each comfortable. That level of detail was not present here - the pirouette was one piece of the combination and it felt like the instruction was more like do this spin, and then we moved on. (It’s very possible the instructor was watching everyone to make sure they got it, but there were several moves that I definitely did not grasp quickly because they were new to me and because I need a more detailed walkthrough.)
I would have loved if the instructor gave a quick intro at the beginning of class or a welcome as new students walked in.
The studio space itself is cool and the studio name is present at the bottom plate of each pole, which was also cool. The giant mirror was great and the placement of the poles allowed each student to have a complete view of themselves.

I love this place....no judgment zone, not the typical pole dancing studio. Every size welcome. Works on core, legs, butt, etc. Sooo much fun spends a lot of time with her clients depending on level of performance. Has fun twerking classes that are more high intensity and pole classes that will make any women feel sexy. Stretches us out at the end of each class and shares amazing testimonial results. Greatest women empowering place I can come to, would totally recommend everyone to come and join.

I was coming here hoping to continue my pole journey from my old pole studio in texas ( which i only ended 3 months ago).
Pros: nice studio really up to par , nice staff, good cardio
Cons: Didn't stretch before the workout, didn't do any pole excersizes ( such as pole push-ups, pole crunches , leg lifts etc.), teacher didn't know how to explain a pirouette at all - let alone explain moves, teacher would often give 1 Singular trick and then step away for 15 minutes at a time. While I did not expect any choreography for a tricks class I think that would have been better than the supposed free style( which was watching the teacher freestyle and trying to copy in real time). Some of the girls were recording themselves and I saw the teacher wink at their camera like she was performing for it or something.... it was weird.Only did static pole not spin. But lastly she never introduced herself - I don't know her name.
The owners response clearly let's me know that I was definently right to leave the review. How about instead of defending yourself you take responsibility and try to make your business better. I'm not the only one apparently who has had issues with this studio.

Love coming to the studio. There’s no judgment at all. You walk in there and you feel empowered. Class was so lit. Instruct went to each person making sure everyone was able to nail the tricks. My experience in class is always amazing. Studio always clean. There’s always someone to answer any questions.

[Someone who has been to several pole studios] I got ringworm here. The towels you use to clean your poles are not clean (most studios have a dirty towel bin, this place you put your used towel in the same bin you took it out of). There was also no AC and I was sweating even with an empty class.
When I arrived 15 min early the doors were locked; tried calling but no answer. Finally someone came out (the owner) and when I told her I was here for the upcoming class, I got an “okay” followed by me sitting by my pole waiting for no one else to arrive for the fully booked class (but apparently that was a rare instance of that happening). The “warm-up” consisted of upper body stretches and long ab workouts.
The tricks we learned were good, but there was no organization. The owner would give us a move to do, and if you were capable of that, she would think of what to add on the spot. There would be no direction in how to work up to that spontaneous move if you weren’t able to do it besides a “practice that same move more” (instead of giving simpler tricks that would say, build up that upper body strength). Also, when we got a move to practice the owner would walk off for periods at a time and expect us to do the same move for ~30 min (one was VERY hard on your wrists, that most studios would recommend practicing once or twice until you build up the wrist strength).
TLDR: As an experienced poler, I do not recommend this pole studio. A studio should be friendly, have a good warm-up to prevent injury, a good attentive instructor, and have clean habits (that won’t give people ringworm from the towels!)

I was interested in taking fitness dance classes and Spinderella was the only studio that answered my call and answered my questions. I appreciated this a lot! It shows she cares and is welcoming! I have taken 2 classes already and both times I learned so much and felt the best work out I have felt in years!! The women are so nice and help eachother out! Women of all ages and experiences all coming together to work out and have fun! Being new I was so nervous but felt so welcomed and not judged. Im so excited to take more classes. 😁

Man listen..... my thighs are still burning. When I go to a class I need it to feel like I took the class!. Spin is an incredible coach, on the poll and off. She just doesn't focus on fitness but highlights the nutrition that you need. I highly recommend taking any one of her classes, but beware..... you will feel and see your RESULTS!!!!!!

Horrible. Drove over an hour away with a friend to there, we both signed up and showed up on time. She told us she didn’t think we were coming so she locked up. I could see her friend waiting for her in a car. She could've notified us of her cancelling but didn’t. She also could’ve unlocked the door and have a class but chose not to even though we showed up for a class we SIGNED UP and paid for ... Wish I could get my money back ):

Came here some time ago with my girlfriends and had so much fun. The owner is a people's person and takes the time to speak with everyone who walks thru those doors. A fun experience that definitely makes you feel sexy and empowered by the end of the night.

Love it, the atmosphere and Liz is amazing. The girls here are so much fun, were always laughing. I always somehow end up in trouble, and making everyone get more reps. Lol.

Spent way too much money here for not much of anything. You won't learn pole here. The poles are just there for show and for you to support yourself. This is a good spot if you're desperate for weight loss. It's a warehouse, hot like a sauna, no AC. Heavy smell of sweaty feet and butt. Classes are always packed whether you're a member or not. As a member you can't just attend the classes you want you still have to reserve your spot online even if there's only 3 people in that class and you're already there. No space to work out. You'll be crammed in a corner trying to touch your toes with someone's behind in your face and no space to move elsewhere. This place likes to just pocket your money. No refunds whatever reason. Save your money, attend an actual gym.
