My wife and I have been working out here and doing Dr. Michael Fulton's spine program for four years. My wife has Parkinson's Disease and it has caused a lot of issues with her spine and hips, as well as mobility. I have a history of low back pain due to spinal stenosis. Exercising with the MedX equipment, in particular the MedX neck and low back machines, is amazing at keeping us pain free and staying moving. When my wife is dedicated to coming twice a week, she is better able to manage her mobility issues due to the PD. Sometimes we don't feel like working out, but we go anyway and feel fantastic afterward. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. If you are a senior, do not hesitate to get started with personal training here as they specialize in strength training for seniors.

This is the place where you go to stay young and strong. I was scheduled for lower back surgery 20+ years ago with a local orthopedic surgeon. I was not happy about it and asked my primary Dr. to offer an alternative to surgery, he referred me to Dr. Michael Fulton and the rest is history.. After 1 year of working with the Dr. and physical therapist, I was able to build strength and stabilize my lower back and core muscles. The specialized equipment and experienced professionals I worked with were the key to my success. I still work out in the Spine and Strength Gym 2 days a week and use the MedX back machine which is unique to this facility. I am still surfing, mountain and road Biking and maintain the strength to do these activities without pain and with the agility of someone much younger than my age of 64. I highly recommend this facility and the people who run it. Chris Fulton and Andy will get you where you want to be with your health and fitness.
